The Fontainebleau residence is amazing. Access to pools and beach was a huge plus. The host was wonderful with perfect communication. I highly reccomend staying at this property when in Miami!

Amazing stay in a beautiful suite

We enjoyed a fabulous stay in Karen’s beautiful unit at the legendary Fountainebleau. Not only was Karen responsive but she even assisted with a later check out. The property was located on the gorgeous Miami Beach and offers wonderful amenities with a great staff. We would love to book another stay with Karen soon.

A wonderful stay!

This unit was more spacious than depicted! It was clean and had everything we needed— fridge, microwave, dishes/utensils, etc. I was there for a conference, but brought my family along for a mini-vacation. The Fontainebleau was fantastic— lots of restaurants to choose from. Easy & free access to gym, pool, and the resort is also right on the beach. We didn’t get to utilize the spa passes due to time constraints but I hope to return sometime in the future! Super easy check in/check out. We had a blast. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful room. Property is outstanding. Owner was outstanding and will stay with them again! The view is amazing from the balcony. Staff was so courteous and everything is at your fingertips on the property. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Anniversary Trip!!

We rented this room for June 6-11 and it was absolutely amazing. The host Karen was very responsive and handle any issue we had immediately. The property is as described. We had a great time at the pool and had some of the best drinks ever. Also, it's costly to stay here they charged for everything but we enjoyed our stay.

Love staying at Fontainebleau

This was our third year staying at Fontainebleau and it is one of our favorite trips of the year. This was our first stay in the Sorrento Tower. We thought the room was excellent and nicer than the rooms in the Tresor Tower. We also enjoyed the seemingly quieter building due to it being smaller than the Tresor Tower. My only small gripe was that our room was not facing the larger pool, which I enjoy. Next time I will ask better questions to try and ensure we are facing that side. But other than that, everything was great.

Fontainebleau isn’t what it used to be

Unit was small... not really a kitchenette..a toaster, microwave, sink, small refrigerator couldn’t fit in a large bottle of water... it did make plenty of ice. Maybe I am just getting older but the whole property other than the pool on the 5th floor was just pounding base...maybe because it was spring break! But walking past the speakers actually could be felt on my skin....I have stayed here before also in March(that was 3 years ago) and it wasn’t nearly as crazy. I’d recommend either before or after spring break as I’m sure the pricing also would go down quite a bit on the units. Kar R was fine.

A beautiful room - highly recommended!!

It was a pleasure booking this beautiful room with Karen. The pictures, in my opinion, do not do the room justice at all. We walked into a large, beautiful, clean room that exceeded our expectations. Karen was responsive and accommodating to our request. The bed was super comfortable, and it was convenient having a mini fridge and microwave in the room as meals were often taken to-go due to their large portion sizes. We celebrated a birthday dinner at Prime 54 and enjoyed lunch twice at La Côte. Very large meals that were not finished in one sitting. So having a sink, toaster, dining utensils along with plates and bowls were useful for having midnight meals. We enjoyed a nice, restful, and amazing weekend. We visited the spa each day thanks to the daily spa passes and relaxed at the pool for most of or stay. Coffee was provided in-room with a Keurig machine, creamer, and sugar. I’m so happy I found this listing as this will be my go-to listing for further Miami Beach stays.

Great location, lovely room, hiccups with owner rental vs hotel booking

Overall we had a great stay at Fountain Bleu. We traveled mid April with our 6 year old and 7 month old. The room was great; we utilized the pull out sleeper and ordered a crib from the front desk. We enjoyed the close proximity to all the pools, the beach and the boardwalk. One issue that came up was the owner we rented from put in the wrong dates for our reservation. Because it was rented through an owner rather than the hotel itself, check-in took approx. 1.5 hours. We had to go to the owner services area and wait for someone to help us. I would definitely recommend this location, but would also suggest the following: print out all confirmation emails AND owner's contact details including phone number. I had these things printed out which sort of expedited the process to prove that I was correct on our booking and the mistake was on the owner's end. Some suggestions for some cost savings - I would buy kcups and creamer to save about $20/day on coffee. There is a Keurig and a small fridge in the room. We also bought English muffins/peanut butter for breakfast; there was a toaster in the room as well. The hotel did tell us it would be busier later in the month due to the Jewish holiday of Passover (and items would cost more like beach cabanas) - something to think about when booking your trip.

Karen the owner was so easy to work with - pleasant and responsive. We ended up staying in one of her other suites so not the exact one pictured above but it was wonderful - clean, quiet and centrally located. It was a great few days in Miami.
