Nous vous invitons à découvrir La Villa des Quatre Vents ! Cette magnifique maison de famille a été rénovée par un grand architecte. Nous vous invitons à l'occuper le temps de vos vacances avec votre famille et/ou vos amis.

Elle est disponible pour une semaine de location au minimum.

La villa est située en Bretagne Sud, dans un site classé, à proximité immédiate de la grande plage de Quiberon et de la côte sauvage. La maison se situe à environ 100km de Nantes (56 - France).

Cette villa réunit à elle seule tous les éléments pour passer des vacances inoubliables en famille ou entre amis :
1- Piscine privée avec eau cristalline 8m x 8m chauffée à 28°.
2- Spa Hotspring privé, 40 jets et 37°, pour 6 personnes.
3- Ecrans TV dans toutes les chambres avec Apple TV et MediaCenter (1000 films récents disponibles) + MyCanal / Netflix / Amazon Prime / Disney+.
4- 2 pièces home cinema (14 enceintes Klipsch encastrées) avec Media Center.

Quand la piscine est fermée, celle-ci est 100% sécurisée. C'est vraiment l'idéal si vous avez de jeunes enfants !

Wonderful Family Holiday

The accommodation exceeded our expectations and is equipped with everything you need and more for your stay. The highpoint of course is the pool and hot tub which our three grandchildren used from first thing until dinner on each day. Lots of media equipment which suited the younger members of our group. It was our first visit to Quiberon which we found to be a lovely well kept town with a clean sandy beach. Ample choice of restaurants, some a little pricey. Villa is located walking distance from the town and beach so didn't use the car at all which was a great bonus after our journey from the UK.

We spent an amazing week in this beautiful villa . On arrival were greeted by two lovely people Gerard and Michelle. They told us everything we needed to know about the Villa . Everyone in our party from 2 to 62 had a great time. The Villa is situated in a perfect area , near enough to shops and a lovely walk to the beach. We also used the bicycles provided . A 5 star gem in Quiberon

We are a family of 11 people from grandad to grandchildren ages 5 to 67. Not an easy group to meet the needs of but this house was amazing. My thanks to the owners, Christophe and Nathalie. We were in touch from booking to leaving and they provided help and guidance in all things from coordination to parking requirements (which is free within 100 metres, but move the car each 3 days).The house is shinny clean, seriously comfortable beds ensure a good nights sleep and great showers to refresh in the morning. The house has every entertainment a mixed generation party could ever want (WiFi, board games, electronic games and large TVs throughout) and we were happy to spend a day at home due to our 1 day of stormy weather. The pool is kept wonderfully warm (30 degrees) and after a reviving swim it is into the hot tub to relax. We made good use of the e-bikes and with bikes and walking, so much is in easy distance from the house. Quiberon is beautiful - a varied coastline of rocks and beaches, calm seas and surfable waves. Good restaurants, shops, supermarkets and beaches all close by. Moules and crepes highly recommended. Quiberon is a great place to stay and this immaculate house is a gem. Highly recommended.

Quiberon au top

Excellente quinzaine sous le soleil de quiberon pour toute la famille, dans une villa au top. Vélo électriques pour tous de très hte qualité, piscine et spa parfait, dans un environnement calme et tranquille , à proximité des commerces de la gde plage et de la cote sauvage. Très belle villa, bien située, tout confort, belles prestations

Très belle villa à mi chemin du centre ville de Quiberon et de la côte. Tout confort, piscine sécure et jacuzzi, vélos électriques à disposition, belles prestations audiovisuelles. Idéale pour 8 adultes, 2 jeunes ados et 2 petits enfants, mais pas 15 adultes. Très bon accueil de Christophe et de sa belle fille, à l'écoute et disponibles au moindre problème. Les petits moins : le canapé lit n'en est pas un et il n'y a pas de base de maison disponible à l'arrivée. Sinon, tout est fait pour passer un très agréable séjour. A noter également, une seule place de parking à l'intérieur de la propriété.

