Great residential neigborhood near bus line and subway. Right on the end of the block, there was a pop-up holiday wine station! Very comfortable apartment and very thorough in-person check-in with many great tourism and restaurant tips. We tried many of the tips! Fabulous visit to Vienna/

Fantastic stay! Christoph and Tanya were proactively communicative; Tanya met us for check-in and provided an excellent orientation to the apartment and the area. The apartment was very convenient for access into the main tourist areas of Vienna (easy walking distance to buses and U Bahn stations). A couple of grocery stores nearby and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Also very much appreciated having a washing machine. The neighborhood was quiet - we slept great (the bed was also quite comfortable). Would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate apartment with great location

My husband and I just enjoyed a great time in Vienna, due in a large part to this beautiful, and well planned apartment. It offers everything a traveler would want with extra touches that we haven't experienced in many locations. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Nice stay.

Very clean. Owner explained well and was there to open the door. Kitchen well equiped. Next to 3 groceries( Spar, Billa et Aldi, many restos. Metro stop and bus. Very easy to walk to center. Woukd go back.

Pleasant Oasis Gem close to City Centre

We were overwhelmed with the extensive city public transit system without much German, but got help right away from Tanya and Christoph. When we got to the apartment, Tanya was waiting (accommodating our arrival and departure times), and gave us a full orientation of the apartment. Our questions during our stay were addressed in a timely fashion. Thank you, Tanya and Christoph, for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this Apartment while in Vienna!

Very nice apartment nearby the old centre of Vienna. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement was that the parking place in the street costed 2,50 an hour. So we parked the car on half an hour walking distance. But overall it was fantastic

Wonderful hosts and great location

We could not have been more pleased with our experience in this lovely property, which had all the modern amenities in a historic environment. The neighborhood is very charming and quiet, but just a few steps away from public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We we had no problem getting everywhere in the city from the apartment. Both Christoph and Tanya were excellent hosts. Christoph was easy to reach and very flexible when our arrival time was significantly delayed. Tanya met us at the apartment and provided a delightful introduction to Vienna and made us feel very welcome in our temporary home. I hope we will return to Vienna one day, and when we do we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much for your generosity and hospitality, Christoph and Tanya!

Appartement neuf très bien rénové dans un bâtiment ancien, très bien équipé. Restaurants, commerces... très proches. Accueil parfait avec beaucoup de conseils. A 2 kms du centre historique, métro ou tram à 5 mns. pas de parking gratuit, sauf le weekend.

Super schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Tanja hat uns freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Erklärung zu den Gegebenheiten der Lokale, U-Bahnen, Busse sowie Parkgelegenheiten. Viele Informationen die wir sehr gut nutzen konnten. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist mehr als Tiptop gewesen. Gemütlich eingerichtet. So dass wir uns vorstellen konnten auch an kühleren Tagen an denen man länger in ihr verweilt auszukommen. Die Lage ist perfekt. U-Bahn, Parkhaus, Lokale, Bushaltestellen alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern da, so brauchten wir weder das Auto noch die Övis nutzen. Wir danken für die Möglichkeit eine schöne Wohnung bewohnt zu haben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guterLage

Optimal. Wir waren 1 Woche in Wien, hatten überwiegend gutes Wetter und haben alle Dinge die wir uns vorgenommen hatten geschafft. Als Berliner haben wir es sehr genossen, dass die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel in hoher Frequenz alle immer pünktlich kamen.
