Super clean condo

It's on the shuttle line, walking distance to a coffee shop, brewery, and grocery store, and has a hot tub on site. The wood stove is beautiful and heats the place nicely. Stay here!

Perfect Ski Trip!

This condo was perfect for our stay with 3 couples and 1 toddler. The location is great, the place is clean, the property management and host were helpful when we needed a few more dishwasher pods, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Would book here again!

Fun Snowy Getaway

Awesome spot!

Really great place - LOVE that they had 3 nice bathrooms and the Kitchen was updated/pretty stocked with basics. Location was great. The only thing was the beds aren't great, but still would recommend for a big group going skiing!

Great Location and cozy

Perfect place for a big group. We had my family of four and both sets of grandparents. The full bath in the loft made if feel like we had a third room which was great.

Mammoth Condo

This condo was large, comfortable, nicely furnished, clean and very well stocked. Carl communicated quickly and was responsive to all needs. The location was great... close to everything. The jacuzzi was wonderful. I would definitely come back here again!!

Absolutely love Horizon 4, been staying at these condos since the 90’s. Always a great time in Mammoth, been coming summers since I was a kid in the 70’s, will always be my special place, so many fabulous memories

Great condo.

Great condo. Went snowboarding with family and had a 5 minute walk to the red line shuttle. I recommend the stop by Vons as they have covered bus stop.

Great Condo Close to Everything

The condo was great. It was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. The entire process was seamless, from booking, to key pickup through our stay. The condo is well appointed and comfortable for a group. It's nearby many restaurants & shops in town and a short distance from great hiking and outdoor activities. Perfect property & location

We had a total of 8 people (4 A & 4 K) & this condo fit us comfortably. Two bdrms downstairs & 4 beds upstairs. The kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen appliances & dishes. The W/D came in handy & being from HI, we loved the fireplace. It was easy to replenish items from the mgmt company (trash bags, TP, matches, fire starters, etc). Property was easily accessible & close to everything in Mammoth.

Beautiful !

We booked for a week in this nice and beautiful house, (unfortunately due to a blizzard we missed two nights). Skiing was awesome. Property is clean, nice rooms, one ensuite, nice fireplace. Lots and Lots of snow, i will remember this ski trip for the rest of my life.

Mammoth Condo

The communication between Carl, MSR and myself were very good. The Condo was clean and the pictures depicted an accurate representation of the interior. The bus stop was right across the street, which is one of the advantages of staying at this location.

Has everything you need in awesome location.

This place had everything we needed plus more. Everything worked well so there was no need to bother the host for anything. The unit is on the 2nd floor so there're stairs but not a lot. Bring quarters if you want to play arcade game or play pool in the common room by the jacuzzi. Highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Snow filled

The condo was as advertised and was actually larger than we anticipated. The only issue we had was parking towards the start of the weekend but that was mostly due the overwhelming amount of snow the town as gotten and every neighborhood was facing a shortage of parking. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

Ski Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for 1-2 families. There is plenty of sleeping room. Shuttle stop for ski slopes close by at the Vons. Upstairs bathroom was gorgeous, great loft area for kids, etc. House well stocked with games, TV's in each room. Downstairs shower could use some updating, and when the neighbors directly downstairs used the fireplace, it made the condo smoky inside, which would probably only happen in the winter months when it is cold. Carl, the owner was really great with communication. Thank you!

Great location, in good shape

Very good for a heavily used Mammoth condo. Lots of games, lots of kitchen appliances and dishware, good layout for a full family, or two families sharing, everything you'd need for happy stay. A few distressing signs of property management that emphasizes speed and maximizing returns--no plastic wrap, foil wrap, or food storage boxes, extremely loose toilet seat, (I fixed it with a kitchen knife, because it felt like it was about to fall off), some paint peeling below the primary bedroom window, and just a single dishwasher pod, in it's own baggie, on the counter by the world's record thinnest sponge. When I reached out to management they said I could come by the office to get another pod. Couldn't they leave a box with bunch under the sink, or if they're rationing them out, at least leave guests one pod per night of stay?

Great location in center of town, one minute walk to Vons shopping center, 2 minute walk to Robertos Cafe! Large open parking lot great for riding bikes. HOA swimming pool and large spa, indoor game room with ping pong and pool. 3 BATHS! Open floor plan, completely remodeled. Large TV w/DVD player and cable in Family room. TV and DVD player in master bedroom and loft.

We also own the upper unit directly next to this unit as well as the downstairs unit below it, you can book all 3 for large family or group gatherings! All 3 will easily sleep 16-20.
