We had a wonderful stay. The place was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of activities to enjoy. Pretty much everything we needed was provided, which made the stay very easy and relaxing. The host was extremely responsive, accommodating and caring throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to others.

This place is amazing! We had a group of 20 staying and I never felt that we were on top of each other. There was more than enough space for everyone. The lake was amazing. The kids were on the paddle boards or otherwise in the heated spa. No matter the weather, there is something to do.I highly recommend this property. There is so much there that you don't even have to leave if you don't want to!

Philip Island Paradise

Outstanding property that is perfect for big family events or getting a bunch of mates together. We planned lots of trips to the beach, restaurants, etc.. but cancelled all that once we got there because we did not want to leave. The lagoon is better than any beach, river, lake you can visit with no other public ! The kitchen is huge so we took turns cooking. I have never stayed in a place with some much to do and so much room to do it. We had an infant of 5 weeks, kids from 10-16, Adults in their 30's, 50's, 60's and 70's and all loved it. Pool Table, Dart Board, Table Tennis, Full Gym, Hot Spa, Awesome swimming. It really had it all. We had great weather but we kind of wished it was cold and wet so we could use the fire place. Will have to go back in winter. Highly recommend this place, the pictures don't do it justice.

Brilliant accomodation, wonderful group stay destination

Fantastic place to stay with a large group. Spacious and clean accomodation. So much fun for the whole family, no need to leave the accomodation at all.

Awesome property

This property is as good as it looks and sounds in the online listing. We had a fantastic stay - with three families easily staying together and having plenty of room to enjoy our time together. We would definitely recommend it as a place to stay if you are heading to the Island.

Fantastic house with great grounds

Best house I’ve ever stayed at. Our dogs absolutely loved the grounds and the house itself was also wonderful, truly amazing. The property managers were also very efficient and prompt in responding when I wasn’t able to enter with the code. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We will be back!

When it turns out better than expected - and we expected a lot!

Firstly, the photos on the website make the place look amazing. Surprise surprise - it is every bit amazing. And then there's everything that's not in the photos. Secondly, when the detail like the windows being perfectly clean, firewood is stacked next to the fire, everything works... In summary, if you like what you see on the website, you couldn't possibly be unhappy with the experience.

Husky and human heaven

9 adults and 4 huskies and we still had plenty of space for people/dogs to have their own space. We loved it again and will be back. Sam and Andy are fabulous hosts.

We love it and so did our huskies

Fabulous house for a small or large group and also great space for our dogs. We have 2 siberian huskies so finding houses that are truly escape proof for bigger dogs are hard to come by. Our huskies were mesmerised by the ducks on the dam. Sam and Andy are terrific hosts. We returned home and booked our next trip in March next year.
