Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.

Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.

The living room features new sofa, chair and a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows.

Updated kitchen with granite countertop and crisp white cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal.

Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.

There is a king bed in the master, the guest bedroom has two full sized beds and there is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Nice place and good location! Really good spot if you have younger kids with the indoor/outdoor pool and splash pad. Location was within a reasonable distance of several things to do. Beaches were nice and quiet while we were there this time of year.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and lots of kitchen gadgets. This is our 3rd year staying at Phoenix V, and our family enjoys all the amenities and location.

The condo itself was satisfactory, furnished with everything you need for dining in. However, the Phoenix V property could use some attention. This was our second time staying there in 18mo and the lack of improvements are very visible.

We had a great time, was easy to check in, we are a family of 5 but can fit a family of 6/7 , everything worked well. The ocean view was fantastic , will be coming back next year for sure.thanks

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Roomy unit. Comfy furniture and especially the beds. Furnished with all the basics. Sadly, the floors were very dirty; the neighbors on other balconies very loud. Other than that, all was good for a girlfriends trip.

Overall great experience!!

We loved our location. Condo was very nice and spacious! Staff and other guests were extremely friendly. We did, however, feel that it could have been cleaner. Ceiling fans were very dusty, old snacks on the floor and in couch, and lip prints on mirrors.

The room was not the cleanest. Under the furniture which most of our children’s toys ended up looked like it had never been cleaned. The floors were not clean. The covers on the beds were all stained. The shower curtains were awful you have to rehang them at every use. None of the remotes worked the batteries were all dead and the light in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. Location was to be expected it’s a phoenix in orange beach. The pools were great.

It’s just ok.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the location and the staff were great. The views were fantastic, and the outdoor pool and splash pads were fantastic for the kids. The elevators getting up and down during check in/out hours were terrible. Check out day was almost 45 mins to get off the floor with everyone and room staff going up and down. Our first experience of walking into the room was off it had a strange misty smell that was there for the entire trip. The first shower in the master bath took approximately 30 mins to drain. We had ankle deep water and there was mildew on the shower curtain. The remainder of the trip it drained slowly but didn’t take half hour. The floors were sticky and gross feeling. It wasn’t sand, it was just build up on the floor. The sleeper sofa was worn out, my son opted to sleep on the cushions because the springs were so worn out he was getting poked. Master mattress was also old and worn, along with the bed skirt appeared to have had a large, what appeared to be a urine, stain on the left side. Behind the dining room table the floor wept. I assume the unit below us may have had a Freon leak because the weeping was coming from certain tiles daily and they were extremely cold compared to other parts of the floor just 2 tiles away. No leaking from the ceiling and the air duct was dry. I thought it could have been condensation from the air duct on our first day. The staff was accommodating. We did have to postpone our trip due to a family emergency and they were able to move us back a couple weeks. To that we are very thankful.

Fantastic Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here and would definitely come back. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. Best part was the large outside table where we ate all of our meals listening to the ocean. Only complaint was the indoor pool heater was broken and it was so cold nobody would use it, which was part of the reason we chose this property for rainy days. It was due to be fixed within a week. We loved the pirate splash pad, pool, and easy access to the beach! Thank you for the great stay!

We loved the location for restaurants, state parks, shopping. The unit could’ve used a little more attention to cleaning - the cupboards and drawers could use a good cleaning once, the balcony had a lot of sand on it. Nothing horrible, and stuff that typically gets overlooked in rentals. The bathroom sink drain had issues. I did contact management. They sent a plumber. The drain stopper was “fixed” but one pull of the stopper and it came apart again. Plus the drain ran super slow. I contacted management again but nothing was done so we made do. Not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice if the plumber would’ve fixed it correctly the first time and that management would’ve followed up. Overall we loved our stay at the Phoenix 5 and would stay here again!

Great view of the ocean and beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had a friend visit for a week. The second bedroom and bathroom were perfect for her. I would recommend this condo to others.

Lovely stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the size and layout of the condo, especially the ocean view and balcony. It was just what we were expecting and hoping for. The property was clean and instructions for using the tvs were understandable. Upon departure we let staff know that one remote had a low battery and that the unit could use a couple more puffier pillows - but overall we had no issues during our stay. I would encourage visitors to buy water and ice, as like many places near the ocean, the water has a bad taste to northerners like us. It was a nice touch that there was a sealed bag of extra sheets if we were to use the couch for sleeping or if we needed to change sheets while there. We used the indoor hot tub a couple times. The lobby was under construction, but that did not limit our experience. We also loved that we could bike to Gulf Shores State park to enjoy the walking/biking paths throughout the park - as well as easily walk or drive to stores and restaurants. Rouse's market was handy with a great deli and hot breakfast and food bar that we took advantage of multiple times.
