We’ve stayed in many villas in Florida and this was by far the best one ever. It was clean and comfortable , it was so well stocked with everything you could ask for . The pool was fantastic and the hosts were easy to talk to and so helpful . I can’t find one fault about this villa . Next time we come to Florida , this is where we will be staying - simply fantastic

Great host and super speedy to respond and deal with any queries. Really nice spacious villa with a great pool and games room. We were a family of 4 and everyone felt really settled. Close to shops and Disney - tip with all the road works going on allow an extra 10-15 mins if you have a specific time in mind for being at the park. Would highly recommend.

Large property with a beautiful pool with hot tub (worthy the extra fee to heat). Quiet and gated neighborhood. Has many things in the property but small things missing such as a large garbage bag, starter dishwashing tab or laundry soap (remember to pack these). Solid and fast communication from the host. Overall nice stay!

Thank you for the lovely review! We’re so pleased you enjoyed the villa, pool and spa, and the peaceful neighbourhood. We also really appreciate the feedback about the missing starter supplies and will make sure this is followed up with our management team. We hope to welcome you back again!

Excellent stay at West Haven. Communication with Martyn from start to finish has been excellent nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean and comfortable, with more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 teens. A home away from home. It has everything you could ever need. The pool and spa are excellent, just what you need after a long day at the parks. The house is in a quiet gated community and has excellent links to places to eat, shop and of course around 20ish minutes (I4 dependent) to the parks. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily book here again.

The house was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was easy with all the required information given to us prior to arriving. The pool was also clean and the spa felt great after walking around the theme park all day. The host was friendly and quick to reply to my messages. I would definitely stay here again in the future if we come back to this area!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Florida! The house itself is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Everything matched the listing, and it was a great space for relaxing and enjoying our vacation. The host was fantastic. Communication was clear & prompt. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 is because we noticed a few minor things upon arrival, such as some food on the dining room floor, ceiling fans that could use a deeper clean, and a few dishes that weren’t washed thoroughly. Nothing major, and it didn’t significantly impact our stay, but worth mentioning for improvement.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was wonderful, it was perfect and so spacious for my family. The pool and game room were great for us on days we didn't have anything planned. Everything was there that you needed and it was well stocked with pool toys for the kids. The kitchen was stocked with exactly what we needed. The little extras were great that we found here. Also, had a question during my stay and the communication was great. I would stay here again if I am ever back in the area.

Peaceful getaway

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this home. Plenty of room for all, and we especially liked the reading area for some quiet time. The outside pool area was beautiful - we spent a lot of time on the pool deck.

This house is terrific! The layout is perfect, specially if 2 families are sharing because both master bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. (Although the second one should have a king bed, the room is plenty big enough) plenty of seating for everyone. Game room is fantastic! Now the pool area, WONDERFUL! very private because of trees and fencing, which was nice. Hot tub fantastic! Quiet neighborhood but close to plenty of things. Very large one story house with high ceilings. We really enjoyed our 1 month stay! Owners and their managers were great to deal with. Very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
