We had an incredible stay at this apartment! The location couldn't be better—right across the street from Central Park, within walking distance of amazing shopping and restaurants, and close to everything NYC has to offer. The space is spotless, surprisingly spacious, and very comfortable, complete with ample closet space and a kitchen equipped with every utensil you could possibly need. Having an in-unit washer/dryer and weekly professional cleanings made our stay so convenient. Plus, staying in the Essex House gave us peace of mind with 24/7 security, along with access to the hotel gym.Our absolute favorite part, though, was being so close to Central Park for morning runs and lovely night walks. A huge shoutout to Niki, the property manager, who was always accessible and helpful. We couldn't recommend this place more!

Spacious and beautifully renovated apartment. So convenient for my month-long stay with well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and comfortable sleeper sofas for guests. Location is inside an historic art deco hotel, across from Central Park & a block from the subway. It was great!

We stayed for a month and never got into a car. Walking and subway took us everywhere we wanted to go. There are two good grocery stores within two blocks too. Perfect NYC getaway experience.

Perfect location.

The apartment was immaculate and every detail was carefully considered for our stay. But best of all, was the location. It is perfectly situated for all the best sites in Manhattan. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to The City!

Lovely unit in a great location

Lovely stay would return for another month in the future. Only comment is that there is only 2 chairs for sitting at a dinner table so if you plan to cook at home request that landlord add some additional chairs.

Great option in great location

Stayed over the Christmas holidays - the space easily accommodated family of 5 (two large rooms) , and added features good sized refrigerator and stovetop were extremely helpful. Great location across street from Central Park. Elizabeth did a great job coordinating arrival and departure. For someone needing something larger than the typical NY hotel room, this rental is going to hard to beat.
