Mistral est une maisonnette accueillante (maison duplex) pour des vacances relaxantes, située à Adamas, sur l'île de Milos.
C'est un 80sq. m. maison pouvant accueillir confortablement 4 personnes (et 2 supplémentaires).
Idéal pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis.

A l'étage, deux chambres avec climatisation et une salle de bains. (avec une baignoire).
La première chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'un balcon privé donnant sur la baie.
La deuxième chambre est équipée de deux lits simples (qui peuvent être réunis sur demande) et d'une véranda.

En bas se trouve un espace ouvert avec une cuisine entièrement équipée. La salle à manger et le salon qui mène à une grande véranda, avec AC, WiFi, TV. Il y a aussi une salle de bain avec une douche et une machine à laver. Dans le salon, le canapé peut être composé de deux lits simples ou d'un lit double (qui entraînera un supplément de 25 euros par personne). Il y a un écran disponible pour séparer le salon (couchage) de la salle à manger / cuisine si nécessaire.

Comfortable and clean living for family of 4 adults. The location was convenient to Adamas and the airport. Most places we visited were about a 20 minute drive or less. Great communication with owner Georgia and her mother and they were helpful in recommending places to visit

Our host and her family made our stay in Milos a memorable one. The home was well appointed and clean. All of our needs were met and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. It was clean, beautiful, had a gorgeous patio with outdoor seating and the hosts (Maria & Georgia) could not have been more accommodating. The location was excellent. Within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. Maria gave us invaluable tips each day on what to see and which beaches to go to. She was completely on target and we had the time of our lives. Would highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back.

Can we give 6 stars?

Apartment was perfect for me and my wife for a few days. Right in the center of town seconds away from great shopping and restaurants. We rented a car and parking was a slight challenge, but not terrible. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in Milos!!

The apartment was super! Close to Adamas - an easy walk, vey clean, quiet and well appointed. The hosts Maria and Giota were really helpful and lovely. Highly recommend! Also Milos is spectacular!!! Enjoy!

Maria was an excellent host! She went above and beyond to help us with some unexpected issues (car trouble and an illness in our party). The house was perfect for us, clean and well maintained. We were very well taken care of the entire length of our stay! We'll go back on our next trip to Milos, and we're already looking forward to it!!We couldn't have asked for a better host for our visit!

Perfect home base for Milos

This home was perfect for our stay on Milos. It was a 5 minute walk to great dining, the port, groceries, and everything else Adamas has to offer. It was clean and well stocked. We were taken care of and given great recommendations for what to do and how to get there. Would definitely go back!

The description of the property was very accurate. The property was very well set up, clean and included all the amenities needed for a great stay. Maria/Georgia were fantastic hosts. She provided excellent local knowledge that made our stay all that much more enjoyable. Location was very convenient to local shopping and dining. We really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable, and we would return to the same property.

Just the Best!

Really, just the perfect place to stay. Super clean, short walk to shopping and restaurants ,and literally every amenity you could hope for (including coffee, bread, and sandwich items provided). Such a nice surprise. Very nice property manager, who was just next door and readily available to help with any questions, etc. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Hope to return!

Milos trip

Maria was such an amazing host! She was very welcoming and made us feel like we were family. She gave us a ride to and from the airport and gave us many local recommendations for restaurants/places to go in the area. Location is great, and is walking distance from the port. We highly recommend staying with Maria and Georgia! :)

Milos trip

The home was great, clean and in a convenient location with a nice view of the port. Fantastic outdoor space. The 4 of us cannot say enough about how wonderful everything was. Owner Maria is a charming woman whose mission was to make us feel comfortable and have the most enjoyable time in Milos as possible. She gave us awesome recommendations and even helped us with logistics. She was always available to answer questions and help us out. I would highly recommended Maria’s home if you planning to visit Milos!

Just perfect!

Amazing place in Adamas, fiew minutes away from the Port. (7 min walking). Our host, Georgia, was always quick to answer our questions. We had the chance to meet Maria, the mother, that took good care of us. We waved had a Raki shot! It is a 5 star stay for the two couples that we were. Thank you Maria and Georgia

Great place to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. It was a great location, within walking distance of the port, restaurants and shops. Georgia and Maria were very accommodating. Personally, we only had the pleasure to meet Maria. Maria was very informative about the island and places to see and restaurants. In addition, we were greeted with local pastries, bottles of water and best tasting tomatoes and fruits we ever had. They spoke English very well..had no communication problems. We hope to return again with brother and his wife to Milos and other Islands, that we did not have time to see. We are looking forward to staying there again upon our return to Milos.

