Appartement moderne de vacances - Llandudno

Parfait pour les vacances en famille avec salle pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 adultes ou enfants. Et les couples bien sûr!
Idéalement placé à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Llandudno, à mi-chemin entre les deux plages.
Ceci est notre évasion balnéaire familiale, avec une sensation côtière et dormir 5.
Notre rez de chaussée appartement est meublé / décoré à un niveau élevé avec toutes les commodités modernes.
Il est la base idéale pour explorer la ville balnéaire de Llandudno, la côte du Pays de Galles du Nord, Snowdonia et Anglesey.

Notre maison est un rez-de-chaussée 2014 conversion d'un demi victorienne, construit à l'origine en 1891. Il a des planchers en bois partout et une belle cuisine / salle à manger à l'avant avec canapé grande chaise, grand Sky TV et wifi haut débit gratuit. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxième chambre a pleine grandeur couchettes simples et un lit simple séparé. La salle de bain est grande avec une belle douche puissante dans la baignoire. Le chauffage et l'eau est instantanée à partir d'une nouvelle chaudière combi et nous avons une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse qui est là pour les clients à utiliser. Il y a une sortie arrière, ainsi que l'entrée principale et le grand avantage d'un espace de stationnement privé.

Great Stay – We Will Be Back Next Year!

Everything was just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is nice and quiet, and the rooms were very clean and neat.We had brought our own kitchen utensils, but to our surprise, everything we needed was already there!We come for a church conference every year, and guess what – we’ll be back again next year!Just a small heads-up: the bathroom tiles can be a bit slippery, especially when stepping out of the tub. We had a couple of near misses.Other than that, it was a lovely stay!

Beautiful & Friendly Llandudno

We had a fabulous time in Llandudno and Conwy. The location was great for walks to downtown and to Mtn Orme. Our outing to the Castle in Conwy and then to the Bodnant Gardens was absolutely spectacular ❤️💕💖 The property was very comfortable and worked out well. Thank You Art & Bedelia

Family getaway.

Recently had short break here excellent location for llandudno attractions. Place itself cant fault clean got all your needs for your stay. A big point that needs to be mentioned on site rear parking a must in peak season, the car park adjacent was always full and busy on/off. Will definately recomend to family and friends. A big well done.

Good location at a very reasonable price.

There were a couple of places where things could be improved, but I'm talking little things like a baking tray in the kitchen or better quality toilet roll. On the whole though the accomodation is well represented on Vrbo with no unexpected nasty surprises. It's location to the high street and sea front is brilliant and I would definitely consider staying in the apartment again.

The property is ideally situated and lovely inside...better than the photos show. We came with our 95 year old Mum which was a concern but it was ideal for her and she was able to manage very well. Parking is always a worry as we had 2 cars ..but theres a massive car park next door which is free for disabled badge holders so with the space provided at the property we were fine. The appt was lovely and warm all the time with plenty of hot water A very comfortable stay 😌

A few days away!

Property was clean and modern, rooms were a generous size. Only suggestion i would have would be to have a none slip bath mat on the floor of the bathroom. As i was getting out of the shower the mat slipped which caused me some pain to my hip as i nearly did the splits on getting out of the shower. Overall really good property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. ☺

Not ideal

Well equipped with good size rooms. Air vent in bathroom noisy when windy and has to be kept switched on constantly to resolve, meaning the light is also constantly on. This is a known problem and mentioned in the information booklet, would be better just being dealt with. Sofa past it's sell by date, grubby and springs gone in one section. When the house was converted into apartments there was obviously no sound proofing put in between the floors. Even footsteps from apartment above can be heard. Felt a little uneasy from security prospective that the entrance was via the children's bedroom. Good location and parking space a bonus.

Llandudno town

The location was near the town and bus and beach and the flat was light and airy and easy to live in. The location was different from that shown on Stayz map. We had to buy cleaning things for the mold. This was very dissappointing and hard to message Owner. This flat is not really suitable for the elderly or those with mobility challanges as the shower is in the bath and bathroom floor slippery in the extreme. Inspite of all this we had a very enjoyable stay and can recommend.

Llandudno flat

The property was clean however not really suitable if you have mobility problems for instance the shower is over the bath and as I have arthritis had difficulty getting in and out and felt very unsafe as there wasn't an anti slip mat in the bath. To get into the property from the back there were steps which were steep without a rail. It would have been nice to be able to make a drink when we arrived and some milk would have been appreciated

Thanks for your kind review Sue. We don’t advertise the property as suitable for those with mobility problems although we are open that there are no steps on the front access , which is the opposite side of the flat from the car park. I do absolutely understand that you need a suitable property, but I feel it’s a little unfair to criticise our home when we don’t advertise it as being suitable for impaired mobility and you didn’t ask us in advance. Wkend break

Entering the property from the back meant climbing 5 or 6 steep steps & top step was deeper & higher to step into the propery. There should definitely be a hand rail at either side if not both sides. Unfortunately due to illness we had to return home the day after we arrived as my husband had to be seen medically ASAP.. I contacted the mamager of property twice but have had no reply as yet. Not happy

