Récemment rénové et prêt à être apprécié! Ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains, situé au rez-de-chaussée et à la côte propose un nouveau tapis, un nouveau décor et de nouveaux meubles. Aucune attente sur les ascenseurs, il suffit de sortir de votre patio privé et fermé pour vous rendre sur la magnifique plage de sable blanc du complexe. Cet espace a été conçu pour refléter la beauté incomparable de la côte d’émeraude. Venez vous détendre, et bienvenue dans votre Home Sea Home!

L'unité # 105 du Holiday Surf and Racquet Club peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes avec un lit king-size dans la chambre principale. La chambre d'amis a été récemment rénovée et comprend une couchette avec un lit inférieur, des lits jumeaux en haut et un lit gigogne double en bas, ainsi qu'un lit jumeau supplémentaire séparé. Another Great Stay at Holiday Surf & Raquet

The only thing that could make it better would be the addition on a Bar in the Dining Room or a buffet table that could be used as a bar. The unit is clean and nicely updated and we enjoyed our stay. Our group had 75 guests staying at Holiday Surf and Racquet and we all plan to return for Labor Day Weekend 2025!! Thank You to Angela and ALL of the Front Desk staff!!

After years of staying, just a little disappointed.

Ice maker didn't work and no one ever showed up to look at it after we were told they would. They did give us a bag of ice a couple days but then they ran out of ice. The cushions on dining room chairs are really dirty. They were just gross. We had brought our grand kids for the first time. Other than that we had a good time. We will be back just not that room.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice place. Loved being able to walk out the patio with easy access to the beach and pool. The beach set up was great as well. When it comes to improvement, the cleanliness was not up to a par. There were several dirty dishes in cabinets, stains on the floor, left over products on the ground from previous guests and stains on majority of the linens. I'm only pointing that out because I I want to make sure the cleaning crew hired is doing the job expected of them. It came across like nothing was cleaned. ALSO, the staff at the condos was VERY rude. When we arrived, we were told we still owed $30 security deposit even though we have receipts stating we paid it. They wanted us to pay additional fees that weren't in our contract. We were told it was because the owners didn't pay for the deposit so we needed to pay for it again. That just isn't the best business practice. With everything being said, the place overall was nice but I would suggest getting the staff/payment situation cleared up because surprising guests with additional fees that they didn't agree to doesn't look the best. I would also reach out to your cleaning company to make sure they are doing what you hired them to do.

Wonderful!

This property had everything my group was looking for when deciding on where to stay. We were on the ground floor close to the pool. The beach service was great and we spent a lot more time on the beach since we didn’t have to set up our space. Mornings on the beach and pool in the afternoon. Perfect! You can get fresh towels and linens on Tuesday and Friday-much appreciated. There are pool and beach equipment in the main closet. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean except for the floors which was pretty dirty and not with sand. Easily handled but maybe something that needs to be addressed with the cleaning crew. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

For our first time in Destin this place was great! the location was awesome with the beach literally in the back yard, place was clean and semi stocked with toiletries. Only bad was the microwave did not work and the wifi was slow and lagging.

As a previous owner at HSRC, my family and I love Holiday Surf and still wanted to stay there for vacation. We stayed in unit 105 and loved it. I will definitely book that unit again in the future. 😁

Beautiful, clean and everything we hoped for.

Easy to rent, beautiful location with access to everything we wanted to experience. Definitely plan to visit 105 again.

Love Holiday Surf But Just Ok With This Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stays at Holiday Surf every year. We have stayed in several units and a few a couple of times. We wanted this for the bunk beds for our 6 year old son. That was the most comfortable in the unit. In addition to that and the location of the unit, there is nothing else special about this unit. I will not rent it again and I would not recommend. The lighting was horrible. And one TV didn't work, the other had 1 channel and the third went out. When we got there there was a huge leak coming from the ceiling and on the floor. It was there the entire week. The staff was very responsive but wasn't able to do anything about it. I would recommend Holiday Surf to anyone. but hated we paid more this year for this unit and was totally disappointed. Hope they also get the beach in better shape by next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very convenient from first floor to access the pool and the beach.. We usually stay on the upper floors but i would have to say you do miss the views from atop to the beach from balcony . However the rooms are very accommodating and the staff is always great. Thanks looking forward for our next stay.