Lovely host, lovely property

Maria picked us up as we were nervous about finding the place on foot with luggage. She also guided us into renting a car—driving in Milos was not as difficult as Mykonos. Told us about the best beaches and restaurants and shared some Greek treats. The house was pristine. Lots of outdoor terrace to eat or hang a wet bathing suit. The fridge was stocked with breakfast food—so delightful not to have to shop straight from the ferry ride. The location was a short walk from the ferry and restaurants and even a local beach. We loved our stay. A big efharisto (spelling?) Maria.

Nice hosts, but there were ants.....

The location was simply amazing, however, on our first day, we noticed ants on the first floor. We didn't bring any food in the house, hadn't eaten in the house and they seem to multiply. They then made on the kitchen counters which was very disgusting. I didn't like having the hosts come in/out while we were gone to treat the ants. It was definitely a nuisance and a constant invasion of privacy. For the price of this home this is not what we expected. The hosts should have provided some sort of compensation to alleviate the stress caused by this issue but they did not. It would have greatly helped with our experience.

First of all,thank you for your review and the opportunity to answer to all of the above. After checkin & as soon as the payment went through we received a complaint about how the guests where charged an extra fee for the 5th since the house sleeps 6. And after explaining everything we where told we where misleading (as mentioned in the description the house sleeps 4 and 2 extra on the couch. That means that the 5&6th guests pay an extra guest fee. that is clearly shown in the price details even before booking the property). The afternoon of the same day (2nd day) we where informed via text of the ants, on the living room floor (near the couch/bed). Since the guests didn't want us to spray while they were staying, completely understandable, we used natural products to prevent the ants. Next day, informed via text that the ant issue continues. However when multiple efforts where made to contact the guests and ask permission to enter & clean the house there was no response. Only in the evening when they returned they allowed us to enter and clean. That is when the ants where also in the kitchen sink along with some dirty dishes. Of the above there were pictures taken after our co-host was given permission by the guests to enter the house. After check out the house was cleaned, disinfected(as always after every check-out) and that time spayed for ants. It's also worth mentioning that before & after this reservation we have never had any issues or complaints from guests.

Basically Perfect

We arrived after a series of mishaps and delays in on our carriers to this lovely home on Milos. The host helped us arrange transport from the port, where we arrived much earlier than I had told the host because I had not slept and messed up the time. But transport was on time and Maria was ready for us. The place was perfect. There was juice, fresh fruit, water, beer, and snacks waiting for us. The place itself was gorgeous, situated on a hill so our bedroom had the most wonderful view that you could see from the balcony or just lying in bed. The other bedroom had a really cool calming vibe in the sunlight with the drapes and a nice breeze on most days. It lead out to a second, separate balcony that overlooked the courtyard and had the clothes rack on it so it caught the breeze and gave a great view. So the kids learned to use clothespins, had to fold the laundry, and got a great view. Win all around. Maria was more than helpful. She was kind and helpful, with recommendations on where to go, where to eat, and what the windy conditions would mean for our plans. She was spot on, and even got a minor plumbing issue (a faucet was stuck) fixed the first day. She was unobtrusive but always available. Location was great and close enough to everything in Adamantas that we could walk. Everything else was less than a 20 minute drive and parking was right off the street and always easy to find. There is nothing that could have made this place better. Book with confidence.

Fantastic!

We stayed at Mistral house for about a week as we explored the incredible island of Milos. The house is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 5. It is just a short distance away from the port close to the bakeries, grocery stores and of course the restaurants and shops of Adamantas. The house was perfect for us lacking nothing. What exceptional hosts! They picked us up up at the port, helped us get our rental car, provided us with daily snacks and even woke up early in the morning of our last day to help us get to airport! They treated us like family. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and eating breakfast while the sun rose and enjoying a lovely dinner while the sun set. What a wonderful holiday - we would definitely return to Mistral House.
