Vos enfants sont-ils prêts à s'amuser dans un parc aquatique? Nous avons ajouté un nouveau parc aquatique / Splash Pad au bord de la piscine. Le parc aquatique / Splash Pad comprend: palmier avec 3 bananes à déversement, sloop pirate, arc de bateau avec jets et canons, toboggan de bateau échoué, et plus encore!
Venez séjourner dans notre condo Beach Front et profitez du nouveau Splash Pad au bord de la piscine extérieure. Notre condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et est l'escapade parfaite pour vous et votre famille. Ce condo de 2 chambres est situé au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment Phoenix V à Orange Beach, AL. L'entrée principale est au niveau du sol tandis que le balcon donne sur la plage au deuxième étage.

Salon
Le salon a des sièges pour 6-8 et un nouveau canapé-lit avec une nouvelle télévision à écran plat. Le propriétaire a acheté un nouveau canapé-lit pendant la basse saison de l'hiver 2018. Les baies vitrées et les portes coulissantes en verre vous offrent une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. Sortez sur le balcon privé et profitez de votre café du matin en regardant le lever du soleil et les dauphins.

Chambre principale:
La chambre principale a un lit King Size avec des draps mis à niveau, ventilateur de plafond, lampes de lecture, placard, fer et planche à repasser et une entrée privée sur le balcon. La salle de bain principale privée est équipée d'une coiffeuse, de serviettes moelleuses, d'un sèche-cheveux et d'un combo baignoire et douche.

Chambre d'amis
Cette chambre dispose de 2 lits doubles avec télévision à écran plat et lecteur DVD, ventilateur de plafond et placard. La salle de bains privative comprend une baignoire et une douche, des serviettes moelleuses et un sèche-cheveux.

Nous avons bien sûr une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire comme un grille-pain, un micro-ondes, un mixeur, un mixeur, de grandes assiettes, des verres, des verres à vin et à bière et des ustensiles de cuisine. Préparez votre café du matin avec notre cafetière ou si vous préférez, vous pouvez descendre au hall pour obtenir votre café déjà préparé pour vous chaque matin. Et oui, nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse dans notre condo afin que vous n'ayez pas à apporter votre garde-robe complète.

This condo was great! Fantastic location for our family with littles. We were able to make trips to the beach multiple times a day as we wanted to. The view was great, check in and out was super easy. We will definitely be back!

Left wanting

The unit is on the 1st floor with dorect access to the parking lot which is GREAT. However, on the beach side, it is right above a grassy area and the grills, so after 10 pm its still loud. That was kind of the general atmosphere of the whole week, loud. The pool had multiple bluetooth speakers all at the same time. Many patrons in the pool were enjoying their beer while they swam. The unit was dated, but clean. The seating in the living room was not very conducive to famliy gathering. The price reflected this, IMO.

Great Condo on Ground floor

Wonderful rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property's location, as it was right on the beach. My family also loved the pool and splash pad. We appreciated some of the property's features, such as the king bed in the master and two doubles in the second room, as well as the washer and dryer. The view from this unit was amazing, and we had an excellent time. We would definitely stay here again.

Poor

The condo is in a great location! But, it could use some attention and updates. The paint is peeling off the doors, mismatched paint on the same walls, the ceilings in the bathrooms and walls around the tubs need attention, the curtain blinds fall off and several pieces were found in the closet. The cabinets are in poor condition. We had to clean out washer/dryer before using them. The rugs and throw pillows are disgusting!

Cleanliness of the property Was clearly below average. The carpets were very dirty and certainly needs to be replaced or removed as soon as possible. The flush in the bathroom of master bedroom was not working properly.

Housekeeping oversights

The top of the refrigerator was very dirty and the dishes and silverware had food on them. When the plates were taken out of the cabinet on our last day, (because that was the only day we decided to use them), water spilled from between the stack making cleanup a necessity. We loaded the dishwasher and added detergent, but it would not work. We called Beach Getaways Maintenance answering service and reported the broken dishwasher before our departure.

Not as good as it used to be.

