*** GRANDES VUES DE CET APPAREIL!*** Cette magnifique unité est très bien meublée et décorée pour faire plaisir aux yeux! Il comprend 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bains dotées de baies vitrées dans le salon principal donnant sur les belles piscines, la rivière artificielle et la vue sur la baie! Vous avez les meilleures vues!

Le salon dispose d'un téléviseur 42 "à écran plat avec programmation par satellite et d'un lecteur DVD. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen confortable. Le salon peut accueillir 5 à 6 personnes très confortablement! Le bar est très grand et comprend une machine à glaçons et un évier. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size avec une télévision par satellite à écran plat de 81 cm pour votre plus grand plaisir. La salle de bain principale dispose d'un jacuzzi pour la détente et d'une douche séparée! La chambre 2 comprend un lit queen-size confortable et une télévision par satellite à écran plat 27 ". La salle de bains spacieuse est attenante à la chambre d'amis et dispose d'une combinaison baignoire / douche. Cette unité dort 6. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles / plats de cuisine, salle à manger et service avec une table pour 6 personnes et un bar pour le petit-déjeuner haut pouvant accueillir 3 personnes. Cette unité est lumineuse, festive, très attrayante et prête pour des vacances à la plage.

Internet Wi-Fi gratuit pour tous ceux qui séjournent dans cette unité !!! Les enfants vont adorer le toboggan et la piscine! TOUT LE MONDE apprécieront de flotter sur le "LAZY RIVER"! Il y a 2 piscines extérieures et une pataugeoire pour les plus petits. Les installations intérieures comprennent une piscine chauffée, des bains à remous, un sauna et une salle de remise en forme. Des courts de tennis éclairés sur le toit! Un putting green est également offert pour la pratique du GRAND COURS!

Si vous aimez la pêche, vous trouverez une rampe de mise à l'eau, une jetée, une station de nettoyage du poisson et un parking pour remorques pour bateaux / jet-skis sur place. À proximité, vous trouverez des excursions en bateau pour observer les dauphins, des parcours de golf de championnat pour la pêche hauturière, des magasins uniques ou le centre commercial Outlet de Foley, et bien sûr les kilomètres de plages de sable blanc de sucre qui vous attendent. La vie nocturne et la gastronomie abondent dans la région d'Orange Beach.

It was great. Both fun and restful!The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Only two issues: some of the electrical outlets didn’t work and there was an intermittent high-pitched whistle come from the water heater.

Everything was great but our ice machine didnt work in our room so we had to walk all the way to the dock everytime we needed ice was very much of a inconvenience.

Great stay

This was perfect for our family, close to town but yet enough away from the busy city! The place was clean and pleasant! We would come back in a heartbeat. (The Lazy River was not in service during our stay as they were doing repairs , which was a bummer, but glad they were making sure it was up to par for future use.)

First time to orange beach/bay! Very nice place, awesome lazy river, with lots of amenities. Had a great time and was very clean and comfortable. Limitedly stock. Bring own supplies such as paper plates, pool towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc

August Beach Stay

Renting from VRBO was seamless. Our first night, the air condition was broken, but that was quickly handled and fixed as soon as possible the next morning. Decoration of condo is very beachy and cute! Overall, we enjoyed staying in this condo. Was in a perfect location to the beach, shopping and restaurants! The lazy river at the Phoenix on the Bay is why we stayed here. Always fun!

Family vacation

The property was gorgeous, everything was clean and in order when we arrived. The property had everything we needed for our stay with a gorgeous view of the lazy river from our balcony! The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice! I loved the jet tub, but I believe it hadn't been used in awhile, when I first started it some black stuff came out of the jets so I had to drain and refill it, after that it worked great! Our kiddos 10yrs, and 15months had a blast, the pools were clean and the hot tubs were the best! Located about a 5min drive from public beaches and restaurants! Would 10/10 recommend! The only thing is with our 15month old there was no highchair so we had to bring our own, also we had to move some of the decor, there were flowers in pots on the tables and I was worried he would break them.

The Water Amenities DO NOT WORKING... and they just said that I suppose to receive a discount rate because a surprise was on my way without telling me before I make my reception. Until I was in the Lobby of this condo.

All Water amenities are open as of April 2023. The owners association planned the repair project on the lazy river, but it was was extended by the contractor and beyond anyone's control. The Indoor pool, hot tubs, and the North exterior pool were open during this guests' stay. This is a great property and condo with several repeat guests who come every year. The lazy river is the best in our area! This condo is always clean and well maintained for all guests. We look forward to hosting families and groups!

Checking in the clerk was extremely rude. She couldnt find the paperwork she needed so she was slamming things. Not one time did she say please or thank you. Very short and rude

Tired condo

We chose the condo at Phoenix on the Bay primarily because of its location. We have stayed in other units in the same building and enjoyed great experiences. This one seemed a bit tired. There was a crack along a seam in the kitchen counter. Two of the four lights over the primary bathroom vanity were burned out. There was a dead roach on the floor of the primary bedroom. The thermostat was basic and the buttons on it hard to read (so that we couldn't figure out how to regulate the temperature). The ice maker in the living room bar was noisy. All of these little things made it feel as if no one loves this unit or takes pride in it.

Beautiful view of the pool just as listed! However, my children’s feet were black before bed and we were thinking, “Man, the floors are dirty for us to only have been here an hour.” Turns out it was the balcony floor that was very dirty. I would just ask they add that to their cleaning schedule for the cleaning service. Then everyone was tracking their dirty feet in the condo. I did sweep it but it needed to be mopped. The beds were comfy and pillows were nice and plush! Plenty of silverware so you didn’t have to wash every time you ate. We brought our own dishwashing detergent but didn’t even use. The location was AMAZING! Wal-mart was not far away and my 5yr old and 18mo. loved the park down the street. It was very nice. We went first of October, so the pool water was really chilly and it did rain 2/5 days we were there. We did utilize the indoor pool but it was not very warm either despite it being advertised as “heated”. The kids didn’t mind, but us adults thought it was still cold. Would we stay here again, yes. The condo wasn’t necessarily kid friendly with glass end tables and sharp corners so we had to be overly cautious. We enjoyed being on the first floor. It was close to the stairs to park in the garage or the elevator when bringing up luggage. However, when leaving they were spraying for huge roaches on ground level. The maintenance man was stepping on them for thirty minutes killing them.

Great Location, Spacious, and Friendly

The staff members were extremely friendly, the grounds were clean, and the condo was spacious and comfortable. Although the weather was too cool to really take advantage of it, the outdoor facilities were top notch. There was a pool, a small water slide, a lazy river, etc … There was also an indoor pool and two hot tubs. Perhaps the most underrated aspect of this condo is its location. It is near everything, but the street it is on (Canal) is not nearly as busy and hectic as some of the other areas. I only have two complaints. First, after being assessed a cleaning fee as part of our rental fee, I expected the tile floors to be cleaner than they were. The first night we were in the condo, our white socks looked like we had worn them to walk on the asphalt. The second issue was that the main tv in the living room appeared to be missing a remote(s) which prevented us from being able to use the tv. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.
