Great Family Gathering Spot

15 of us had a wonderful stay and especially loved the great big, well stocked kitchen with huge prep island, three floors of bedrooms so families could have their own spaces and proximity to Scarborough Beach.

Family trip to Narragansett RI

WonderfulHouse in great location for multigenerational family group. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, great yard, and only 5-10 min walk to great beach. Owner made sure all went smooth and great communication. Highly recommend for larger family groups or multiple families given the 9 beds and 6 bathrooms.

Girls Weekend

We are graduates of URI and decided to have a girls weekend in Narragansett. We absolutely loved our stay at 51 Glendale Road. The house is perfect for a big group. Plenty of space for sleeping arrangements, bathrooms. We enjoyed nights on the deck overlooking the ocean. Definitely would recommend booking here !

Great House for a Big Group

We rented this house with a group of friends and our kids. The house is big and spacious. It was clean and well stocked. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Perfect for Large Group

This house was perfect for our large group of 15. Clean and easy to access. Easy walk to beach. Slept 15 comfortably. Spacious and good outside decks. Even held a Hibachi night on the deck. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for a big group

We had a group of 13 of my friends stay the weekend and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house/neighborhood is beautiful (30min away from downtown Newport) and a perfect location. Donald was an extremely pleasant host to work with, extremely communicative, and efficient. Thank you! Definitely recommend this place

Everyone Had a Great Time

Great house for a big family. Loved all the decks particularly the upper deck. Nice short cut to the beach with a right of way down the street. Neat and clean when we arrived. Great barbecue grill. Just might be going back next year. Mom from Maine

Annual family vacation

We have a large extended family with families of cousins and their kids. Finding a home large enough with close proximity to a beach is always a challenge, impossible on the Cape. The property fit all of our needs perfectly. Everyone had a room, the house was in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we wanted. We hit the beach together, cooked together and hung out stress-free. Loved it!

Amazing house, great location

This house was perfect for our family reunion. The rooms are really big, and the view is great from the top deck. The house was clean. We had internet issues which were addressed immediately by the owners. The grill gave us trouble, too, but the owners cleaned. We wished there were dark curtains in the bedrooms, but honestly, for the week, it was fine. We found the beds and pillows comfortable. We love the area and the restaurants are all good and plentiful. The beach close by was beautiful. We were close to Newport and Block Island. We would definitely stay here again.

Great rental house!

I rented this house with a group of family and friends. Thirteen of us stayed total and there was more than enough space for everyone. The bedrooms and living space were spacious, there was plenty of seating for dinners at the indoor and deck tables. The yard is great and very private. We were able to walk to the beach via the path (about a 10-15 min walk). The beach is beautiful, there is a sandwich place directly across from the beach "Dads" where you can order sandwiches and they even have beach delivery. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own beach chairs, the ones provided at the house were very small. Overall, we very much all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to other large groups!

Big house with amazing location

This house was a perfect place for my group of friends to spend labor day weekend at. There is more than enough space inside the house, with lots of bedrooms and large living areas on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We loved enjoying the balcony with ocean views in the morning and taking the short walk down to the beach (with beach cart and chairs provided in the garage, very convenient). We were surprised to learn that we had to bring all our own linens a few days before our booking; it caused a few issues for some guests that were travelling from farther away with short notice. The beds are also far from comfortable, but by no means did it ruin our trip. All in all, Donald has a great property perfect for those looking to share a large space close to the beach and house a big group of people comfortably. Thank you again for having us!

Perfect for a large family

This house was amazing! We had 18 people staying here. There was space for all. The twenty year olds could stay up late and party while the older folks could go to bed and no one was disturbed. The best part was the beach was less than a 10 minute walk away. This house offered beach chairs, toys, a second refrigerator, many decks, ocean views and so much more. Never mind the nine bedrooms and six bathrooms, definitely clutch with so many people sharing one house. It was such a perfect place for my family and we are already talking about going back in a couple of years. Donald was a wonderful host who was prompt to answer any questions.

4th of July at Scarborough Beach

We spent a week with extended family at this property and had a great time. Plenty of room indoors and plenty of outdoor space. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. House is located in a nice neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. The town fireworks on the 4th were awesome!

The property manager got me all the information information about the check in process which was easy to distribute to everyone arriving at different times. It was near many things we wanted to do. The family celebrated two birthdays and had a great time!

Amazing stay with friends for Memorial Day Weekend

Donald's home is INCREDIBLE—the perfect beach house to stay with family or friends. It has so much space to get together with a large group of people and is just a quick walk from the beach. It was raining during our entire stay MDW, but the house was so large (2 living spaces), everyone had space to spread out and do whatever they wanted to (play games, watch movies, read, etc.). Also had great outdoor space that we all really wanted to use. Overall, 10/10 experience, and I will 1000% be inquiring to rent this house again in the future, regardless of rain or sun.

A perfect venue

Spacious and very clean. Perfect location to Scarborough Beach. Quiet Residential Neighborhood. Loved having all the decks and enough space for everyone to go their own way. Only suggestion I would have is to freshen paint on inside. This was mid August so some other groups may not have been as careful. Everyone had a wonderful time and hope to do it again next year. Fantastic Beach House for a Large Group

We had a large group of friends come together for a reunion and this house was perfect for us. We were very comfortable as we had a bedroom available for each couple. The location was also ideal as it was no more than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We made use of the spacious backyard for cornhole and also enjoyed our group dinners on the upstairs patio that was large enough to sit all of us. We would definitely come back and rent from Don!
