Récemment rénové! Lakeaholic vivant sur le lac Canandaigua

Bienvenue à la maison à un morceau du lac Canandaigua! Cette maison de 3 chambres et 5 salles de bains récemment rénovée se trouve directement sur le lac, offrant un cadre privé avec une vue fantastique Vous n'avez pas une longue colline raide ou devez traverser la route pour aller à l'eau! Le premier étage donne directement sur le pont, le quai et le lac. La nouvelle cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la préparation des repas. Le grand îlot peut accueillir 6 personnes et la table de la ferme pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. La salle familiale comprend deux canapés confortables et une télévision murale équipée du câble et de Netflix. Le bateau à pédales se trouve sur la plage, les kayaks sont suspendus au support du lac, les cannes à pêche sont dans le hangar et le foyer est prêt pour la rôtissage de la guimauve avec du bois de chauffage fourni.

La suite principale est au niveau principal avec un lit king et une salle de bains avec douche. Les deux chambres à l'étage comprennent une chambre avec un lit queen size et une chambre pour quatre personnes dans un lit superposé et un lit gigogne (voir photos). Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Les installations comprennent également une connexion Wi-Fi et un gril à gaz Weber. Située sur le très recherché West Lake Road, cette maison offre une vue sur le lever du soleil et se trouve à 10 km du centre-ville de Canandaigua. Visitez les établissements vinicoles à proximité (salle de dégustation Heron Hill à seulement 4,8 km) et le parcours Aerial Adventures de Bristol Mountain entre les deux heures passées à profiter du bord de l'eau. Vous voudrez peut-être aussi visiter la ferme biologique de Wegmans située à 400 mètres sur la route.

Cette maison est idéale pour les couples ou les familles. Il y a un pack n play pour les bébés et une chaise haute portable. Des gilets de sauvetage sont disponibles pour les enfants de 15 kg et plus, ainsi que pour les adultes.

Vous aurez un accès complet à la maison entière, le garage détaché pour le stationnement, et le quai privé, l'eau et l'accès à la plage.

Nous sommes très réactifs aux clients, et sont à environ 30 minutes si nécessaire en personne.

We were looking for a beautiful place with views for myself and 4 of my sisters to spend time with my one sister who is battling cancer. Well, we found it in this beautiful place! It had a first floor bedroom that was perfect as she can’t do steps easily. Spent most of our weekend sitting on the deck just enjoying the view. We actually all got up at 5:30 in the morning to see the sunrise that was spectacular! You were very grateful for this time that we got to spend together. Thank you!

What wonderful panoramic views of the lake when lounging in the living room, cooking meals in the spacious kitchen, serving them on the spacious table on the deck, or just being on the back yard to eventually light a fire and be in the water!!!

We had a great time staying at this property; it was very clean and had everything we needed. We rented a boat for the week; German Brothers marina is not far down the street and were very accommodating, letting us return the boat at 7 pm if we wanted it that long. The kayaks and activities in the basement kept my son busy. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great. Very clean and had everything you needed. The view was spectacular and we were minutes from stores and dining.I will say definitely bring your smallest vehicle. The driveway is very tight. Otherwise is was a relaxing stay and we had beautiful weather.

4 night stay with family

The house is modern and very clean with a basement game room, hangout space, main floor kitchen with two separate living rooms that allows different activities to be enjoyed. The viwes are wonderful from the deck that has a motorized retractable awning. Would book this again!!

Absolutely fabulous lake house

This house was more wonderful than we could have imagined! It was immaculate and right on the lake which was just beautiful. Not far at all from a lot of wineries. Great location. Hoping to stay there again.

Another great stay

Second year in a row staying. You can't beat the lake access, the closeness of downtown Canandaigua, the layout of the house and many other things. The owner is very quick to respond or just to check-in with you.

Weekend Getaway

Property was well maintained and clean. Plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen supplies were provided. We had some cool and rainy weather during our stay so the gas fireplace and downstairs games (ping pong and foosball) were a fun way to spend some time indoors. The morning views of the lake with a fresh cup of coffee were really amazing. Neighbors were quiet and the location itself peaceful and relaxing. Our host Katrina checked on us via email which was appreciated along with the pre arrival information on the area.

Beautiful location!

This house was perfect for our family! The lake is so peaceful lots of fun places in downtown Canandaigua. It really made our 4th of July celebration such a fun experience. The owner warned us about parking but can’t stress enough how awkward the driveway is😫make sure you have a small car!

I’m so happy you enjoyed your stay! The driveway is shared and can feel narrow when others park along it, but we have been able to manage with a full size truck and suv for years. Hopefully you made use of the garage for parking. Plenty of space in there!

Great, relaxing time

We had such a great experience at this property on the lake over the week. It was relaxing, but so many things to do at the property. Kayaking in the morning, swimming in the afternoon, and going to eat at the north end of the lake. The house is just the perfect size and the renovations are beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

Rest and Relaxation

What a wonderful, clean and beautiful place to stay. We found this rental incredibly well stocked and and unbelievable picturesque location. Many hiking areas in the vicinity with fall colours at their prime. Would definately stay again as the owner is very helpful and accesible if you need them as well as the overall location, cleaniness and easy check in.
