Sandpiper Cove Condo de Daniel

Nice 1 BR Condo situé sur le golf à Sandpiper Cove Resort.
Cette unitĂ© de rez-de-chaussĂ©e peut accueillir 4-5 personnes et dispose d'une cuisine complĂšte et laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Condo est 175-200 yds. Ă  la plage privĂ©e et 25 verges. Ă  l'une des 5 piscines de la station. Gratuit par 3 parcours Ă  tous les locataires. TrĂšs bien situĂ© au cƓur de Destin et les belles plages Ă©meraude de la cĂŽte du Golfe. Deux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs (un dans la chambre), magnĂ©toscope, chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o, tous les draps et serviettes fournis. (Condo a un lit double et un lit double dans la BR et un grand canapĂ© en forme de L dans la salle de tĂ©lĂ©vision).

* En juin et juillet, nous louons Ă  la semaine du samedi au samedi.

* Malheureusement, notre complexe a publiĂ© une nouvelle ordonnance Ă  l'automne 2015 qui oblige nos locataires Ă  avoir au moins une personne dans le parti Ă  25 ans ou plus. Je ne suis pas un fan de la nouvelle rĂ©glementation, car certains de mes meilleurs souvenirs de Destin sont les voyages que j'ai faits avec des amis avant nos 25 ans. Mes excuses pour cette nouvelle exigence, mais le HOA a fait une rĂšgle. Je souhaite que nous pourrions obtenir autour de lui, mais les ID sont maintenant tenus pour les plus jeunes locataires lors de l'enregistrement. Si un membre du parti de location a servi dans l'armĂ©e, la rĂ©glementation de l'Ăąge peut ĂȘtre levĂ©e.

Great condo for our needs. Only thing better would have been shampoo and body wash for the shower. Easy check-in, comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

Short Stay in Paradise

We enjoyed the short walk to the private beach. The sleeping arrangements were great for our family of 5. We would stay here again.

Overall a great and cozy place! Could use some updating in some areas! The bed has a nasty brown spot in the corner but does have a protective cover and sheet over it. Bed was very bouncy too. Everytime my husband rolled over I felt like my body bounced forever lol could use an updated bed too. Wasn’t the most comfortable but we made due! The bathtub had paint chipping off so when we would bathe our daughter she would get white specks in her hair from the paint. Living room was spacious with a comfortable couch! Cute little kitchen, through the fridge had an odd smell but seemed clean! Would stay here again and the host was very nice and replied to messages with information needed! We LOVED the location! The community was so cute and close enough to the beach for us!

Good place for the price, water canal 2 min from the unit ,i sore my canoe by the balcony ,seems like its ok if its not on the grass ,so if you travel with kayak /canoe / paddle board this is your place to be .Looking forward to come back

Enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this Sandpiper condo. Nice sized livingroom and bedroom. Short walk to the beach. Great to have beach chairs/umbrella included. Kitchen and bathroom need some updating. Overall, it was a good place to stay and we'd stay there again.

Awesome Family Vacation

Great family vacation. Washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided each day from beach service located on the beach. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes from condo but we chose to drive to the parking lot across the street each morning since parking was never a problem which proved to be really convenient. Highly recommend this location.

Absolutely great stay! Way more room than it looks. Family of four fits easily. Perfect location within Sandpiper Cove. Has most everything you need. Price was outstanding for the space and location. Hope to schedule another stay next year!

The unit was very nice, spacious and clean. It does need some upgrades, and I wish it were a little closer to the pools and beach but I would recommend it and would definitely stay again. The owner was very prompt and helpful in responding to my emails.

I have been vacationing in Destin since I was a child back in 1977 and have seen a lot of changes to Destin over the years. My family and I continue to enjoy our trips to Destin and hope you enjoy it as much as we have thru the years.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We looked all over Destin when deciding to buy a rental property in the area and it all came back to the wonderful feel we had when staying at Sandpiper Cove. The private beach, par 3 golf course placed in between the units and the pools and tennis courts on the grounds made it a warm, family friendly resort in the heart of Destin. Also, the 24 hour security in the complex make Sandpiper Cove a safe haven in the Destin area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

In addition to the wonderful amenities, an onsite restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe) and marina are two additional features of Sandpiper Cove that renters can benefit from. There is also a boat loading area in the complex for those that may want to bring boats down to the Destin area (you may want to check with the rental office if needing to tie the boat up, as there are a few restrictions there). The location in the heart of Destin is also a huge benefit (Sandpiper Cove is in the town of Destin very close to some of the areas best restaurants and shopping areas and located on the Destin Harbor as well as walking distance to the Gulf.)
