Venez séjourner dans notre Beach House récemment rénové, sur la célèbre et centrale route de la côte du Pacifique 101. Découvrez la seule plage privée de Carlsbad juste en face de chez vous. Courte et facile 2 minutes à pied de la plage.

Après avoir passé du temps dans les vagues et le sable, entrez et profitez de la vue partielle sur l'océan depuis le salon! Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une télévision par satellite sont disponibles dans chaque chambre. Faim? Cuisinez quelque chose dans notre cuisine entièrement équipée, Granite Kitchen, ou montez dans votre voiture et faites un court trajet en voiture jusqu'au village de Carlsbad pour profiter de l'un des restaurants incroyables à proximité. (Nous vous laisserons une liste de nos favoris personnels!) Ensuite, si vous vous sentez aventureux, explorez les discothèques locales où vous pourrez déguster une margarita au coin du feu ou optez plutôt pour une promenade romantique le long de la plage à la belle étoile.

De retour à la maison, détendez-vous dans le bain à remous ou allumez un feu dans la cheminée. Plongez dans le canapé le plus doux que l'homme connaisse et regardez un film avec vos proches. Lorsque vous ne pouvez plus garder les yeux ouverts et que vous vous étendez sur l'un de nos lits Westin «célestes» de taille Queen et que vous vous endormez au son des vagues de l'océan.

Si vous avez des petits, apportez-les! Notre grande cour fermée est luxuriante et parfaite pour les enfants qui aiment jouer. Non seulement cela, mais Legoland, le parc aquatique Legoland et l’aquarium Sealife sont à moins de 3 km et sont très faciles à trouver! Si vous avez envie d'un peu de route, vous pourrez vous rendre au zoo de San Diego, au parc de safari du zoo de San Diego, à la ferme Berry de Knott, à Seaworld ou à Disneyland, tous situés à moins d'une heure de route.

Il y a tellement de choses à faire à Carlsbad, y compris de nombreuses activités pour ceux qui recherchent une escapade tranquille sans enfants. Great stay on the coast

My family had a great stay. Super close to the beach and a short drive to the restaurants on Carlsbad Village Dr. Really well equipped kitchen and nice fenced back yard. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was lovely and the back yard was wonderful. The only disappointment was the very busy street it was on. The traffic noise in the front yard was loud enough that you couldn’t really sit out there. I would have been concerned if we had small children because walking to the beach was a little tricky on the busy road.

Comfortable and Convenient

Perfectly located; freeway close, shopping and of course steps from the ocean! Ocean facing front yard with Adirondack chairs where 4 adults and one child can breathe in the sea breeze. Retreat to the backyard where privacy and beauty meet. Beautifully blooming shrubs, a pretty shed, a barbecue area and string lights were enjoyed well into the evening. The split floor plan and gourmet kitchen created a home away from home vibe after long days at the beach. A quiet and spacious get away for small groups.

Nice but Noisy

The property is perfect, location not so much. It's not a 2 min. walk to the beach, much longer and steep for those who have knee issues. High traffic all night/morning long making it very difficult to sleep without earplugs.

Beach Bonanza

We had a wonderful stay at the bungalow. Tamar, the property manager, was fantastic to work with and very communicative. That is deeply appreciated. The bungalow has a wonderful rear yard and everything you need for a great stay. We felt very much at home. Great care has been taken with this property and we will certainly be back. Thank you!

Cute beach house, perfect location!

This place was the perfect find for our family (mom, dad, 3 young kids, & grandma). Everyone had fun at the neighborhood beach, especially the early morning tide pools! We also did legoland and even got a date night in the downtown area. The house was clean and cozy, and both yards were beautiful and enjoyed by all.