Je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié notre villa, en particulier sa location exceptionnelle entre la plage et la côte sauvage. Je suis heureux également que votre groupe ait profité des multiples équipements que nous mettons à disposition, dont les 8 vélos électriques Beach Cruiser qui comme vous avez pu le constater sont taillés sur mesure pour sillonner les multiples sentiers de la Presqu’île. Effectivement, comme indiquée sur notre annonce, la maison dispose de 4 chambres doubles et 5 lits simples + un canapé-lit d’appoint, elle peut donc accueillir un maximum de 15 personnes, mais idéalement composé de 8 adultes + 5/7 enfants ou ados. Le canapé-lit étant surtout destiné à un usage ponctuel, pour recevoir des invités au cours de votre séjour par exemple. J’ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à vous accueillir. Nous avons eu un excellent contact et j’ai hâte de vous recevoir à nouveau !

Très agréable séjour

Maison bien équipée, même s'il manquait quelques assiettes! Un petit problème avec le lave vaisselle qui avait été mal nettoyé par les utilisateurs précédents. Nous y avons remédié. Une des chambres du rez de chaussée manque un peu de rangements (pas de penderie); Jardin, piscine et spa parfaits

Amazing! Belles vacances en famille

Véritablement une des meilleures expériences en termes de location de vacances. La Villa 4 Vents est splendidement équipée, même dans les moindres détails. Nous étions nombreux et on se sentait parfaitement à l’aise. Sa localisation est superbe aussi, proche du supermarché, plage, centre ville et Côte Sauvage. À notre arrivée tout était propre et Christophe a bien pris le temps de tout nous expliquer (pas mal de choses!). Il a aussi toujours été disponible si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour en Bretagne et je recommande cette location. Merci!

Super séjour, encore merci aux propriétaires qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Vélos, piscine, barbecue... tout était parfait. Et en plus à 5min du centre ville à pied. La maison possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer une semaine très agréable en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande !

A great villa for a family holiday

We had a great family holiday at the Villa des 4 Vents in August 2015 with a family party of 6 adults and two children. M Cautru was an efficient and attentive owner - available by phone and text to answer a few (inevitable) queries in the first few days of our stay. The villa’s peaceful location, on the outskirts of Quiberon town, was perfect for a gentle walk to the town, the harbour and beaches. This made it easy for shopping for the morning’s groceries, visiting the beach and eating out in the town’s cafes and restaurants. On a number of evenings we were able to enjoy a family dinner together at the house before taking a stroll into the town for dessert, coffee and drinks at one of the town’s cafes and bars. The house is super, well presented and accurately pictured on the web site. We found all the facilities to be clean and modern and the kitchen and dining area are well equipped, with a great American BBQ outside which was easy to use and to clean. In fact, there was so much equipment available that we were only able to make use of a selection of them. With a large family group the large dining table in the house was great to enjoy special family times together around the meal table and, with the additional large table in the garden, al fresco meals under the fig tree were easy to set out. When we arrived, and M. Cautru realised that we had an 18 month in our party, no trouble was too great and a baby cot, high chair and bed guards were set up immediately for our use and the house’s stock of buoyancy aids and bike seats for the kids brought to our attention. The villa’s garden is private and secure and the large heated pool was even better than we expected. It was easy to keep safe and clean because of the modern automatic cleaning equipment and retractable cover and awnings. With two small children in our party having an automatic pool cover was important and the pool was at all times visible through the large windows at the front of the house. In order to really enjoy the area the bikes were a great addition to the facilities at the house allowing all the family to take turns to explore the town, the beaches and the Cote Sauvage which is close by. We would recommend the villa and look forward to visiting Villa des 4 Vents Quiberon again.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Außenpool und viel Technik

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll ist der angenehm warm beheizte Pool mit der tollen Außenbeleuchtung, den man auch noch spät Abends genießen kann. Auch der restliche Außenbereich mit Whirlpool, Liegen und Esstisch ist toll. Die Lage ist sehr gut innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand und in der Stadt. Die Lage ist dabei sehr ruhig. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die PS5 gefreut, auch die großen Fernseher mit AppleTV in jedem Zimmer sind gut angekommen. Die tolle Technik ist wirklich beeindruckend. Viel Spaß machen auch die E-Bikes. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut, hat auf SMS schnell reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Beautiful property, lots to do!

