Nous proposons notre maison privée en bord de mer à la location à quelques clients exigeants qui souhaitent «tout laisser derriÚre eux». Réveillez-vous avec les sons apaisants des Caraïbes, passez du temps de qualité avec votre significatif ou votre famille, et profitez d'une variété de sports nautiques ou détendez-vous simplement avec les images et les sons de la mer turquoise exquise.

EntiÚrement meublé, cet appartement de trois chambres, trois salles de bain et multi-niveaux offre une vue panoramique depuis toutes les chambres et les terrasses palapa. La plage privée avec un emplacement parfait est propice à la plongée en apnée, à la plongée sous-marine, au kayak et à la natation.

La cuisine gastronomique comprend des comptoirs en marbre et des ustensiles de cuisine. La salle à manger comprend une table en granit spectaculaire pour une cuisine raffinée. Le palapa avant romantique et le palapa cÎté océan sont tous deux disponibles pour le dßner. Les trois chambres sont climatisées. Tous les lits sont des matelas Sealy Posturpedic avec tous les draps en coton. Meubles, draperies et couvre-lits faits sur mesure. Toutes les chambres sont meublées avec des cadenas suffisamment grands pour accueillir un ordinateur portable, un grand sac à main, un appareil photo, etc. Emportez simplement votre propre cadenas ou achetez une serrure chez Yobany pour 5 $. 00

Les salles à manger en plein air de palapa et la terrasse au deuxiÚme étage sont idéales pour bronzer ou observer les étoiles, profiter de la douce brise marine et admirer les eaux turquoises enchanteresses. Kayaks, gilets de sauvetage et équipement de plongée en tuba fournis gratuitement. Proche de nombreuses activités récréatives et excursions. OUI - nous avons des planches de stand up paddle! Kayaks, télévision par satellite, DVD, livres, télescope dans le salon, jumelles, gilet de sauvetage et équipement de plongée fournis.

SERVICE DE CUISSON - fourni jusqu'à samedi petit-déjeuner et dßner avec préavis. Vous faites les courses et notre personnel prépare votre petit-déjeuner et votre dßner! We've stayed here previously 15 years ago! It has been improved since we stayed last. The AC in the bedrooms kept them comfortable. The cooks did a fantastic job for us and the convenience of having breakfast and dinner cooked for us each day was fabulous. We will be back!

Overall enjoyed our stay! Definitely need air conditioning in the kitchen and living area (had it in the bedrooms). Unfortunately we had many days of rain and with no a/c where we gathered, we sweated inside. Although they told us the road is not paved, it is filled with pot holes that you cannot drive around. The hotels/homes REALLY need to get this fixed. It took us 10 mins to go a little more than 1 kilometer each way.The food being cooked was fabulous! The staff was very friendly but did not speak English. Not a problem using a translate app. It was fun having the paddle boards and kayaks.

Fabulous stay in August with my family, wife and two boys (18 and 16). Great accommodation, spacious everything you need. The team there are brilliant. The food is fantastic a real luxury to not have to trapse out or cook for yourself. It was sargassum season but the beach was cleaned daily. Still easy to take paddleboards out to the reef to snorkel. Lovely peaceful location right on the beach. Lots provided (snorkelling clear, kayaks and paddleboards). Book and enjoy a great break. Definitely use the catering option every meal was exceptional!

Perfect in every way!

Everything from check in to meals were amazing! Definitely get the enchiladas! Luis was so sweet and super helpful the entire time. Beds were very comfortable. No issues at all!

Fabulous location and people

This is our third time staying here and never disappoints. We won’t stay anywhere else. Yobany, Louis, Grace, Edith and the one lady who comes every day to cook breakfast and clean are all amazing! We love them and that’s why we love coming back.

THE BEST

Good Beach Stay near Tulum

We had a great experience at this home. Conveniently located in an area that is quiet but has walkable options for a meal at nearby small hotels. Sandy beach at the property is very good, but it is rocky at the waterline -- so it isn't good for wading or playing in the water without using a kayak to go 100M off shore. Everything was in fine condition: working A/C in the bedrooms, kitchen appliances and layout is good, bathrooms/showers are nice, WiFi. No A/C in living area, but fans and open windows kept area comfortable during our January visit.

Best kept secret

This is my second time staying here and it is truly a magical place. There was 5 girls and we had plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable and love having the privacy of the 2 upstairs rooms. Our chef was amazing and cared for us the whole week. It feels like you have your own private beach. I can’t wait to go back!

Excellent Vacation Home!

This was a perfect home for a family vacation with adult children. The home is spotless, the beach is amazing, the location is excellent. The prepared food was delicious and Luiz’s margaritas each night were amazing! The online photos do not do the house justice.

What to say
 the villa is just perfect! We had a wonderful time at the beach, snorkelling just out in the bay, kayaking
 we all loved it and we would have never left. We had dinner prepared most evenings and this is really highly recommended! Food was amazing and eating outside in front of the bay was just priceless. Thank you so much!!!

Another wonderful stay at Casa Playa Azul

This was our second stay at Casa Play Azul, a wonderful and accommodating house on the Caribbean beach. Casa Playa Azul Wedding Retreat

This property has everything our family needed during our stay to celebrate the wedding festivities in Tulum. Luis and the housekeeping/cooking team were welcoming and helpful from arrival to departure. The meals were delicious and grocery service was seamless. Being on the beach with the ocean breeze and having the pool to lounge in was the best. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tulum. Gracias!

Amazing house on the beach

Even better than it appears online! Nice beach with snorkeling and kayaking right outside the house. We were able to easily swim to the reef with provided lifejackets and snorkel gear. The staff was lovely and dinners delicious. What a great way to spend a week with friends!

Wonderful people, house, and meals. The home cooked Mexican food was exceptional, and the entier staff was very helpful. The only disappointment was the rockey waterfront. We found it difficult to enter the water from the property.

Amazing Villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and attended to our every need. Our favorite experience was the Mayan Cooking class. The place was comfortable and kept spotless. There are nice places to eat and grab a drink close by. We really enjoyed Casa Cenote Restaurant. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing family vacation. They exceeded our expectations and the pictures didn't do it justice.

This home is set up for adults and families so each group has their own ensuite bath and lounging areas providing a great blend of privacy and group spaces not found in other homes. Wonderful home-cooked meals that can be served inside or outside on our beautiful palapa patios.