Great location / comfortable stay

Property is in a perfect location for both beaches and town centre. Despite the fact it is next to a car park it is very peaceful. It is comfortable and a good size for a family of 4/5, with plenty of crockery etc available. We had a pleasant stay, after confusion around check in times. All communication received stated 3pm, but when we arrived cleaners were waiting inside. They had stripped the beds and the duvets were on the floor. One stated they were waiting for their boss to drop off cleaning equipment and it would only take them 20 mins to clean. Not ideal during covid times! The apartment was clean, but I wouldn’t say spotless. Jam on the floor despite being mopped. There are small things that need improving. The sheets, towels and toilet seat need replacing. The towels smelt stale and I wish I had taken my own with me. The sheets on the children’s beds were old, ripped in places and threadbare. The toilet seat is stained and there is a strong smell of urine in the bathroom.

Thanks for your review, what I don’t understand is why you didn’t immediately contact me so we could either resolve things immediately or offer you some compensation. It just seems like you are complaining after the event and then posting a review like this to get your own back? Actually, the things you mention have now been quickly rectified, but it would have been much sooner if you had just told us!

Perfect for young family

We have just got home after a wonderful week. The flat was spotless on arrival and was exactly as described on the listing. Some things that we especially appreciated as parents of young children (3 & 5): - central location of flat is perfect for little legs- within 10mins walk of both beaches, as well as the Great Orme tramway and a great soft play. - a high chair is provided - the blinds in the bedrooms are very effective at shutting out daylight, so no need to bring your own blackout blinds (if that’s what your children need for sleep!) - a stick-on bathmat was provided - the steps to the back door (which we used as the main entrance during our stay) are fairly steep, but there is a bannister/ wall that is at an appropriate height for a small child to hold onto and so never felt unsafe- we obviously supervised them going up/ down, but the steps are not as hazardous as other reviews might lead you to believe. - plenty of cafes/ restaurants within 5/10 mins walk with good options for picky eaters -a large ASDA a very short drive away (within 10 mins) so easy to nip out for essentials. Communication with hosts was great! The flat was really comfortable- a home away from home. We appreciated the washer/dryer- make sure you bring your own detergent. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils, baking trays, dishes, pans etc. We were pleasantly surprised to find cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and sweetener in the cupboard- thank you! 10/10

Great apartment if you have anosmia

Location - Apartment location is a great base. Pretty much in the middle of both the north and west shore.Facilities- Great to get accommodation that sleeps 3 children in actual beds - not one on a bed settee. Roomy inside. Good bathroom and well equipped kitchen. WiFi works. Could do with a few light bulbs. Washer dryer was a saviour although dryer needed a few runs to dry.Communication- Received all the info we needed to check in/out. We did have a problem with our stay and contacted the owner. They apologised and offered compensation for the issue but then fell off the radar. Haven't received any replies since. Also had a caretaker text me but they wouldn't give their name, took over a day to reply and weren't as courteous.Cleanliness - This is a no pet apartment but smelt of dog on arrival. There were some smelly rugs that we rolled away. Our beds smelt of wet dog so the first night was horrendous! We went out to buy detergent and scent boosters to wash them. The duvets were also smelly but due to their size all we could do was febreeze them. We also washed our towels as they smelt like they hed been left wet for a long time. Since the caretaker thought the linen was acceptable to give us- it felt pointless dealing with them. We spent hours washing and cleaning! Kitchen was clean but had to rewash plates etc due to caked on food. Bathroom mainly clean. Floors were dirty, our 3 kids wanted their socks changed all the time because they didn't like all the hair/bits.

October short break

Holiday flat was in a perfect location for exploring the whole of Llandudno. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was very quiet in the evening. Would definitely return again and would recommend the flat to anyone.

Another wonderful stay at Benllech

This is our second stay at this property and we loved it even more than last time. The location is absolutely perfect, short walk to North or West shore. So central to everything you need - perfect for little legs. Try the Loaf for breakfast (2 minute walk) we ate at Romeo’s Italian, Cottage Loaf and Jalsa in Conwy - all were great. Also a 5 minute walk to a lovely little soft play for a rainy morning. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a lovely break in Llandudno. We hope to book again for next year.

Llandudno is one of our favourite places - it really does have everything - lots of attractions, great climate, good local shops and restaurants- and of course so close to Anglesey and Snowdonia.
We are lucky to have been able to buy our home here and we still spend a lot of time here ourselves, as well as letting it for holidays.

Our family holiday home has a lovely cozy feel to it- hard to describe really, but It's always a relaxing place to be.
Great location in that it's quietly located away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, but only 5 minutes walk away from the action and the shops, or indeed either beach.
Tastefully decorated with everything you could need for your holiday.

Our home has a reserved parking space just for you. Rare in Llandudno. Essential on a busy day in season and very handy most other times.
Also if you're disabled and need good access then you'll be glad to know our flat is on the ground floor with no steps at the front door..
