Un bel appartement composé de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, salon, cuisine et grande véranda, WI FI gratuit.
Détendez-vous et la nature à seulement 10 minutes du centre historique de Sienne.

L'appartement, entièrement au rez-de-chaussée, est situé dans une magnifique ferme toscane typique du début des années 1900, entièrement rénovée, entourée de verdure, et est située dans la région de Costafabbri.
Le centre historique de Sienne est accessible en 10 minutes en voiture. Compte tenu de l'emplacement de l'appartement, nous préférons accepter les clients avec des voitures, des motos ou des vélos. Les transports en commun ne sont pas disponibles (bus, tram, métro, etc.).
Deux chambres doubles, salon, cuisine, deux salles de bains et une grande véranda sont à la disposition des hôtes. La véranda extérieure donne sur le charmant et grand jardin, soigneusement entretenu par les propriétaires.

Les propriétaires seront présents pour l'enregistrement et le départ et seront toujours à la disposition des clients pour tous les besoins et pour fournir des suggestions et des informations utiles pour rendre votre séjour à Sienne spécial.

Un respect maximum de l'appartement est requis.
Il est interdit de fumer dans la maison mais uniquement à l'extérieur (un cendrier sera disponible sur la véranda).
Les animaux ne sont pas admis.
Le prix comprend les draps, les serviettes et le nettoyage final.
Il est interdit d'utiliser la cheminée à l'intérieur de l'appartement.

TAXE TOURISTIQUE
La municipalité de Sienne a imposé une taxe de séjour pour ceux qui passent la nuit dans l'un des logements de la zone municipale. Le montant journalier par personne est de 2,00 €. La taxe de séjour n'est PAS INCLUSE dans le prix de l'appartement et sera à régler sur place à votre arrivée.

Il est interdit d'amener d'autres personnes dans l'appartement, en plus de celles pour lesquelles la réservation a été effectuée.

We just loved this! Gorgeous spot, accessible to many wonderful sights, lovely apartment. Sara the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Maybe the best part was waking up to dawn rising in the hills with a cacophony of blackbird warbling and rooster crowing

great vacation villa in Tuscany

Our stay here could not have been more enjoyable. Our host Sara was great- she helped us with restaurant recommendations and getting a taxi. The villa is out in the country, but only a 10 minute drive from historical Siena, and less than an hour from other must-see Tuscan towns. A great base for exploring.

Excellent stay just west of Siena.

This VRBO is lovely. Sara met us to give us the keys and a quick tour. It has everything you need to be self sufficient. 10 minute drive to Santa Catarina parking lot in Siena. From there, couple minutes walk to the escalators that take you up into the city.2 very good restaurants within 2 minutes by car. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

PERFECT Siena Stay

This home was perfect for what we were looking for for our time in Siena. It was the perfect combination of beautiful countryside with proximity to the wonderful towns/villages nearby (Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra). We also rented bikes and rode through the countryside and to an amazing town called Casole d'Elsa. It was an amazing day! Sarah, our host, was so helpful! I cannot say enough good things about her place and our time in Siena!

Wonderful home!

This was our favorite rental in Italy! The location was beautiful and easy access for day trips around Tuscany. The home was spacious, clean, well equipped, safe, and very comfortable. Even though the weather was hot, the home was cool. The host was friendly, responsive, and respectful of privacy. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Fabulous Host

The property was more than we anticipated. The veranda was gorgeous. We used it as much as possible. The property owners were respectful and responsive. It was a joy meeting the family. We stayed for 2 weeks and we were sad to leave. The property is located in a convenient location. Recommend this property for a long stay. You will not regret your stay.

A visit of Tuscany

Property is perfectly located. We wanted to have a good overview of Tuscany..... and we got it...We spent the first day in Siena and then we visited : Volterra , Montepulciano, Montalcino and the same day we had wine tasting at Castiglion del Bosco winery, then Cortona, Monteregionni, San Ginignano and we spent the last day in PienzaNothing wrong about the house. We loved everything about Tuscany........and mostly the winethe house is cozy, clean and in a very quiet environment !

Lovely apartment very close to Siena

Great stay at this lovely country apartment 10 minutes away from Siena. The apartment is in a restored farm house and was spacious for us, near a restaurants, grocery, and highway. Unfortunately, the weather was very cool so could not use their lovely patio. Siena was beautiful but better to visit early morning as it gets crowded. We used St. Katherine parking garage a perfect location. I highly recommend this country home for your next trip

Siena County House

We loved staying at Sara’s county apartment just outside Siena. The apartment is large, spacious and very comfortable. It contains everything we needed to make our stay easy. But the location is the best part. It’s in a lovely, tranquil garden and has a large outdoor space that we spent hours in. There were also sun loungers to use in the garden. It took 8 minutes to get to a free parking space in Siena and everything was walking distance from there. Sara is a great host, sending detailed directions to find the house, and recommendations on where to park and good restaurants. Staying here was a highlight of our 2 months travelling in Europe.

A Week in Siena, Tuscany

My wife and I stayed at the Lovely Tuscan Country Home from Oct.18-25,2024. It is well situated just a few minutes drive from Siena. The property is very comfortable and quiet. It was a perfect base for exploring Siena and the surrounding countryside. Sara was an excellent host, responsive to our needs, happy to answer our questions about the area and provided us some nearby dining suggestions. Our activities included the main attractions in Siena, the Podere Il Casale organic cheese farm tour near Pienza, some golf at nearby Royal Golf La Bagnaia, a couple hours at the Thermal pools at Terme Antica Querciolaia, a 3 hour countryside hike near San Gimignano and exploring some other towns like Montepulchiano. We dined in Siena several nights. Excellent restaurants are plentiful. We also made our own dinner in the house some nights too. This is a great place to stay when in Siena.

Great location, just outside of Siena. Easy drives to all of the great hilltop villages in southern Tuscany. Beds were comfortable and a nice kitchen with most everything you need to cook a nice meal if you choose not to go out. There are several very good restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes.

Royaal huis met groot overdekt terras en fraai uitzicht. Geluid van de autoweg draagt wel over als de wind verkeerd staat. Je komt binnen via een lange oprijlaan en staat derhalve geparkeerd achter een poort.
