Excellent location but home was older and needed some renovation and maintenance especially considering the price. Host responded promptly to a major issue that we had with power that could not be fixed and caused us to have to shorten our stay.

The main power cable that comes from the street to the house connects to a meter can. That metal box had corrosion inside and caused an uneven voltage within the House. Unfortunately this kind of repair required a City permit and to shut off the power from the street. We credit accordingly with two-night credit. Repairs were done 24 hours on a .Monday after guest departed.

We had a fantastic stay! There were 12 total and everyone had plenty of room to sleep! Right on the private beach- so nice not being on a crowded beach!! Easy check- in and the host answered all my questions in a timely matter! It was a great experience!

Pablo is THE BEST! We have a tie to this property as we stayed here is 2021 and we’re married on the beach here. Five years later we were back and the house was still Perfect! Pablo is Super responsive before and during the stay!!Thank you again for sharing this wonderful beach house with us!

The house is in a stellar location with direct access to the beach. The house came stocked with everything you need for the beach and the to cook inside. We enjoyed our time and will be back!

Amazing location! The kiddos loved digging on the beach, hunting for crabs and building sandcastles. Everyone loved sitting out on the balcony to watch the sunset. We would definitely return and stay there again; the direct beach location can't be beat!

House location was great. Beach access right out the back. A lot of outdoor chairs for seating and beach toys for kids.Washing machine needs to be leveled when washing small loads of beach towels it was loud and wonky. Ceiling fans in bedrooms need replacing. Super loud and out of balance and coated in dust. For the price I was expecting a little more. Bed linens need to be washed after every stay not just the sheets.

Was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, big rooms comfortable beds. Beautiful views, great location right on the beach. Everything we needed was there. Definitely would stay here again.

Awesome beach vacation

We had a great time staying at this property with our young children and their grandparents. The house is clean and well maintained with plenty of room for our group. This stretch of beach is quiet and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed at this house. The house is very clean, has the best location on the beach. We will definitely stay again Pablo is very easy to deal with. Just can’t say enough about this house. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Overall stay was good and the accessibility to the beach is awesome. The house was clean and instructions were good, other than trying to lock the doors, thats a little tricky, but a quick text and response helped out. Would recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with incredible views and easy access to the water. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owners were also super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the Ariel Beach House. It is perfect for our family. Beach is steps away. The manager, Pablo, is very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions.

Excellent beach front house

Great location and area with a semi private beach that you can walk directly onto from the house. Only visited with my family of 3 so was huge for us but we enjoyed it. The patio has great views and very relaxing. Owner/Prop Mgr is very good at communication. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect. Location is perfect for a quiet beach getaway. It is almost as if we had a private beach. The house is clean well maintained. Very fresh. The kitchen is great updated and has more than adequate utensils pots and pans. Large dining table. An extra bathroom downstairs makes it very convenient. Two living spaces one downstairs and the other upstairs gives everyone space. Air conditioning works great a keeps the home comfortable. Outdoor spaces are clean and comfortable. Great breeze and views. Definitely will return.

Perfect getaway!

We spent our holiday here with family and everything was great! The house is everything we hoped for, with a perfect view, easy beach access, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of room. Loved the open layout and large kitchen table, family could all eat together. I had a couple questions before the trip and response was very quick. We will definitely be returning.

The house is very nice and nicely furnished. Plenty of room for 8 adults, 1 young adult, 3 teens, and 1 preteen. Deck is perfect with plenty of seating and oceanfront view. We would definitely stay here again. Pablo was very attentive to our comfort and enjoyment.

Overall Excellent

The house was absolutely perfect. I have been renting houses for the past 6 years and this house was excellent. If I could give it 10 stars I would Cant say enough good things about this house. My family had a wonderful time and will definitely be booking again for summer 2025. Location is perfect. So close to the beach. Pablo is great to deal with. Always answers quickly.
