What a magical time we had. Umberto was absolutely brilliant, he communicated with us perfectly and was attentive to all our needs. The property felt like a home away from home! Extremely clean, family friendly and a stunning garden area where we could have a bbq. It’s in the most perfect location with San Giovanni beach close by and many many other beaches and restaurants Umberto kindly recommended in nearby towns which we all loved and would highly recommend going to see. Thank you so so much to Umberto!

Amazing villa and host!

We loved our stay here! The villa was perfect for our family of 5, very clean and well equipped. Umberto was so kind and helpful. 5 stars. Would highly recommend this property and hope to come back someday!

Lovely villa!

Umberto, the host was wonderful. The villa was spotless. It was nice to be within a short driving distance from all the towns we wanted to visit. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend.

Fantastic villa to stay

Fantastic villa in Polignano a mare. Our host Umberto met us there and gave us a full tour of the property explaining anything we needed to know. The villa easily accommodated 5 adults and was very spacious with full amenities. Beautiful gardens also. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone interested in staying in the area. Thanks for a great stay Umberto.

Panoramic villa

We only stayed a few nights here but the villa was lovely. The outside space is exceptional and Umberto really looked after us. We had a great time and would have stayed much longer if we weren't trying to pack so much into the holiday

Excellent!

Beautiful house, amazing garden and view. Absolutely everything you need and could wish for. Umberto was very helpfull with all and every info needed. We wish we could stay more and will certainly be back!

Amazing House for dreamy Italian holidays with kids

The house and stay and communication with Umberto was PERFECT. We could ask all our questions before our arrival, Umberto was available at all time. Then, we reached the house thanks to the precise information we had received. The secured residence, which is a very nice feeling, is very well located. We discovered a house so clean, so nicely decorated, so well equiped. To be honest, we had everything we needed, for ourselves as well as the kids ( in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, toys....). Let's speak about the garden: best garden ever !! It is very well maintained, it has majestic Olive trees, flowers, and fruit trees like apples, lemon, oranges, grenades.... the kids adored the swing, little house and outdoor toys. In short, we would highly recommend the house and Umberto as a host, you can be assured to have a lovely stay. We enjoyed the strategic location of the house to visit the Puglia area, and would definitely come back to discover more of the beautiful region, staying at Umberto's house of course! Grazzie mile. Perfect for family stay

We were looking for a vacation home between Bari and Brindisi, to accomodate 4 adults and a child. The house perfectly matched our expectations: quiet neighbourhood, view at the sea, beautiful large garden. The house felt new, it was clean and well equipped also with a lot of toys for children. Our host Umberto was very flexible and helpful.
