Beautiful villa with well kept garden and lots of outside seating, barbecue, etc. the heated pool was brilliant and really made the holiday. The house was fully equipped and spotless. Decor a little dated but traditional Portuguese so just different for us. We had a wonderful stay. Six of us, three generations, and it worked out perfectly. 10/05/25

Fantastic family holiday at Villa Quinta da Marinha II. The villa was in a fantastic location, close to shops and a short walk/drive to the sea, restarsunts and Cascais. The villa was very spacious and was perfect for our family holiday with our 11 month old baby. Paulo at Allure Villas was a great host and couldn't have been more helpful. The only slight criticism I would have were there were quite a few ants in the kitchen and you could maybe use an extra baking tray and chopping board. The villa is a great place to stay with family

The villa is a great place to stay with family. There were a lot of extra amenities not listed, such as a dryer, a changing table, and much more. I can definitely recommend this place. Also for people with less mobility as there is an elevator present. The hosts were also very proactive in communicating, which felt very welcoming. Only a slight issue with one of the keys not working well, but hopefully it will be solved for the next guest. Miguel and Paulo thank you so much for all your help!

We loved our stay in allure villas

We loved our stay in allure villas. The house is extremely spacious and comes equipped with everything you need. We were welcomed at the door by Paulo who gave us a welcome pack of some delicious local Portuguese produce as well as a tour of the house and lots of local recommendations. The neighbourhood is very stylish and peaceful but still close to shops like Lidl and spar and a 10 min stroll from a group of waterside restaurants ( casa de guia). It’s also walking distance from the centre of cascais - though it is possible to rent bikesscooters for a shorter journey! All in all, made for a lovely holiday - thank you! 12/06/25

Bonne situation, cartier calme mais piscine inutilisable, pompe en panne...

Eau de piscine verte à notre arrivée. Pompe démontée et remontée au milieu de notre séjour donc nécessité d'attendre qq jours supplémentaires pour que cette piscine soit utilisable. Quel dommage, un geste commercial serai le bienvenu... De surcroit manque significatif de casserole, difficile de cuisiner...

Kaunis, rauhallinen ympäristö. Hiukan kaukana Cascaisin keskustasta. Tilava, siisti talo. Hienoa kun oli monta makuuhuonetta ja niissä omat kylpyhuoneet. Pre & Post Wedding Stay in Cascais

Overall we were very satisfied with the property. It was in a quiet and secure location and within a short taxi/Uber ride into the beautiful town of Cascais. The positives include size of the house, living space, bedrooms , garden, BBQ area and swimming pool. There only a few negatives with the house namely that some of the Aircon units did not work but thankfully temperatures were very pleasant indeed during the 9 days. The Saturday we arrived chemicals were put into the swimming pool which meant that it could not be accessed until late Sunday afternoon. However the most disturbing matter was the fact that a neighbour across the street had keys to access the property. We left the house on Wednesday 5th for the wedding ceremony and did not return until Friday 7th. When we got back we found the front door open and this neighbour was in the house. She said she was only checking up on it and left promptly. Later we discovered that some items had been moved in bedrooms and other items were missing including ear phones and a table cloth that my wife purchased to bring back to Ireland. We could not say for certain if she took them and whether she was in the the house on other occasions. We informed Paulo. It did not spoil our time there but I would think twice before using that house again which is a pity.

Dear Karl, Thank you for your comments and we are glad that you could enjoy your stay at the villa. Regarding the problem with the air-conditioning and the pool, the villa manager and the owner were informed and will take care of the issues. Regarding the episode with the neighbor, we have clarify with the owner, as it was the first time that this happened. Indeed, the the neighbor that lives in front of the villa has a key for any eventual problem when the owners are not at the villa (the owners don't live there), but of course she is not going to the villa when there are guests. The neighbor saw the villa empty for more than 1 day (you were probably on the weeding) and an open window and decided to check, instead to call the villa manager first. She was there to check the villa when you have arrived. She has explained to you what happened and left. We have reported to the owner that this cannot happen and he will inform the person. Regarding the itens that had been moved in bedrooms and other items that were missing, as you say, the villa was left with an open window when you were away so anyone could go inside the villa. We will contact you by email regarding this issue. We apologize the inconvenient and are at your disposal for any other clarification. Best regards, Allure Villas team

A fine property. Kitchen very well equipped. Great pool and garden. Spacious bathrooms and good water pressure. Beds in 3 ensuite rooms are very small double size and comfort levels could be a lot better with larger or twin beds. Skimpy towel supply and no beach towels. Living room very dated and could be refreshed. Strong smell of damp and drains. Location good but 800m from beach not true... it’s a good 3 to 4kms.