We stayed here in April 2021 and again in May 2023. In 2021, the stay was much better and cheaper and had more toiletries and stuff in the kitchen. This time, we only got 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 very small roll of paper towels. There was no salt and pepper and no coffee filters for the coffee maker. They dont allow you to even smoke on your balcony anymore, there is a designated smoking area way off in the parking area. The cleaning person left bleach or something all in the bathtub, so there was a bunch of bubbles when i turned the water on to bathe my kids. Also, parking passes used to be $25 or $35, now its $55 and they did not tell this in the contract. I love the location and the amenities at this place, but they have went way downhill in the past 2 years.

Katie, thank you for your honest feedback. Since 2021 a lot has changed at the facility, though nothing has changed with Beach Getaways. The HOA manages parking passes and they have increased their fees, though this is listed all throughout our website, the guestbook, and arrival information. This facility has also become a smoke-free complex because of all of the families that stay here. They have created a designated smoking area in the parking garage, which is convenient because some places don't allow it at all on their property. So guests have a good idea of what items they need to bring, Beach Getaways lists the items provided in the condo multiple times in the guestbook as well as on the FAQs page on our website. Thank you, again, for the review and we look forward to your next getaway!

Our particular condo was awful!!

My money will be spent elsewhere next year!! Expected more from a condo!! Sounded reasonable until multiple fees were added on!! Beds hard and uncomfortable-pillows flat and hard. Walls scratched up. Chairs in living room had fabric ripped off of them. Decorative pillows were old and dirty looking. The dual coffee maker was not dual though we found the box for a new one which was empty Master bedroom shower drains slowly. The bedroom by the main door has a window with blinds and a sheer curtain with a light outside all night long. Beware if you have young children who usually sleep in darkness!! And the WORST thing. Our door to the patio wouldn’t close one night. I talked to the Phoenix V people who said they would call someone. After no one arriving I found an 800 number for the leasing company and someone did come about two hours after asking for help. He got the door back on the track and we assumed he locked it. The next day we discovered the door doesn’t lock and this is why there was a broomstick in the track. Also on the patio are a table and four chairs. Two of these chairs have portions of the legs broken off and were unusable. There were two plastic Adirondack chairs out there also that were ok. Very disappointed!!

Beach was great, condo wasn't

The view of the beach from the patio was great, and the first floor access was very convenient. Now, several other things need some improvements. The first thing we noticed when we walked into the condo was the smell. The whole place smelled like worms. We spent time trying to figure out what smelled so bad, when we finally decided it was the stove. I have no idea what would be on a stove that would make it smell so terrible, but after some scrubbing, the smell subsided. (Scrubbing the maid should've done). The next thing we noticed was the huge dent in the fridge door, and the water damaged lower cabinets. The paint was bubbled and flaking, which looked terrible. The door stopper on the hinge of the pantry and master bedroom were both punctured right through the doors, and our bedroom slider was missing a vertical shade right in the middle as to let light in and diminish privacy. There were poorly done paint and drywall repairs throughout, which just looked shabby. After seeing all this, my mom went to the front bedroom and ran a rag over the picture frame hanging over her bed, which literally had an 1/8" of dust. I am NOT a fussy person, but the shape this place was in is unacceptable. As for the building ammenities, the beach was great, and I liked the outdoor pool/splashpad area for my 4 year old. The indoor pool area was horrible. I didn't even want to be in there. It's poorly lit and has a low industrial ceiling filled with pipes and painted dark to try to hide it. (Which made it very loud and full of echo as well.) When I would go in to watch my son swim, there was next to no seating, except for a couple oddly placed benches. There were three hot tubs, however, I wasn't too interested in being in them. The first one by the door was only half full and the walls were green with algae, not to mention the room was so stuffy that it was unpleasant being in hot water. We enjoyed our vacation, but it was very much in spite of the condition of the condo, which was much less than I would expect. This place has gone down hill, and I will hesitate to stay here again.

Fun Fun Fun!

The children ages 9 and 10 loved the splash pad. The pool was excellent. We liked the fact that we could barbeque at the pool. Only bad thing is we had to leave our fur baby at home. Also the beach was right there so very convenient! The condo was very roomy as well. We loved it. Thank you.

overall this unit was okay. The kitchen is not very well stocked. The information given to us about the coffee pot was incorrect. There were painted over spackled areas all in the kitchen. This unit could use some work. Overall, it was clean. It says it is on the first floor which it is, but there is a ground floor.
