Nous proposons un hébergement dans notre villa, avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains et sauna, un grand salon avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et table de billard. L'espace extérieur comprend une piscine avec solarium et douche, barbecue et table pour les repas en plein air. La villa dispose d'une place de parking pour 4 voitures, connexion wi-fi et TV internet.
Le centre de Privlaka et ses belles plages ne sont qu'à quelques minutes en voiture. De plus, une petite ville historique Nin, la ville de Zadar et quatre parcs nationaux peuvent être visités lors d'excursions d'une journée.

We have just spent 7 nights at this beautiful villa. It did not disappoint on any level! It had everything we needed and we had a 7 month old baby with us! Kristina was lovely responded very quickly to any messages. The villa is spotless, the pool is great, garden is lovely. We had an amazing time. Book this villa because you will not be disappointed! Nice villa in croatia

We had a nice stay. The checkin was perfect and Kristina had perfectly prepared the villa for us. Although the house is not directly at the beach, you can reach beauiful beaches and cities quickly. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic fully equipped villa for a perfect family stay. A beautiful area with so many wonderful beaches, coves and historic towns. Having a car helped but the well maintained bikes also made it easy to explore. The villa had everything you needed from a banging sound system to a great sauna and a lively clear pool with lots of shady spits around. Kristin’s was very welcoming, helpful and always available if needed. Would come again for sure!

Very nice house with all you can dream of (good beds, lot of room, nice pool, nice outside area, etc...). This super house combined with a fantastic and helpfull host, made this an holiday to remember. Thanks Kristina (a family) for taking so good care of us!

We were really impressed with the property. Very modern and clean. The pool was amazing and the added bonus of a pool table and ping pong in the garden kept the kids busy, and don’t forget the bikes as well! Really enjoyed having an outside sound system too which made afternoons fun and created a great atmosphere. We would recommend and would stay again in the future. It was a 10 minute cycle down to the sea front or a 30 minute walk. There were a few beach front bars and a couple of restaurants….Moreta in Privlaka we would recommend. Two Weeks of Pure Relaxation by the Pool

We had a fantastic two-week vacation in this house, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was not only comfortable but also beautifully furnished and well-maintained. The highlight, of course, was the private pool, which provided us with hours of relaxation and fun. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the Croatian coastline and nearby towns easily. Moreover, the property owners were incredibly hospitable and attentive to our needs, making us feel right at home. They were always available to assist us. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in this beautiful country

Perfect holiday home

Everything was as in the description and on the pictures. The house is very well equiped, with all necessary things you need. The communication worked very well and the owners are very kind. The olive trees outside are vers nice so you can lay in the shadow if you want to. Very nice extras are the table tennis table, billard table, the sauna and the bikes. The only thing which was not absolutely perfect was the fact that there are only 7 bikes (we were 8) and two of them were not in a good condition, but accept from that everything was marvelous. We would diffently recommend this holiday home!

Just wow! Amazing villa and stay in Croatia

We loved our stay here! Everything was exactly as described and better - the villa is modern, spacious and very well equipped. We appreciated that there was towels for the pool, the air conditioning and loved all of the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool is the perfect size and our two teens spent many hours having fun in there. It is peaceful and we loved the hammocks were you can enjoy an afternoon snooze in the shade. The pool table was a huge hit as was the table tennis and the bikes. The villa is also very well placed for visiting close by beaches in Privlaka and we adored Nin which is great for its restaurants and quirky shops. We went out most nights to watch the beautiful sunsets and had a special day out to Krka National Park which has stunning waterfalls and we even got the chance to hold a tortoise! Overall, our holiday in Croatia was wonderful. We would love to return to this villa one day again - thank you for a fantastic stay!

Family Holiday

We simply loved our stay here! The house and grounds were spotlessly clean, communication throughout was fabulous - always there to answer any questions we had. We loved having the pool table with our older kids (14 and 18) and the swimming pool just outside was very clean. We especially liked having no immediate neighbors and being able to explore the area. The welcome gifts were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. Possible suggestions going forward would be to maybe have a little book with recommended restaurants, recommended things to do but we were also able to message and ask and received some lovely suggestions so it wasn’t a problem not having it. We would 100% come back and stay again and have already recommended this property to several of our friends who are looking at booking an upcoming stay. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Lovely property - clean and new

Kristina was very friendly and polite and the villa was spotless. You have everything you need in the villa with a nice bonus welcome package too. Pool and outside area was perfect. Great for wildlife with what would be rare birds in the UK all in the garden .. Turtle Dove, Bee-eater, Hoopoe, Golden Oriole and Woodchat Shrike! Plus added bonus of butterflies on the lavender and tortoise in the fields. We had a great relaxing week which our girls loved relaxing in and out of the pool. Kristina was happy to help with advice and suggestions for restaurants and trips. We would recommend a v early start if you go to Plitvice lakes as its much less crowded. Nin is good for restaurants and only 7 mins away whilst Lake Vrana is a good day out for birdlife. Much recommended and thanks to Kristina for a great stay.