This property was ideal for us, two families with five teenagers between us. The town centre is a short walk in one direction and the beautiful Côte Sauvage a similarly short distance in the other. The location is great, but the house itself is the real attraction. The swimming pool was in use pretty much every day (along with the hot tub) even when the weather wasn’t too sunny. It’s heated to a pleasant temperature and is easy to maintain as the house is equipped with a robotic pool cleaner and it’s easy enough to scoop any surface leaves out with the pool net. The house itself is really quite spacious and very well appointed with a nice big dining table, ideal for playing board games or cards in the evening. If that’s not your thing the house has a lot of huge, flatscreen TVs dotted around the house in various bedrooms as well as the main sitting room. There are a couple of games consoles hooked up and Mario Kart marathons on the Wii U proved very popular after a day spent exploring one of the many beautiful towns near Quiberon. In the garage there are around six electric bicycles which are amazing (at least they were to us not having tried one before). They provide an excellent way to explore the local area but be warned, they can really shift, great fun! It was an ideal place for nine of us to spend the week. Christophe is very helpful and easy to contact. If he can’t make it to the house someone else will come along to sort out any problem you might have. I’d heartily recommend the house to anyone.

Total luxury throughout with everything you could possibly need.

My wife and I first stayed at this property last year to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our immediate family. This was a special occasion and the property matched our expectations. So much so, that we decided to book the property this year just for ourselves as a bit of indulgence. The facilities inside were ideal with everything you would need to cater for adults and children alike. The whole property is of a very high standard and kept in immaculate condition. Outside the heated Spa and swimming pool are just what you need at any time of the day. Also, the electric bikes are brilliant and enable you to see more of the local area than you might be able to otherwise unless you drive. But with the bikes you can stop at any time, anywhere and enjoy the views. The property is near the beach and village centre as described and is in an ideal position. The owners are very welcoming and we would certainly recommend this property.

We were looking for a large property with luxury in mind and this did not disappoint.

My wife and I were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and we were looking for somewhere special to celebrate with our family. This property not only met all our requirements but also exceeded them. We have visited Quiberon for a number of years and know the area well. The location is near to the beach, bars and restaurants and is a good base to take a walk and soak up the local scenery and views. The owner, Christophe, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and we enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking to book again next year. The pool was a major attraction for our family which consisted of 7 adults and 4 children, all of whom could use the pool at the same time. The whole property was impressive and easily accommodated our party from the living space to the bedrooms. The property was totally enclosed and safe for the children to play safely. The holiday was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Beautiful property in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The house is ideal for a family holiday and is tastefully decorated and wonderfully well-equipped. In particular, the entertainment system is amazing and perfect for any rainy days! The pool is lovely and set to a perfect temperature. Christophe, the owner, was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. The house is ideally located and within easy waking distance of the town. A great find - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any of our friends.

Fantastic house, well positioned and finished superbly.

The house is really close to Quiberon centre and the beach so is perfectly located in the peninsula. A morning in the pool and hot tub and an afternoon at the beach before a final dip in the evening became a great routine for our two families who stayed for a week in August 2016. The standard of finish in the house is really excellent and all mod cons are available including some overflow kitchen gadgets in the garage! The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area work really well and the two bedrooms downstairs were particularly luxurious. Bathrooms were great too with lovely rain showers in both and a big bath upstairs. The AV system in the house is also impressive and even allowed for an evening of karaoke. The garden in general, and the pool and hot tub in particular, are very well set up. Temperature of the pool is really inviting and the hot tub was a real treat. The BBQ is of a high standard and large, and the addition of 4 bikes for use meant the short trip to the boulangerie in the morning was easy. Finally - Christophe was great ahead of and during our visit, and Gerard and his wife were really helpful on arrival and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was good. All in all this is a great house and a great set up in a fantastic location.

We came here 5 years ago. My parents, me and 4 brothers, 3 girlfriends, a baby and our dog. I think it was one of the best holidays ever.. good contact with the owner, very luxury house inside. Today i came on this site to see the bathroom again, cause i wanna have the same hehe. The house is not very big.. but if the weather is good.. you dont to be inside

Amazing 5 star house in Quiberon

The owners Cristophe and his wife who own this villa are very charming. We stayed for a week with my husband, friend and 3 children and we had an amazing time. Basically everything is catered for at this villa whether you are a toddler, teenager or adult. If you wish to go out in the town centre then its a quick 5 min walk otherwise you could enjoy the house all day without leaving it as the heated pool and Jacuzzi are very luxurious!! When it comes to the kitchen literally everything has been thought of and all you need to do is bring your own food. There is a market every Sat that provides fresh fish and shellfish and there are several supermarkets nearby as well. The villa has all the latest gadgets with a database of the latest movies and x-box games to play. When we did have a query Cristophe was very quick to deal with it. We cannot recommend this highly enough. The best villa we've ever stayed at!!