Lovely villa in a quiet area of Cascais. Ideally situated for Cascais, Lisbon, Sintra and beaches

I probably would have given 4.5 stars if i could as the villa is lovely. In fact there seems to have been some additions to the description online which made it even better. The villa thankfully had aircon (through the record heatwave), a new large TV with Netflix and cable TV and 3 adult bikes (all of which i was told were not there pre-booking ?!?!). For me it lost a half star as the pillows were poor (personal preference maybe, but they were far too soft for any of the 6 of us who stayed there). It also lacked a feeling of 'home' as there was little to show that it belonged to anyone and was in fact slightly soul-less for this. For a villa of this price i might have expected a little bit more 'extra special additions'. That said, these are quite minor issues and they certainly didnt spoil our holiday. The villa is situated in a quiet area, but with a couple of decent Portuguese restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance, it is a short drive into Cascais centre, but ideally situated for access to the wonderful Guincho beaches.

Fantastic house and pool with so much space! Only down side being no real British TV.

There were 7 of us staying here - 3 of them children - and the owner produced great toys and and equipment for them to help them enjoy there stay. There was a high chair and cot for the little one and brightly coloured spoons and plates and even a "potty". The pool isn't heated so I was the only one brave enough to swim, but the weather hadn't been good enough to get the pool going. We were within walking distance of a supermarket and the wonderful beaches were a short drive away. Cascais was a short walk from a free car park too, and is a lively little resort with many eateries, a lovely park, museums and churches. We visited Sintra - the Monserrate Palace and wonderful gardens - driving along the coast and into the hills - beautiful views! Also Lisbon is an easy drive along the coast road or by train and "oh those little custard tarts"! We had everything we needed in a lovely quiet location and really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks.

Fantastic Villa in a lovely quiet area

Ideal for Family or a Group of friends looking for a nice relaxing break. The Villa is superb. The Manager, "Pedro" is the nicest man you can meet and went out of his way to ensure we had everything. Couldn't rate him and the Villa high enough!

Just the perfect place for a fantastic holiday

We couldn't have wished for a better villa to make our long weekend away just perfect. The villa is spacious with beautifully kept gardens and a gorgeous pool. It's clean and ideal for a quiet break with family or friends. Situated a little outside of Cascais, it's great because you can laze around the pool all day and not feel guilty about giving the beach a miss. It's close enough to a large grocery store so you can stock up all your feeding/drinking supplies easily. Most importantly, the villa is looked after by a superb team. Ana and Mayra at Home Away were incredibly helpful - always available if we had questions or needed assistance. The villa manager, Pedro Pombo, was amazing - couldn't have been more helpful! He even went so far as to drive us around to show us where to buy food and to show us the local eateries. Our trip was made complete thanks to the patient taxi/shuttle services of Antonio Vieira - from collecting us at the airport to ferrying us into Lisbon - just fantastic. We couldn't recommend this place enough! We'll definitely go back when the next chance crops up.

Passionate about landscapes, new cultures, and adventures, we started to rent our own villa in 2012 to finance family trips.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

We proudly and with great enthusiasm founded Allure Villas thanks to the owners’ involvement, our satisfied guests’ feedback, and word of mouth.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

Cascais et Sintra, patrimoine de l'UNESCO, offrent certaines des meilleures conditions pour la baignade en bord de mer et les sports nautiques au Portugal, en fonction du type de plage que vous choisissez. Nous recommandons la côte le long d'Estoril pour les plages abritées et de Cascais / Guincho à Praia das Maçãs pour les conditions les plus difficiles. À l’intérieur du complexe Quinta da Marinha, vous avez accès à un parcours de golf de compétition de 18 trous (de Robert Trent Jones). En septembre 2011, les dunes d'Oitavos ont grimpé de 20 places pour être considérées comme le 68e meilleur parcours au monde et le deuxième meilleur d'Europe continentale. À l’intérieur du complexe, vous trouverez également 10 courts de tennis (deux en gazon synthétique et huit en terre battue), 3 courts de padel, 3 courts de squash / raquette, un sauna, une salle de sport, une piscine couverte, des restaurants et le centre équestre de Marinha, considéré comme l’un des plus grands. et le mieux équipé de la péninsule ibérique.
