These comments are both shocking and misleading. The property offers two large bathrooms, one large toilet and one small bathroom, which is part of the swimming pool facilities. All are clearly detailed in the information provided online. The guest complained about electric shutters not working in he whole properly (there was no problem at all) simply none one of the 7 could know how they work!!, next day Laura wrote: << I agree with you that we failed to understand how the electric curtains work>> they also complained about a hard matrees and when i offered to change it, they changed their mind that thematrees was soft!! The request for a refund was denied as there were no faults, no sold reason to support it. As far as the small bedroom is concerned, the room does have a window and also air conditioning and, as I suspect the room was not used at all by the guests, I am wondering where the problem is. To brand me as dishonest is unacceptable, but I do thank the guests for the last sentence of the comments, which thankfully, are a true description of the property. Attention for the future accommodation owners, She belongs to the guests who are looking to find some supposedly non-existent problem in the accommodation in order to demand a discount, implying that She will make a bad comment!!!!!

I believe Clare and her family thoroughly enjoyed their holiday on Rhodes and their stay at the villa, just as much as I enjoyed having them as guests. They made the villa their temporary 'home', enjoying all its facilities to the full and, at the same time, showing great respect and care at what we have to offer. It was a great pleasure to meet them and to share with them the delights that Rhodes and the Rodos Paradise Villa have to offer. I would love to see them again and have absolutely no qualms in recommending them as the kind of guests every property owner is looking for!
