Moderne Alki Beach House

Lotissement New mois locative par mois juste 1/2 bloc de Alki Beach. Location minimum de 30 jours. Trois pâtés de maisons de commerces et restaurants, à quelques rues plus Whale Tail Park. Trois chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, terrasse sur le toit et le maître pont de chambre avec vue sur l'eau. Profitez de tout l'espace et de commodités de la maison dans un excellent emplacement tout près de Sandy Alki plage et le centre de Seattle. Moderne et nouveau ~ 1400 sq maison de ville à pied. Beaucoup d'intimité, trois niveaux plus une terrasse sur le toit.

Wi-fi, chaînes de base, le streaming Netflix. Garage pour une voiture. Un barbecue à gaz est situé sur le toit-terrasse. Serviettes de plage, jouets pour le sable et les vélos sont également disponibles.

Si vous voulez explorer sans voiture: Le taxi de l'eau de passagers est situé à environ 1. 5 miles. Vous pouvez soit prendre la navette gratuite (arrêt situé sur Alki Ave), vous pouvez utiliser les vélos, ou prendre le voyage rapide à le taxi en voiture. Le taxi de l'eau vous livrera au centre-ville de Seattle à proximité des stades, la place historique de Pioneer, les boutiques de bord de mer / restaurant / aquarium, et Pike Place Market. Les navettes toutes les demi-heures. De là, vous pouvez profiter de transports publics de Seattle et éviter le mal de tête de la recherche pour le stationnement.

Si vous avez trouvé déplacer en voiture: Downtown est juste sur le pont West Seattle. Il ya trois épiceries juste en haut de l'amiral du Nord (Safeway, PCC Natural Market et le marché métropolitain). Marché de la RMR a une excellente sélection gastronomique.

S'il vous plaît, ne pas fumer. Situé dans un quartier calme. Les voisins apprécient clients calme et respectueux, pas idéal pour les fêtes bruyantes.

The location can't be beat. Right next to the beach, next to lots of restaurants, including a newly opened all you can eat Korean BBQ. View at the rooftop deck of the beach is gorgeous for viewing beach sunrise and sunset. The condo is very new, modern, and clean. The master shower is huge and the master bedroom has its own private balcony. There's HBO and other streaming services available. Kitchen is well stocked with tools and convenient. Host is friendly and responsive. Weekly city trash service is convenient.

Great rental and location near Alki Beach

We stayed here for a month and loved this place. Very clean and modern. Great kitchen that met all of our needs. Kelly was fantastic as a host and very quick to answer any questions we had. Easy walk to Alki Beach and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Even saw a couple of bald eagles when sitting on the front porch.

Wonderful house on Alki Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Modern Alki Beach House. The location was perfect, a view of the water from the rooftop deck, easy distance to the water taxi that takes you downtown, and a very fun and vibrant part of Seattle along the boardwalk. The condo is very comfortable. We had two couples, so the setup of bedrooms on different floors gave alot of privacy. Seattle is beautiful, wish we had more time to spend exploring.

Location is a block off of Alki Beach. July and August weather was perfect. House was clean and ready for our stay. Excellent master bedroom on the third floor, the main living room and kitchen was functional on the first floor, and second floor bedrooms were spacious. Parking is on the first floor. Entrance is in the back. Communication with the landlord was excellent. Prompt and responsive to our questions and concerns. Overall, very satisfied. Planning our 2026 trip!

This house is amazing!

We stayed here recently with our two young children and everything was perfect. It's in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops right there in Alki Beach. We took the water taxi over to a Mariner's game and downtown Seattle with no problem at all. Every little detail is looked after in the house, from a well stocked pantry to laundry soap and everything in between. The house is clearly brand new and very nice! There were so many things we just didn't have time to take advantage of, like going to the beach with the provided beach toys to taking a bike ride on the bikes in the garage. We hope to come back and spend an entire week in this house so we can enjoy the amenities even more.

Lovely Place in a VERY Quiet Seattle Neighborhood

We spent nearly 11 weeks in this property, mid-November through January 2021. We found the townhome very comfortable. The kitchen and master bath were among the highpoints. The Alki Beach area has some fine restaurants and pubs. But the main selling points aside from overall comfort are privacy and QUIET. The place is located on a dead-end street accessed by another dead-end street (!), so traffic is limited almost exclusively to residents and delivery service trucks. We would certainly return in better weather, but overall we were extremely pleased.

Wonderful Spot!

My family stayed at this wonderful home . It had all the comforts and luxuries nesessary for a great holiday. It is only a block back from the beach yet it is amazingly quiet. We hope to be back !!

This was the best equiped place we have stayed in. Everything you could need is there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in your townhouse. The location is perfect for access to the beach. Close enough to just walk over and sit on the sand but in a quiet area away from the big crowds. Quick walk to many of Alki's restaurants. Gorgeous view from roof top deck. Neighbors were all very friendly, introducing themselves and offering assistance if we needed anything. Even got our exercise in going up and down all the stairs. Perfect for the two of us, would be great for a family.

Close to the beach without street noise

My family of 5 adults and 2 children had a wonderful at this wonderful, well equipped, cozy modern townhome. Alki Beach walks, kite flying, walking distance to great restaurants and not far from the sights of Seattle. Don't miss the sunsets from the rooftop!

Charming townhome, great location

I love this townhouse, we had a great time when we were there. Very convenient with all the restaurants in the area also just a short drive to grocery stores. House is very clean and nice. Love the smart TV in the master bedroom. Only 2-3 mins walk to the beach, they even have beach toys for kids. It was one of our best family vacation!

What a fantastic vacation home!

A home in pristine condition with all the bells and whistles! They provided everything from the coffeemaker to kites to fly on the beach which is a short walk from the home. Great views from the upper balcony too! We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful vacation home. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys hanging out - long walks - the beach - eateries within walking distance - and spending a great week in a gorgeous hoMme. Thank you for allowing us to share your home!
