Beautiful and quiet apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in the center of Barcelona, just one street away from Rambla Catalunya and 2 streets away from Passeig de Gracia.THE SPACE:This apartment has an amazing location and offers you the possibility of walking to the main tourist attractions in the city center. Great communication with metro and bus. Ideal for families looking to stay in one of the best areas of the city!BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed (with private bathroom) with AC

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed

1 Individual sofa bed can be prepared for an extra guest under previous request

All rooms are equipped with central heating for winter. All the bedrooms have storage space.

Property as described. Spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning works great. Very centrally located with lots of restaurants near by.Check-in details and house manual received well in advance. Host reached out the day prior to arrival via WhatsApp and was very prompt in response to questions. We were really disappointed with this stay. There was active construction directly next door for 2 of the 4 nights starting early in the morning which made it very difficult to sleep or relax and this was not disclosed prior to our arrival. In addition, we had issues with key amenities. The WiFi was unreliable, and the dryer repeatedly tripped the breaker, so we weren’t able to dry a load of laundry. While we contacted the host right away, these issues were not resolved during our stay, and no alternative accommodation or partial refund was provided. Given the price a hotel would have been a much better option.

I had an excellent experience at this rental. The host communicated clearly and promptly, making check-in and check-out very easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for my stay. It’s also in a great part of town, close to everything you’d want to see or do in Barcelona. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Our stay in Barcelona was comfortable, and we felt safe the entire time. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The location is nice if you prefer being away from the busier, more touristy parts of the city. The space could use a few updates, but it has great potential with its size and layout. The sofa and rug under the coffee table could be refreshed, and the small bars of soap may not last for longer stays, so bringing a few essentials is a good idea. Overall, it’s a comfortable, clean and quiet place with a lot of potential!

Overall it was a nice apartment. AC in the master and living room only. Other rooms were hot. We tried to use the pool twice and it was full of men and water was murky. Great location! I would stay here again.

The location of this apartment couldn't have been any better. The apartment was very clean and the lay out was very efficient and easy to utilize! We had a wonderful stay and great communication with the management company. Overall very comfortable for our family of four.

Great location in the middle of Barcelona.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to La Rambla and the metro. Lots of great restaurants within a few blocks as well. And, it’s a very quiet location. It’s a little hard to tell from the pictures but there are three individual bedrooms. The kitchen is nice, there is a washer and dryers, and two small A/C units if it gets too warm. Would stay there again, thanks!

Great apartment in BCN

The apartment is centrally located and easy to find. We did have some issues with the front door access system. The AC was excellent on hot days. We extended out stay by a day, and that process was relatively easy to do.
