Le Cotton Patch est une grande maison familiale située à quelques pas de la plage de Cherry Grove. Cette maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille recomposée car il y a des cuisines et des espaces de vie aux deux niveaux. Cette maison confortable dispose d'une piscine privée avec beaucoup de sièges pour profiter du plein air. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure à utiliser lorsque vous revenez de la plage pour laver tout le sable.
Si vous aimez cuisiner, le Cotton Patch est doté de deux barbecues au charbon de bois pour vos besoins de cuisson. Il y a des cuisines complètes à chaque niveau pour que vous puissiez profiter des repas en famille ou des collations rapides. Il y a aussi des espaces de vie à chaque niveau pour que votre famille puisse se détendre le soir en regardant leurs émissions préférées sur l’une des nombreuses télévisions à écran plat de la maison.
Chaque niveau a un lit queen dans la suite principale, un double dans la 2ème chambre et un lit queen et un jumeau dans la 3ème chambre. Il y a des télévisions dans la plupart des chambres. Il y a une salle de bain dans chacune des suites principales et une salle de bain dans le hall à chaque étage, ainsi qu'une cinquième salle de bain sous la maison près de la piscine. Les cuisines sont bien approvisionnées et ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner au sud.
Cette maison est juste en bas de la rue de la plage de Cherry Grove et est à distance de marche de Boulineau et de nombreux autres restaurants. La jetée de Cherry Grove est à proximité si vous aimez pêcher ou simplement vous promener sur la plage.
Si vous souhaitez louer une voiturette de golf ou en apporter une à utiliser, faites-le nous savoir et nous pourrons vous donner des informations sur la location. La maison acceptera un petit animal domestique pesant jusqu'à 10 kg. avec des frais pour animaux de compagnie non remboursables. Mais pas d'animaux autorisés dans la piscine!

Great house neat and clean. Close to the beach and grocery store. Great pool area for adults and kids. Fantastic outdoor space on ground floor with a bathroom. Would stay here again.

Loved the location, so close to the beach and grocery store. Shaded area under the porch with picnic tables was just what we needed. Pool was great.

Yearly family vacation

The house was perfect. Living area upstairs for parents and down stairs for our younger party kids. The neighbor next door was very friendly. We did have trouble opening the lockbox. Other than that we all had a great time. We would love to stay here again.

The cotton patch

Nice pool, although nobody ever cam to clean it and we were there for a week. The house was very dirty and we had to clean it the first day. The layout of the house was perfect for us with young adult kids. Easy beach access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. I like the two separate living areas. We had a large group so having 2 refrigerators and appliances was a plus. The walk to the beach was short and convenient. The place was clean. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to have a gas grill to cookout on and a Keurig coffee maker.

Favorite vacation so far

Two families, plus a grandparent rent a house in a different area every year. This year we chose MB and this house. Couldn’t have made a better choice. The home was perfect for two families-especially when one family member likes his quiet time. The location was perfect. Maybe a 1 minute walk to the beach. So much to do in the area. And when a storm resulted in lightning knocking out the internet/tv/pool system, the owners and property manager were right on top of it at all times. We loved the place and would definitely go back.

Clean but outdated

Property was clean overall and plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles. Some furnishings (inside and on outside decks) and kitchen appliances outdated and not in best shape but usable. Charcoal grill was very small for large group. Trash cans overfilled when we arrived. Two Wasp nests on one porch. We had to buy bug spray to get rid of them.

Thank you for your review and feedback. This is a great property that is perfect for large families right near the beach. The Owners put a lot of time and energy preparing it for guests each year. Trash gets picked up weekly by the City so we can't control when they come. We are available 24/7 for any issues so we could have handled the wasp nests. We were not aware of them.

Family Vacation

The location of the house is great. Just across from the beach. The outside view & pool area are both very nice. The furniture inside appears to be old & well worn. The pull out beds could not be used on either floor because the mattress is very thin & separates when laying on it. It doesn’t seem as if anyone has paid attention to the upkeep in a while. Considering we’re just out of Covid, the cleanliness of the house was not great. All ceiling fans have dust caked to them. The master bedroom shower curtain was completely moldy. The house was adequate but for the high price, it should have been cleaner & the furniture better. We had a nice week but I would not stay here again.

I wanted to love it, but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, it was very clean which is always a must. Very happy about that . We also absolutely loved the location. However, We arrived Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning three of us couples went straight to WalMart for mattress toppers. The house could really use some new and bigger beds. The garage disposal did not work in the upstairs kitchen. The pool and pool are is beautiful. However the outside bathroom was not at all what we expected. A little run down and the light did not work. This house just needs a little TLC and it would be perfect. That all being said... we did have a wonderful week at The Cotton Patch and we thank you for that.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was great! The beach and grocery store are within a 3 minute walk. The pool was bigger than it looked online and clean. It was also cleaned 2 times during the week. The house needs updating. All the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The beds are terrible. We have stayed in many rental homes and they are never good, but these were the worst yet. The main doors to the house are rusted at the bottom. The metal has holes in it and sticks out. The 5th full bathroom located outside did not have a working shower. If you have 16 people in a house a 5th shower makes things alot better. The toilet worked but shower didn't and was full of chairs. When the house was booked website didn't mention it not working. Overall had a great vacation. Rental company was helpful when booking and with any questions. We love Cherry Grove and the location of this house, but for the money to stay there the house could have been better.

2022 Summer Vacation

The property was easy to get to. Walking distance to the beach wasn’t far and the pool was great. The house was clean. We did have to change the menu we had planned because there wasn’t a cooking pot big enough to cook in. We had 6 adults and 6 children with us. Also, we kept being awakened because the smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms kept going off for no reason. My son finally took it down. He found out it was because the battery was dead. All in all, it was a wonderful week! We would recommend this place to anyone with a family.

As for the space of this location it was good however we didn’t have all that had planned to attend.

Good size for our group however house was not cleaned when we checked in. So we cleaned before we brought our personal items in. I would suggest that they take this rental off market and do a good facelift. It really has a need for some TLC. Pool was clean thankfully but as we spent time at pool we had lots of rodents scrambling around. One was so big that it looked the size of a cat. It climbed the gutters and we were shocked. Also my son had to remove mice out of pool in am. Again size if of property. Was great but due to the thing I listed I would not rent it again and think they really need to fix things up.

Thanks for your review and feedback. Our properties are always cleaned prior to arrival and if it wasn't then we would hope that you would contact us. We would have our cleaners come back to take care of any issues. We have never received any complaints before about rodents so this is new information. We will let the owners know and see what needs to be done. This property gets booked every week in the summer and this has never been mentioned before.

Family of 12

This was a lovely home for a large group. The pool was amazing, chilly, but the weather was also cooler than normal. A few items needed attention, and the property management group took care of our most urgent request. Some the the beds could stand to be replaced, but at least there were plenty of them! Overall the space was wonderful. It was the perfect walk to the beach, store, ice cream… and with the pool, there were days we never had to get in a car. We would definitely consider going back!

Nice vacation

The house was not fully cleaned upon our arrival. Dirty linens still in the closets and floors were not scrubbed. Windows and walls had dirty spots. Property is in a great location and the pool is fantastic too. We had an ac issue and the problem was fixed promptly. The unit could use some updating with floors in the bedrooms and wall paper/borders but overall was nice.

Over all was good I had to buy a grill for the one that you advertise I wouldn’t use it if I was in a camp ground
