This was the perfect little condo for our romantic getaway! Super close to the beach in a quiet area and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The bed was big and extremely comfortable.Mike the host was very communicative and nice. Overall, we had a wonderful visit!

We had a great stay.. the condo was clean and size was just right for my husband and I. Mike was helpful with finding local dining options. If we decide to come again for a long weekend Mike's place would be my pick..

We had a great stay. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect. The unit was tidy and as described. We had one small issue with the toilet and Mike was very responsive. My only complaint is that the listing says “laundry,” as a popular amenity. Not only did the unit not have laundry, but neither did the building. We traveled 20 blocks to the laundromat. Still would stay again!

Nice little getaway

Property is nice and well kept. Has everything you need for a week. The owner is very welcoming and is more than willing to help you find things to do. Short walk from the beach and in a area that's not too congested. Overall had a great experience and would come back again.

Convenient, nice.

Fairly small condo, but location is good and just a short walk to beach. No high rise buildings nearby so beach was not too crowded. Third floor is a bit of a hike- but knew that going into it.

The unit is cozy and well-equipped. It is so close to the beach and the bus stop - we never needed to drive. Great for a weekend getawaty.

What a cute little condo! It only has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom but it was plenty big enough for my family of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Our host, Mike, was great!

The place was clean, quiet and in a great spot close to the beach, shops, coffee and food. Mike was amazing. Answered any questions we had quickly. He was kind and friendly. Great condo!

My sisters and I stayed in Mike’s condo for a week and we loved it! The condo was clean, in a safe and relatively quiet location, and great for the price. It is very close to the beach, which we loved. We appreciated that Mike had things for us to use like beach chairs, a Keurig, and kitchen utensils. Mike was very helpful in his suggestions of things to do and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Stay!

We found Mike's listing, last minute for a couple of days leading up to July 4th and it was almost like hitting the lottery. Sure the condo was a little small for us, we are 4 adults, but the sheer proximity to the beach was the biggest selling point. The condo was extremely clean and in addition to pots/pans, silverware and coffeemakers, it was stocked with basic essentials like a variety of condiments, paper towels and bathroom paper. Mike was very attentive when answering questions and providing restaurant recommendations as well as suggestions for things to do. He also provided beach chairs, umbrellas and if we had little kids, there were beach toys as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, definitely 5 out of 5 stars. THANKS, MIKE!

We needed an affordable place to stay while attending Saturday's Ocean's Calling Festival. Though the unit is very basic, I found it to be quite clean and the listing accurate. We weren't there for the beach however it's really close and at least in mid-late September didn't appear to be crowded. Though the condo is far from central OC, you're right on the bus line so we had no problem hopping on the bus both ways to and from the festival. There are tons of businesses within walking distance (grocery, pharmacy, coffee, cafes, restaurants, bars, beach stores, etc). Because we were driving from Baltimore, we didn't mind bringing our own linens and I think I ended up more comfortable because we brought our own. The king bed was very comfortable!! AC is old but definitely works. I'd say more than 2 people would be cramped so I don't recommend a larger family staying here. Corresponding with Mike was super easy and he gave us some great recs. Thanks!

Perfect get away for a couple

It was absolutely perfect. Perfect size & price for two people. Amazing location. Tje place is clean and comfy and has everything you need. Short walk to the beach (the steps were a bit of a workout, but it just helped burn off all the ice cream calories!) We will be back!

Great Location, Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We go to Ocean City every summer and really prefer staying in the north Ocean City area. There's plenty of great food options in walking distance and the beach is quieter and less crowded. The apartment was a quick walk to the beach and there was ample space to kick back and relax.

Nice condo. Great location. Pictures don't do it justice. Was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Clean and welcoming. A bit tight with 2 adults and 2 kids, but it's what I expected for size. Value was outstanding, especially during a holiday week.
