Starship Beach House avec vue panoramique sur l'océan sur une plage sans fin

Perchée sur une dune au-dessus de la plage, cette maison de conception artistique offre une vue panoramique qui vous apporte l'océan. La cuisine entièrement équipée s'ouvre sur la spacieuse "grande salle" avec plafond boveda, fenêtres et cheminée. La terrasse couverte adjacente est un endroit parfait pour lire, des cocktails, regarder la plage ci-dessous et juste traîner. C'est un endroit idéal pour observer les balbuzards pêcheurs et les pélicans. La chambre au niveau d'entrée a un lit queen et une baignoire / douche attenante. En bas se trouve la chambre du milieu "ouverte" avec deux lits jumeaux et une porte directement sur un pont inférieur Adjacent à la chambre ouverte est la chambre principale avec un lit king size et salle de bain / douche avec vue sur l'océan. Les deux chambres à coucher en bas s'ouvrent sur une plate-forme expansive qui mène à un chemin privé à la plage. Juste en dessous de la maison est une palapa où vous pouvez passer la journée sur la plage, à l'ombre du soleil et refroidi par la brise de l'océan. La maison dispose également d'un garage pour deux voitures et d'une terrasse sur le toit idéale pour observer les étoiles. Il y a une connexion Wi-Fi et un lecteur DVD dans la grande salle.
La maison est disponible pour un minimum de trois nuits.

Our favorite place in Rocky Point the hosts are amazing and the home is so beautiful. What a pleasure to stay. Amazing to marvel at the adobe brick ceiling in the great room! The Ocean views are just stunning. Excellent hosts! Thanks again!

The kitchen was fully loaded lots of organic items, I liked that. The rooms were clean enough not my clean. Considering the time between guests I think they did their best though. I was disappointed with no use of the tub as the tub was one of the main reason we picked this property.

Thanks Clarice for your feedback. Alison and I pay special attention to making sure our house is very clean for every guest. When you corresponded with us about your stay there you wrote, "We had a great time, the house was clean." So we're confused now by your report that it wasn't clean enough for you. Also, we're sorry that you were disappointed about the tub. It is fully useable. If you had communicated with us about your difficulty using it we could have resolved that issue for you. Anyway, we hope that you enjoyed spending time under the palapa and hanging out on the balcony and the rooftop deck for sunsets. And how about that view!

Our 4th stay - and we'll be back

We can't recommend this property enough - my spouse has stayed here 4 times and I've stayed here 3 times. It's a perfect location, a roomy, comfortable house with plenty of room and lovely amenities, and what feels like a private beach. Great communication with the owners, easy check-in -- we can't wait for our next visit!

March ‘25 trip

This is our 3rd stay at the Starship and as usual, it was perfect! My husband, two dogs and I spent 5 days there. The location is perfect, has direct access to the beach & the house is clean and well stocked. We love staying here and will definitely be back!

Relaxing get away

Celebrated Thanksgiving at the Starship. Proximity was close enough into town but felt much more relaxing without all the crowds. House was great with amazing views and patios galore.

Family vacation at Rocky Point

It was our first time visiting Rocky Point and Michael's place was just perfect for us. We had easy access to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The waves are gentle and tide pools formed daily which made water play more fun for my toddler and dog. The property was as described and it was well equipped for making meals. The views from the house were as good as we had hoped for. There is a giant Walmart nearby that made last minute shopping easy. Would love to stay here again!

Our dear friend Alan built the Starship Beach House in 1991 and infused it with a wonderful spirit, much like his own. The beach here is graced with gentle waves and is a great place for long walks and shelling, kayaking and swimming. It's a perfect spot to escape and relax at the beach.

This house has a beautiful beach setting, privacy, spectacular views, comfortable furnishings and is just ten minutes away from town (Puerto Penasco).

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The decks of this house are magical. If your timing is right you can sit on the roof deck and watch the sun set at one end of the beach and the full moon rise on the other, with the Sea of Cortez in front of you. Down below, sitting under the palapa is THE perfect place to watch the waves, read, sip a beverage and enjoy the ocean.
Please note: This is a perfect place to enjoy the beach but the Las Conchas HOA prohibits renters bringing and/or using ATV's in the Las Conchas community.
