The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for my family. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big help. So many pluses - stocked kitchen, large TV, oceanfront views, the beach towels, the beach chairs and extra drink cups not to mention garage parking. The host Roger responded quickly to all my questions. The location is perfect. Highly recommend this condo.

Three years in a row, and we still absolutely love this area!Robert’s place is a total gem—the moment you step inside his condo, it’s fantastic. We made the most of our 8-night stay, soaking up tons of beach time and having our groceries delivered right when we arrived so we could fully relax. We only left the condo for three meals, hitting some great local spots. Ford’s Garage is always a favorite, and Stonewood Grill was excellent. We also tried The Oyster Pub on our way in, where the food was quite good, however the service was slower than molasses in winter! As for the property drawbacks: The building itself is very behind the times. It’s older, the decor feels a bit abandoned, and under some construction. The entry key system to get in and out of the building was probably the most frustrating part. Overall, despite the building's quirks, Robert’s unit made for another wonderful vacation in Daytona.

Fantastic

This was a great property to stay at with responsive and generous hosts. There is plenty of space for essentially 6 adults and the views were wonderful. This may seem minor, but I especially loved the quality balcony furniture - Six HDPE tall chairs and three tables. It was so nice to sit on while watching sunrises, sunsets, and New Year's fireworks.

Great Views

This place was great. Super clean. Great views. There was some construction going on during the day, but we were told in advance. It did not affect our stay since we were out of the building during the day. Great owner...

Enjoyed our stay, would revisit.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations were very suitable to our family and the views were excellent. The property construction did not pose any issues during our time. The only negative (which only posed a small inconvenience) was there was no handicap entrance to the beach - only stairs. I would most certainly use this property again.

Excellent value for the money!

A minor issue was quickly addressed by the owner. There was great communication and we had a great time! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We will stay in that exact condo the next time we come to Daytona!
