"Cowes Family Retreat" is a stunning 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom (plus 2 x powder rooms) home, with a 6 seater spa, and a huge double garage. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Downstairs is the enourmous open plan central kitchen overseeing the expansive family room (with smart TV, DVD & surround sound system), dining room (that provides access to the rear deck), and games/front living room (with pool table). Also on this level is bedroom 6 with TV, built in robe and ensuite (shower & toilet), a separate toilet and the laundry. There is internal access into the large double garage and a small fully covered side deck off the games room.

Upstairs, are bedrooms 1 - 5, all with their own Built in Robe/Walk in Robe and ensuites (each with a shower & bath). Bedrooms 1 & 2 also have their own TV's. The ensuite attached to bedroom 2 also has a bath. There is a large living room upstairs with TV (with PlayStation & games) table tennis table, kitchenette, a separate toilet and a front and rear covered balcony.

Outdoor Areas

The rear ground floor deck provides a covered place for outdoor meals (with a huge 12 seater table, another 12 chairs and BBQ) and overlooks the fully enclosed rear yard, with the amazing 6-seater heated spa and hot/cold water outdoor shower. The side covered deck provides yet another space to relax. There is space for 2 cars in the double garage with internal access into the home (and roller door access into the rear yard), and space in the driveway for another vehicle. The upstairs front balcony provides views to the Cowes beach and bedroom 3 has a private rear balcony.

Kitchens

The fully appointed downstairs kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, 900mm electric oven and 5-burner gas cook top. There is also a kitchenette upstairs with its own bar fridge, sink and plenty of cupboards.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home has 10 wall mounted reverse cycle heating and cooling units. One in each of the 6 bedrooms, plus one each in the downstairs dining, family & living rooms, plus one more in the upstairs living room.

Bedroom Configuration

This home has 16 beds, accommodating up to 20 guests:

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

* Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, * check in times * are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional * linen hire * over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

* Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
