This was the perfect place for a family or small group of people traveling together. The hosts are amazing. The place is spotless, comfortable and large. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms modern, and the living areas are welcoming. We were seven and were very comfortable. The location is brilliant. Right in the middle of the city. Close to the beach and promenade, a short walk to the old town, etc.This place is great for families, with or without kids. It is an elegant place. This is one of the top places I have stayed in--and between VRBO and its competitor site, I have stayed in many over the years.

Perfect spot in San Sebastian

A group of women stayed in this place after we completed the Camino and wanted a few days to rest and relax. It was a perfect spot and near all the best places to explore and restaurants to eat at. Also great shopping nearby. Would go back again for sure.

The apartment was spacious, bright, well decorated, and clean. The location was great. I would stay here again! …and San Sebastián is a lot of fun.

Awesome location and amenities

This apartment has everything you need to vacation in San Sebastián. Lots of room and amenities. Adrian was extremely helpful and responded very quickly if we had any questions. Would definitely come back.

San Sebastián at its Best

The location and the apartment both exceeded every expectation we had. The listing, while accurate, does not do it justice. The sunset views of the Bay are incredible. The location is literally as good as it gets. The apartment was spacious, bedrooms comfortable, a/c worked great as did the showers. Everything was perfect, and Adrian went over and above to be sure it was.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, en plein centre ville avec vue sur la plage ! L'accueil était très bien malgrès notre arrivée tardive. Tout est à votre disposition pour passer un agréable séjour dans ce splendide appartement ! Merci !

Bien

Situation de l'appartement centrale et vue dégagée. Mais les travaux dans l'immeuble ont sérieusement gâché les matins et les après-midi. L'appartement est prévu pour 10 personnes, mais le matériel de cuisine n'est pas adapté au nombre de convives: Il manque: une grande passoire, une vraie bouilloire, 2/3 saladiers et plats de tailles variées au moins une grande poêle et 2/3 casseroles de grande taille des porte-manteaux dans les salles de bains et l'entrée du linge de cuisine 1 aspirateur 1 table à repasser 1 espace propre pour étendre le linge (étendre du linge propre dans une cour aussi sale...) les couverts de table seraient plus à leur place dans le tiroir au-dessus des assiettes plutôt que dans celui au-dessus du matériel de cuisine. Les tapis de la salle à manger et du séjour sont dangereux car ils n'adhèrent pas bien au sol. La petite fille est tombée plusieurs fois et moi aussi j'ai bien failli tomber ! Ménage impeccable quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons apprécié de trouver des dosettes de café, un petit fond d'épicerie et du produit pour laver la vaisselle que j'ai rapporté en France par erreur, excusez-moi ! Cordialement Marianne Lopez

Modern apartment, centrally located, 2 blocks from historical area.

Has all the necessary amenities. Adrian, the property manager, was exceptionally helpful and friendly - we asked him to join us for dinner. His restaurant recommendations were spot on. We had one of the best meals of the entire trip. Overall - nothing but compliments.

The best place we could have hoped for.

This beautiful apartment has the perfect location - steps from the beach, close to old town, an easy walk to anywhere in San Sebastian. The apartment itself is very comfortable, classy, bright and well-appointed. It could not have been better. We discussed how to get the owners to sell the place to us.

We had a wonderful experience. Adrian was helpful and explained everything for us to enjoy our 10 night stay. Food in San Sebastián is some of the best in all of Spain.

Perfect setting

We're really glad we rented this place. The location is unbeatable - proximity to the old town with all its pintxo bars, the beach, the downtown area, and the bus and train stations. The kitchen facilities were really good, but it was wasted on us because who's going to cook a lot of meals when you have the some of best restaurants in the world within a few blocks? Beds were comfortable, and the place was clean with no odors. The owner was extremely helpful. It was our first trip to San Sebastian, and he gave us detailed tips on where to go and where to eat. He was very helpful without being intrusive.

The property was perfect for our vacation of 8 ( 2 families). Extremely spacious, clean and modern. The location was very central to the beach and old part of town. It had every amenity we needed and the host was helpful and responsive.

Excellent, comfortable spot in the center of everything

The apartment was just as advertised - spacious, clean, and very central. Adrian was very communicative and responsive. Our group included 3 adults and one toddler and the apartment had more than enough room for us. It was also literally within a 5 block walk of everything you could want in San Sebastian and the view out the living room window was spectacular. I highly recommend the place and would stay here again!

Awesome, spacious, and comfortable place. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location for those wanting a great San Sebastián experience. Steps from the beach and Old Town. Great views of the Bay from the apartment, as well. Host was awesome and helpful, giving restaurant recommendations and directions on how to get around. I highly recommend it!
