Beautiful and quiet apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the center of Barcelona, just one street away from Rambla Catalunya and 2 streets away from Passeig de Gracia.THE SPACE:This apartment has an amazing location and offers you the possibility of walking to the main tourist attractions in the city center. Great communication with metro and bus. Ideal for families looking to stay in one of the best areas of the city!BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed (with private bathroom) with AC

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed

1 Individual sofa bed can be prepared for an extra guest under previous request

All rooms are equipped with central heating for winter. All the bedrooms have storage space.

Our stay in Barcelona was comfortable, and we felt safe the entire time. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The location is nice if you prefer being away from the busier, more touristy parts of the city. The space could use a few updates, but it has great potential with its size and layout. The sofa and rug under the coffee table could be refreshed, and the small bars of soap may not last for longer stays, so bringing a few essentials is a good idea. Overall, it’s a comfortable, clean and quiet place with a lot of potential!

I had an excellent experience at this rental. The host communicated clearly and promptly, making check-in and check-out very easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for my stay. It’s also in a great part of town, close to everything you’d want to see or do in Barcelona. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The apartment was our oasis in the city. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Hosts were easy to access and check in was well documented. We would stay there again.

Overall it was a nice apartment. AC in the master and living room only. Other rooms were hot. We tried to use the pool twice and it was full of men and water was murky. Great location! I would stay here again.

Great stay! The apartment was in a great location and was identical to the picture on your site.The host was always accessible as well.One concern: please let people know there is a noise tracker in the living room and the bedroom.I understand the common living space, but the main bedroom? At first I thougt it was a camera but was told it was a noise tracker.Otherwise, the apartment was wonderful! IWould book again.

Great apartment in great location!

Our stay in Barcelona was wonderful and a lot of it was due to the nice apartment and it's location! It was so convenient to many of the places we visited, tons of restaurants, and bus/metro stations. Nice and clean and nicely furnished with closets and drawers for unpacking. Unit also had AC which we needed even in October. The only issue we had was with staying for 2 weeks was that we only got one set of towels per person and not much dishwasher soap/bath soap/TP. It would have been nice to have a few more supplies for a two week stay.

The apartment is centrally located and easy to find. We did have some issues with the front door access system. The AC was excellent on hot days. We extended out stay by a day, and that process was relatively easy to do.

Great location!

We truly enjoyed this property. It was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, air conditioning working, showers had amazing water pressure. Don’t use washer/dryer with air conditioning at the same time or you will overload the circuits. Interior-facing apartment made it very quiet. Garbage bins very convenient outside. Small market for groceries right downstairs. Blocks away from Casa Batlló and many excellent restaurants and adorable paseos. Highly recommend. Be sure to check out Bilmonte for gelato around the corner.

great for a multi-generational stay

We booked this place for my mum's 80th birthday for me, my brother, and my mum. It is comfy and quiet, just like the title :) In the front bedrooms we could hear a little noise from upstairs neighbors, but not much at all, pretty quiet for an apartment building in the middle of a vibrant city. The back bedroom we gave to mum as it was extra quiet — perfect for siestas when she was tired from sightseeing. The only small thing was there was a bit of a strange smell in the kitchen that we could not track down, it kind of came and went. We tried to figure it out with the host, they helpfully replaced a mop for us to see if that was it, which seemed to help, but did not completely get rid of it. It may have been from the rain, not sure, it didn't ruin our stay. But noting it in case anyone is ultra sensitive to smells. Fantastic location, very central, and with great pedestrian streets with great restaurants nearby. Had everything we needed. Great and responsive host who even messaged our mum happy birthday, which was really sweet of them! Thank you!

Central location

Wonderful location, quiet

Location can't be beat for moving throughout the city by metro and bus lines. The apartment matched the description and photos. Having a full-size bed in each bedroom is not easy to find and was perfect for our adult children. It is nice and quiet at night. Recommended.

Great value for the location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is excellent -- there are small groceries, two bakeries, a cheese shop and a wine shop all close by. And it is just a few blocks from Passeig de GrĂ cia metro station. Since it is on a major street, taxis are easy to hail and drivers have no trouble bringing you back. There was plenty of space for our family of two adults and one child. Two of the bedrooms are very small, so a larger group of adults might find it less comfortable. The living room and dining room were big, with new furniture, and we really appreciated having both a clothes washer and clothes dryer in the unit. The kitchen has all the cooking implements but be aware that there are no ingredients or spices -- not even salt and pepper. You need to purchase everything. As the listing notes, toiletries are also minimal and we needed to buy extra soap for our six-night stay. The TV in the living room wasn't working during our stay -- the owner had just brought in a new one and it wasn't connected yet. We mostly watch streaming services, though, and the internet was quite fast. The whole apartment was also very clean. Since we were there in winter, we turned on the heat, which worked well. However, the radiators got very hot, so anyone with young children who like to touch things should keep that in mind. Overall, we liked the apartment and had no complaints.
