Condo 2208 sits at Seascape, right where Seawall Boulevard ends and the real beach begins. No traffic noise. No packed boardwalk. Just the Gulf of Mexico - and your private balcony looking straight at it.

This is the closest one-bedroom unit to the beach in the entire Seascape resort. Step off the elevator, walk through the landscaped dunes, and your toes are in the sand. No street to cross. Nothing between you and the water. Your balcony and windows face the pool and the Gulf, not the RV park or the construction site next door. We're a little obsessed with clean: guests rate the condo 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, and we replace anything worn, chipped or broken as soon as we notice it.

WHY SEASCAPE
Galveston's beach comes in three flavors. The East End and the Seawall have the traffic, the crowds and a four-lane highway between you and the sand. The West End is quiet, but every restaurant and attraction is a long drive back into town. Seascape sits right between them, just past where the Seawall ends: a quiet beach with no road to cross, and Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn under 10 minutes away, the Strand Historic District about 15. A mile down the road is Galveston's Fishing Pier and Jimmy's on the Pier.

• Bath towels and beach towels for every guest. We replaced all our towels recently.

• Travel-size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plus a full-size bottle of hand soap. Everyone has a favorite shampoo and conditioner, so feel free to bring yours.

Sailing from Galveston? The cruise terminal is about 20 minutes away (around 8 miles). Spend a beach night before you board or after you're back, with the Gulf right outside your balcony.

Good to know: primary guest must be 25+, and every stay includes a quick Short-Term Rental Agreement (DocuSign, 2-3 min on any device, within 48h of booking). No smoking. No pets: Seascape resort rules don't allow pets anywhere on the property. Full refund if the island is placed under a mandatory evacuation order. Dec 1 - Jan 31 the Building 2 elevator is being replaced - stairs to the 2nd floor during that window. Luggage carts are available.
