Ceci est une belle 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison construite en 2003 se trouve sur 1. 5 acres et est situé directement sur la rivière Au Train avec la cour arrière étant plat de la rivière pas sur un bluff. Les plages de sable du lac Supérieur sont quelques pâtés de maisons ainsi que la tête de sentiers pour VTT et de motoneige coureurs. Cette belle maison est à seulement 2 minutes de M-28, qui est le pipeline de toutes les attractions de la UP a à offrir. Profitez de Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Grand Island, de belles cascades, pêche, randonnée, vélo, observation des oiseaux, la photographie. Il ya 2 casinos situés à moins de 15 miles ou frapper la grande ville de Marquette situé à seulement 35 miles de la maison ou Munising moins de 15 miles. Cette belle maison est mis en place pour accueillir 2 familles avec sa suite parentale qui offre plus d'un coin salon avec cheminée. Cette maison offre plus de 2500 pieds carrés d'espace avec un grand manger dans la cuisine avec beaucoup d'espace pour les repas. Il ya une grande terrasse à l'arrière de la maison avec foyer le long du fleuve de prendre dans ces merveilleuses nuits UP

Great place to stay! Only 10-15 mins from Munising and 1/2 hour to Marquette. Nice, quiet neighborhood and right on the river. Just across the highway from the beach. Super easy check-in and checkout. Owner gave good recommendations for places to eat. Really fun stay!!!

Family getaway

Enjoyed the snowmobiling and easy access to gas station and trails with the sleds, the large yard for the kids to play in the snow. The place was very spacious and well equipped with everything that we needed!!

So peaceful!!!

Nate was very helpful with recommendations for places to try and provided great details to make our stay great! We loved this spot! Great place to enjoy a peaceful morning on the deck and cocktails by the fire pit at night. It was so easy to put the kayaks/canoe in the river with plenty of river to explore. It really is close (walking distance and by river) to beautiful Au Train Beach. Close enough to Munising and Pictured Rocks to take in all the activities there and come back to a quiet spot at the end of the day. The house was well stocked and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation location

We had an excellent time. The house was comfortable, kitchen well stocked and there were nice touches everywhere. We greatly appreciated the two nice kayaks and the canoe, all of which spent a lot of time on the river. We hope to stay here again.

Our family of 8 stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! The setting is idyllic - we made use of the kayaks & canoes most evenings, the kids could walk to a local shop for ice cream, and we could sit on the back porch and watch for wildlife. The master suite on the first floor is huge and includes a sitting room with a view of the river, which I very much enjoyed in the mornings. Nate was so helpful when we needed a recommendation for a place to go to dinner for a birthday celebration, and also went out of his way to return something we had left at the house. We would stay here again when we return to this beautiful area!

This house was well equipped with everything needed and had plenty of space. We appreciated the use of the canoe and kayaks on the river. The location is perfect with a great view. People should be aware that both bathrooms are on the first floor while 3 out of 4 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. We had elderly family members with us but they were able to stay in the first floor bedroom so it worked out fine for us. The first floor bedroom is almost like a separate suite of rooms. Communication with the host was great as well!

Wonderful Stay

My family (6 of us - 4 adults & 2 teens) had a wonderful stay at this Au Train house. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The house has everything you need and plenty of room. Plus the pretty view of the river! It's a good location for getting to Pictured Rocks and other areas.

Nate was fantastic as our host for this property. He gave me helpful hints and his communication was excellent. The house location was the best, it was a very nice house and plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. We had a A++++ stay and definitely would recommend renting this place again.

Great rental!

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the kayaks and canoe on the river, right behind the house. It was one of the best parts of the trip. It was very relaxing and saw so many turtles sunbathing on logs. Pictured rocks was an easy drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of wood and lawn chairs for s'mores night. Highly recommend!

Second Stay!

We love this property! This is our second time here, and there will be many more! Kitchen is well stocked for all types of meals. Wifi/Cable worked great. Both bathrooms are on the main level. Extremely close to gas and snowmobile trail. Listing is just as expected. Thanks Nate!

First time UP

Wow!!Let me start of be saying Nathan was an excellent host.He was able to go over everything at the house and in the area.House waswonderful located around everything. The beds were comfortable kitchen fulled stocked with supplies. We were even able to go for icecream at the end of the road in the evening and watched sun set.Extra bonus firewood on hand along with 2 kayaks and cxanoe..Highly recommend!!

We are from Illinois about 90 miles south of Chicago and purchased this home because of our love for the U.P. and the Au Train River and hope that people will enjoy our home as much as we do

The U.P. has always been a place that we have traveled to snowmobile from the West side to the East side. There is something about the little town of Au Train that captured our hearts over the years and just so happened this is where we ended up buying our Riverview home that now we call home and are so anxious to share

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home is in a great little neighborhood on its own 1.5 acres and its backyard is flat to the river for easy access of fishing, canoeing, kayaking. The views from inside the house or from the back deck overlooking the Au Train River and the Hiawatha National forrest are nothing short of spectacular.