Parfait

La maison est magnifique, impeccable, parfaitement décorée. Tous les équipements sont conformes à la description et il y a même beaucoup plus de choses. Linge de toilette et serviettes de piscine en quantité supérieure. Kristina est une hôte géniale. Elle a été extrêmement arrangeante pour le check in. Elle nous a donné beaucoup de renseignements et a pris des nouvelles dans la semaine pour savoir si tout allait bien. Elle répondait de suite à nos demandes. Merci Kristina. Vacances en famille

Voilà une belle semaine passée dans cette magnifique et agréable maison . Sur place, c'est simple il ne ne manque rien. Elle est parfaitement équipée, tout est parfait et on se sent comme à la maison. Les propriétaires sont joignables, accessibles et de bon conseil. Ils sont très accueillants et bienveillants. A peu de kilomètres nous avons pu visiter une bonne partie de la côte croate ( Split,Trogir, Kkra, les lacs de Plitvice, Vir, Nin ,Pag, Zadar...) Cette maison est idéalement située . C'est un sans faute, je recommande fortement cette location qui sera vous faire passer des excellentes vacances.

Extraordinaire !

La maison est parfaitement équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Kristina est adorable et très à l'écoute des demandes avec une réactivité immédiate. Nous étions deux familles pour un total de 4 adultes et 4 enfants. La maison est totalement adaptée pour respecter l'intimité de chacun (nombreuses salles de bains et sanitaires). L'emplacement de la maison permet de faire de nombreuses excursions dans la journée (Nin, Pag, les parcs, Split,...). Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Highly recommended house and host - quiet place

Host Kristina: really good host and welcoming. Kristina was available for any piece of advice (restaurants, visits, beach) , reactive to our requests (eg: reparation of the dishwater within the day!) and thoughtfull for our baby (furniture). House: new house - very spacious, clean and bright. Pictures definitely reflects reality!. Quiet place (no neighbour), close to supermarket, beaches and cities such as Nin and Vir. 30 minutes driving from the airport of Zadar. Swimming pool really cleaned. several good quality bikes available and really useful to discover the country side. --> Perfect place for holiday (8 people and one baby)

Unser Urlaub in der Villa Aria war einfach wunderschön. Wir waren im Juli mit einer befreundeten Familie dort – insgesamt vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder – und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können.Die Villa ist modern, äußerst gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts, und wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an rundum wohlgefühlt.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Kristina. Sie ist eine außergewöhnlich herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die sich mit viel Engagement um ihre Gäste kümmert. Sie hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist oder ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Diese persönliche und fürsorgliche Art hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.Wir können die Villa Aria von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen – besonders für Familien oder Freunde, die gemeinsam einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchten. Wir waren mit 2 Familen (7 Personen) Anfang August in diesem tollen Haus. Fotos und Realität passen 1 zu 1 zusammen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Kristina hat super funktioniert, sie und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr engagiert! Check-In & Out nach Abstimmung problemlos.Das Haus und Außenbereich inkl. Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Sauna haben wir nun im Hochsommer nicht genutzt, aber auch hier hatten wir einen guten Eindruck.Der Wohn-Küchenbereich war super ausgestattet, im Kühlschrank erwartete uns bei der Ankunft bereits je 1 Flasche stilles & Mineralwasser, Saft sowie 1 Flasche Weißwein. Teller, Besteck, Gläser sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Küchengeräte funtionierten alle einwandfrei!Die Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen ebenfalls. Toll war auch der Billard-Tisch, der oft genutzt wurde!Der Pool war toll und wie neu - eine schöne Abkühlung für zwischendurch. Genossen haben wir den kühlenden Schatten der Olivenbäume, die rings um den Außenbereich stehen! Auch den Außengrill (Kohle/Briketts oder Holz) haben wir oft genutzt, wenn wir nicht in den nahegelegenen Restaurants gegesse haben. Ein großer Supermarkt (Plodine) ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, im Ort Privlaka sind versch. kleinere Märkte sowie ein toller Bäcker vorhanden. Ein ganz großes Plus waren die 7 Mountainbikes, die uns direkt zur Verfügung standen!!!Vielen lieben Dank nochmals an Kristina für die tolle Zeit in der Villa!!!

Überragende Villa mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Wir (6 Freunde, 2 Paare, 2 Singles) waren 8 Nächte in dieser toll gestalteten Villa mit sauberem Pool. Es gibt sogar eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Billardtisch, Fahrräder um die Gegend zu erkunden oder in ein nahegelegenes Restaurant zu fahren - und eine Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir können diese Villa absolut empfehlen.

Super Villa, tolle Gastgeber ! Von der Anreise bis hin zur Abreise alles super, Fahrräder wurden repariert und der Pool gereinigt. Unser Wohlbefinden stand an erster Stelle. Küche ist super ausgestattet, der Grill ist großartig und mit den Fahrrädern ist man schnell am Strand oder beim Supermarkt. Die Musikboxen draußen sind klasse! Wir hatten ein großartigen Urlaub und würden die Villa jederzeit nochmal buchen! Großes Danke für das Engagement der Gastgeber.

Ein toller Urlaub

Wir haben uns in Kristinas schönem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Kristina war eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin. Auch ihr Schwager war jederzeit zur Stelle, um zu helfen. So hat er z.B. mehrmals die Wasserqualität des Pools überprüft oder einen zusätzlichen Sonnenschirm für den Garten besorgt. Der Service war überdurchschnitt-lich gut! Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Uns hat es in der Villa sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit. Uns hat nichts gefehlt und der Aufenthalt war einfach nur perfekt.

Schönster Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit Freunden. Das Haus is wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bilder, ein Traum. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man benötigt lediglich 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad zum Strand. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Unterkunft gehen.
