L'appartement est au 13ème étage d'un immeuble de 14, entièrement rénové, il est donc en parfait état.

Great location and View!

Apartment is very close to the beaches and Marina. 15 min walk to the historic area. Very nice two bedroom with a patio that has a wonderful view of the water. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Location

From the views to the well stocked kitchen, this lovely apartment was perfectly located to the many attractions we wanted to explore. The check-in was seamless and the property manager checked in on us to make sure all our needs were met. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Best Place on the Beach in Malaga!

The location was fantastic - right on the beach, an easy walk to Old Town and the Port and close to lots of great restaurants and A Carrefour grocery store. The balcony can be noisy because of the traffic below and a bit breezy, but the views and sunrises are outstanding!The washer/dryer was confusing to operate for a non-European, even after reading the manual, so some better instructions would be helpful.

I loved walking right across the street to a beautiful beach. Being on the 13th floor, it was very quiet but you could still have beautiful views of the city life, the beach and the sunrise.

We had an excellent 4-day holiday at Malagueta. We walked almost everywhere in town, and staying at the beach with a spectacular view and good restaurants near by was made even nicer by the comfort of this apartment. Muchos gracias!

A Beautiful Beach Break

The place is conveniently located close to downtown, roughly 10mins walk away. Dining options are endless, from just downstairs, to 5mins walk to the seafront, and10mins walk to the heart of downtown. There is a 2 carrefours just minutes away for the essentials for a good price.

Incredible vacation

We stayed at Francesca's residence for one month. We truly enjoyed our stay; it was exactly what we were looking for. While located only a stone's throw from Malaga's main beach, going to any location within the city took no time at all, everything was within easy walking distance. The residence itself was perfect. We would highly recommend this residence to our family and friends.

The apartment was exactly as listed and actually seemed even larger than we expected. It was very hot while we visited in June, but the air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment comfortable. We had been traveling for a week prior to our stay here, so it was nice to be able to do laundry. The balcony was lovely for enjoying coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We were able to easily access a market for essentials, but mostly enjoyed walking to the huge variety of restaurants in the area. The beach is just across the street. It was a bit rocky in the water, but we went to the area with the breakwater the next day, and it was sandy on the bottom and great for cooling off. Truly the perfect place for our family of four! We loved it here so much!

Perfection

This apartment is simply perfect! Watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean as you drink coffee on the balcony. Have quick and easy access to a wonderful beach. Enjoy a lovely short walk to the city center. Plus a well-equipped kitchen in a quiet building. We will undoubtedly be back!
