Maine Lake House luxueux sur le lac Megunticook à Camden, la meilleure location sur le lac!

Le lac Megunticook House sur l’avenue Beaucaire est situé dans une partie calme et ensoleillée du magnifique lac Megunticook. Il comprend un grand porche extérieur à proximité de l’eau, un barbecue chaque pièce, foyer au sol dans le salon principal et la chambre principale, bibliothèque, confortable salle de télévision avec canapé-lit, internet et cuisine de luxe. La maison a été entièrement reconstruite en 2007 et est propre, fraîche et moderne, tout en conservant le charme confortable d'une cabine au bord du lac. La maison est orientée sud-ouest et bénéficie de couchers de soleil spectaculaires. La propriété est à seulement trois miles du centre-ville balnéaire de Camden et ses nombreux restaurants, magasins et attractions. Vous pouvez nager, bateau ou pêcher immédiatement à partir de votre propre quai. L'avenue Beaucaire est une route calme, verdoyante et venteuse, idéale pour la marche, le jogging ou le cyclisme. Vous pouvez marcher ou vous garer au pied du sentier de la colline de la Vierge pour faire une randonnée sur le mont Megunticook et admirer des vues spectaculaires du sommet. Cette section du lac est très calme et paisible comparée à la circulation à haute vitesse trouvée dans les propriétés situées au large de la route 52. Elle est située dans la zone hautement souhaitable «No Wake» pour les bateaux. La nage est donc extrêmement calme. Pour les plaisanciers, vous avez beaucoup de lacs en dehors de la zone de non-sillage pour la navigation à grande vitesse / tubing ou le ski nautique.

Le lac Megunticook est l’un des plus beaux lacs de la région. Il possède de nombreuses eaux très profondes qui gardent l’eau fraîche tout au long de l’été. Il n’ya pas de problème de graminées ni de mauvaises herbes qui ravagent nombre des plus petits plans d’eau et étangs voisins. Vous êtes également à distance de vélo de la côte et pouvez profiter de tous les avantages de l’accès aux villes côtières animées, des ferries vers les îles et de la baignade ou de la navigation sur la magnifique baie de Penobscot sur de nombreux bateaux de charter.

Great on Lake House

the lake is amazing and access easy. We swam and paddled all day. house is great location to get to Camden/Lincolnville for great food and shopping and hiking. Need to be willing to have people stay in rooms together bc the bedrooms have multiple beds. They have everything you need in the kitchen!

Wonderful lakefront home!

Beautiful well maintained home located in mid coast Maine. Easy day trips to Bar Harbor or Portland. Boating and fishing just steps from your back porch. The house is large enough to accommodate a family of eight. A visit to Mount Battie is a must see to enjoy spectacular views of the Camden area. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Jennifer is awesome! Super attentive and quick to respond. Beautiful lake, great fishing, close to beautiful Camden town, ocean, grocery, well supplied kitchen House very close to road, set up of rooms funky but pictures online are honest We had a lovely time and great weather, no AC so if it rained all week might be a bit balmy with linen and sofa, etc

We appreciate your understanding about the wrong sized sheets accidentally included in one of the linen bundles, and are grateful for your husband repairing the seat in the canoe. Comfortable & Spacious Cabin on Serene Lake

My husband & I could not have been more pleased with our stay at Jim & Jennifer's cabin. Though it was more space than the two of us needed, it still felt cozy and homey. The cabin is equipped with anything you could possibly need. We loved the extensive album collection and enjoyed leisurely mornings singing along with the Beatles. The view from the back porch is nothing short of spectacular, and we enjoyed canoeing around the peaceful lake. This was our first trip to Maine and we found Camden to be a perfect location. Quaint, warm, friendly and plenty to do within a reasonable driving distance. Don't miss out on a morning sail trip on the Cutter Owl, one of our trip highlights. You can book it in Camden Harbor.

Waterfront Bliss

The waterfront cabin is perfect for a family getaway. Close to town, the harbor, outstanding local restaurants and beautiful sites. It served as a great home base but also a serene location for kayaking, fishing, swimming and reading. Beautiful views of the lake from all rooms. The kitchen and large tables were perfect for family dinners, puzzles and game nights. The hosts were available and ensured we had a great stay!

Beautiful Lake Home Away from Home

The house, property, dock, and lake are all stunning and located in the perfect spot. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The lake is beautiful, loads of hikes close by, minutes from main street Camden, and you feel like you’re away from it all.

Lovely, updated home on lake megunticook. Great for our family of five. Great deck overlooking lake with two docks that are excellent for swimming or canoeing. Hosts are very accessible a d responsive and accommodating.

Perfect Spot on the Lake

Lovely Maine Cottage situated on beautiful Lake Megunticook. House is well kept and offers lake views from all bedrooms as well as the common area. Deck and the two floating docks provide perfect access to the lake. Wonderful vacation spot.

Absolutely wonderful home and location!!!

We had a fabulous time enjoying this beautiful property!!! Nestled on the edge of the lake, this home included everything you need to have a wonderful vacation - canoe and kayak for enjoying the lake & hammock for afternoon nap. The fire place was also lovely on the cool evenings. The home has been updated, but keeps the original character of the home. Our family very much enjoyed this home and will be returning!!!

Excellent quick trip to Camden

My wife and I decided in the early evening on a Friday to try and book a last minute trip to Maine for the Labor Day holiday. Our hosts were wonderfully accommodating and very responsive - without which our whim of a trip never would have happened. On top of that, the house was perfect. Wonderfully finished, a beautiful setting , great views, easy access to town... Not much more to be asked for. Highly recommended.

A Beautiful Place

The house is lovely and the location fantastic. The view of the lake is amazing and we enjoyed the canoe and kayaks provided by the owner. The picturesque town of Camden is less than three miles away. Lots of wonderful food, things to do and gorgeous scenery nearby.

Jennifer is a 5th generation Mainer with many decades of family presence in the area, and both have developed a depth and breadth of knowledge of the community and environs, with access to some the finest property locations in the mid-coast area. Jim worked as a corporate lawyer for 25 years in Europe and Asia, before returning to Maine as a general practitioner, and together they have combined their knowledge and resources into a portfolio of beautiful homes concentrated in the mid-coast area of Maine, where they both are passionate about the land, the water and the outdoors.
