Lovely, comfortable, very clean unit. The sunset view was spectacular! It's in a perfect location on Kaanapali with a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Their beach cabana is a great place to relax on their lounge chairs and enjoy the ocean. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location and great updated unit with wonderful view of the ocean! The Maui Eldorado is situated at a great spot along Kaanapali beach with close access to Black Rock for snorkeling and only a short walk to Whalers Village. I love running on the beachwalk which extends for several miles along this amazing stretch of beach. The unit has recently upgraded cabinetry and appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. The convenience of being able to get chairs/towels at the beach cabana or using the chairs/towels from the unit at other beaches was greatly appreciated. Ive already booked the same unit again for next year.

Best Stay Ever!

We loved every minute. Very homey and comfortable with incredible views. Condo was clean and easy to get to. All El Dorado staff was very friendly as well. We would book this condo again if we get the chance to come back to Kaanapali.

The place was exactly as described when we booked it. I'm not disappointed. It was a very relaxing stay and close to almost everything that we walked everywhere except took a short Uber ride to Safeway for our grocery's only 3 miles away!Thank you for having us!!

The beach cabana is A short walk away and perfect if you don’t want to get all Sandy yet, but I still feel like you’re on the beach. Condo had all the amenities we wanted and we spent a good deal of time on the lanai enjoying the view. Location is ideal for access to Kaanapali beach walk with its multiple restaurants and hotels and shops. Only downside was that the bed pillows were too large for us. Bed was very comfy though.

Walking distance to North/south sides of Black Rock. The Cabana is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the beach.For us, we think the condo could have been cleaned a bit better. Under the bed needed a good cleaning, for sure!And the hallways/walkways to the condo were needing a good sweeping, tree leaves, birds trying to make a nest in the lights, so twigs were on the ground, you could see where someone tried getting them out of lights and left black gloves on the ground for a week. That being say, would I stay there again? YES! It's just the perfect property! Location Location Location!!!

Fantastic!

We have stayed a several units in Maui Eldorado, this unit was one of the nicest. The view from the Lanai was spectacular . It was very clean and lots of little touches were thought of such as liquid hand soaps, moisurizer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower, and many little amenities in bathroom. The beach cabana is the reason we would never stay anywhere else on Maui.

J-221 is a winner!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are Maui El Dorado regulars, and over the past 2 decades have stayed in many different condos. You can't lose with MKVR's team, they will find you the perfect place for your trip. For us, this time it was J-221, one of the closest-to-the-beach condos at MED. The view (it's 2nd level) stretches across the Pailolo Channel to Molokai with a great shot of Lanai as well. We like the J-Building because of its proximity to the Cabana, which, to us, is maybe the top attraction of MED. The Cabana is well run and stocked with beach towels and beach chairs as well as deck chairs if you don't want the sand. It's the best. J-221 was well stocked and the kitchen well designed. Washer/Dryer included - all the things MED is famous for. Room was clean upon arrival, bed was perfect for deep sleep (we leave windows open to hear the waves, which you can from J-221!) Thank you Linda and Vivian for another wonderfui trip. Aloha.

The Perfect Studio

J221 is a gorgeous, updated and fully furnished studio with every comfort of home. It is extremely comfortable and communication was very impressive - not to mention the VIEW!! I hope to stay here again for sure!

Very comfortable stay

The condo was clean and updated. The location was close to Whaler's and an easy walk We picked this unit to be in a quiet location but that meant lots of stairs. If you park in the lowest garage level it is only down 1 level and upstairs to the condo. It was slightly more challenging than we had expected but that only occurred twice. Overall it was a good condo and great location

The overall development has been around a long time, and there are stairs only to the second floor (for anyone with mobility concerns).We have stayed here multiple times and always look forward to coming back.This condo has a great view over the Royal golf course to the ocean and the islands west of Maui. It is well appointed, and for folks like us, who like to cook while there, the cookware is really good. Shampoo/Conditioner/Shower Gel dispensers were added in the shower this year, which is another nice, new touch.We generally sit on the lanai each morning, and, if there at sunset, can enjoy a beautiful view of that as well.Easy walk to the private beach cabana, the shops at Whaler's Village, and several restaurants we really like, such as Hui Hui and Hula Grill.Pillow on the bed are a bit overstuffed, but there was a smaller one in the closet, so even that works out ok.
