No hot water for our full stay.. no working safe.. no working dryer.. no working iron… manager hard to reach.. mattress’s dirty… pillows flat… comforters stained. Just aweful. Want compensation for our stay. I would not believe it if we did not live through it. I have put in a complaint and have asked for reimbursement

The only real trouble we had was with the luggage hero service that was recommended to have our luggage stored on the last day. The two locations that were closest to us on the map through the luggage hero app actually did not have a place to store our luggage. This cost us valuable time leading to missing our ticket in time at the infamous park.Guell.

Comfortable & Convenient Barcelona Stay!

This adorable apartment was close to everything and in a great neighborhood. It was stocked with everything you could think of and super clean. We loved staying here and all communications with the hosts were easy and kind. Just all around a great rental! Quick walk to Casa Batllo and La Rambla and good restaurants close by.

Great Place

Hidden gem! Great, central location within 30 min walk of any of the major sights/neighborhoods to see in Barcelona. Most walks were 20 minutes or less, and there is a cab stand on the corner that was very easy to hail cabs from in case you do not want to walk. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. A/C system also recently updated. Highly recommend!

Great Location

This property is located in a wonderful area of Barcelona- walkable to the train/metro stations. The neighborhood is very safe and clean and close to restaurants, grocery stories, shopping, etc.The apartment was the perfect size for our family of 5- my husband and myself, and our 3 children (ages 18, 15, 13). The check in process was smooth, and the team that communicate with us and assisted us with check in was wonderful. We had another family from the area over to prepare, cook and enjoy dinner together and found that there is an opportunity to improve the kitchen tools and accessories. The knives were extremely dull, we could have used some storage containers for opened/leftover food, the supplies on hand to clean and wash dishes was lacking. For a quick overnight these items are major issues- but if you plan to stay more than a few days and plan to prepare meals, we did find this inconvenient.Outside of this, we really enjoyed the place!

Nice apartment, bad communication. It is in a great location, a nice neighborhood with small businesses and easy to walk to many sights in Barcelona. It's very quiet with dual paned windows. It was clean and functional, with some small repairs needed, but with one major problem:We booked this months ahead, and knowing that our flight would arrive early in the morning, we paid for the night before. We arrived and were met by a nice woman who works for the manager. Soon after she left we discovered that there was no heat and no hot water. We communicated back and forth, the nice woman returned, but didn't know what to do. Eventually the manager sent someone to fix it but we spent our first day dealing with this & waiting for the repair person, instead of showering after very long flights and exploring Barcelona. Communication with the manager was difficult and tense. I asked for a refund to compensate us for the 24 hours paid for when the apartment was not functional. The manager refused because he was miffed that I had called VRBO to ask questions about our options. Also, shortly before our stay, they sent an email saying that they offer an EarlyBird Pass so that people with morning arrival don't need to pay the full price for the night before, but when I asked, I was told it was too late to use it. We should have been informed of this from the beginning.Management should have known that heat and hot water wasn't working, and should have compensated us for our trouble.