Comfortable Floor Plan, Convenient Access to Ocean

Enjoyed our stay and immediately felt comfortable in this well kept beach bungalow house with Crate & Barrel esthetic decor. Beds were extremely comfortable and it was nice having a small fenced backyard for our dog to relax in especially since the house is on busy PCH Hwy 1. There is a sizable front lawn that separates the house from the road but during high traffic hours even in the Winter time the road noise is intrusive enough that we kept the front windows closed. During the less busy times we could hear the surf from the ocean which was nice. A previous tip from another review recommending backing in to park on the driveway was very helpful when leaving the property. We loved being able to walk 1/2 a block down the road to the signal light which made it easy to safely cross the road where you can immediately either take the moderate stairs to the beach or walk along the bluff with unobstructed views of the coast and ocean. Extremely nice not to have to drive and look for parking. The manager was very nice and promptly addressed any concerns as well as gave us a wonderful tip on a local flower mart. I appreciated all the small conveniences that one sees in a property run by owner or family. It was nice having a full kitchen with large refrigerator, gas stove, and a Vitamix blender. However, we were rather disappointed in the lack of a lot of basic staples for cooking and the minimal dishware. A set of basic Corelleware would be much preferred to the small set of Melamine dishes which I would not microwave. We did not cook while we were there but I feel like I would need to bring some of our own cookware & supplies if we did. We are Foodies though so maybe have higher expectations. The floor plan with a nice new master suite converted from what used to be the garage makes it convenient for 2 couples as it can be closed off with a locking door and is situated on opposite sides of the house from the other bedrooms giving lots of privacy. Also having all the rooms on one floor made it easier for my elderly mother to visit with us during the daytime. A few minor hiccups but all in all had a most enjoyable stay in this charming bungalow.

Great Location with Relaxing Backyard

The house was perfectly appointed in a great location: two blocks from the gorgeous beach beneath the cliffs— advise checking and going at lower tides. Close enough to get to markets and downtown restaurants and shopping, far enough away from crowds. Many houses in the neighborhood are undergoing teardown/ rebuild or major modernization and we encountered some disruption from such activity— we nevertheless felt right at home. Final note: the owner and manager were responsive and magnificent!

3 Day Getaway

The Property is very pleasant to the eyes . The owners really do a fantastic job of keeping up the property . Great week!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home was cozy, loved eating dinner on the back patio every night, walked across the street to beach every day and kids boogie boarded nonstop. We brought our pups and they loved their morning walk on the bluffs, and lounging in the shade of the beautiful Magnolia Tree in the backyard. The location is a bit removed from town, which was perfect for us. But, you are still only a quick 5 minute drive away from Carlsbad Village. The Carlsbad Outlets are also only about a 5 minute drive. The home is situated on Carlsbad Ave (which is actually part of the Pacific Coast Highway), so there is a lot of activity happening out front. I loved sitting on the front porch with a peek a boo view of the ocean, watching all the street traffic - on foot, bicycles and cars piled high with surfboards. We even saw a Unicycler ride by! It really makes you feel like you are in the thick of the beach community. And when you want to step away for peace and quiet, the backyard is waiting with twinkle lights and beautiful landscaping. Our host, Tamar, was responsive and extremely accommodating. We would love to visit again!

Relaxing time!

Our week stay was so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave on checkout! The home is well equipped and the large back yard was perfect for our little Yorkies to run around. Tamar was very responsive to our needs.

Perfect for Legoland Family trip

We absolutely loved this house! It was so nicely decorated, furnished and very, very comfortable all around (beds, sofa, towels, kitchen stuff, etc). The view of the water in front was more than we expected, and the walk to the beach was so easy. We really enjoyed exploring the tide pools in the morning, and later on we'd drive a couple minutes to the beach closer to town. It's just 5-10 minutes to Legoland, and we opted to take UberX as that was cheaper than the parking fee. Since we like to drink, we also would Uber into town at night which was just about $5, so easy and convenient. Our favorite dinners were Campfire and Land and Sea company. Costco was super close, and Ralph's was an easy drive as well. The owner provided a large jug of drinking water, and laundry and dishwasher soap were available. The washer/dryer worked great and we were so happy to have that. Beach towels, chairs and toys were so nice to have on hand as well. Tamar was very responsive, friendly, and helpful, and we highly recommend this rental for anyone heading to Legoland or just wanting a relaxing SoCal experience.
