Avec de belles vues vers le sud, ce condo de deux chambres à coucher, avec un espace de couchage supplémentaire dans le grand loft, est idéal pour une famille ou un petit groupe. Les condos de Lulu City sont idéalement situés en face de la rivière San Miguel et de la base de l'ascenseur 7 (l'ascenseur de Coonskin), juste à côté de la navette Galloping Goose Shuttle (navette gratuite de la ville de Telluride). Le condo est joliment décoré et dispose d'une grande cuisine, d'un coin salle à manger et d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge. Il y a deux chambres à coucher: le maître a un roi et une reine est au 2e. Le loft semi-privé dispose de deux lits gigognes supplémentaires (4 lits jumeaux). Profitez de l'air frais des Rocheuses depuis le pont orienté sud-est. Le complexe dispose d'un bain à remous extérieur, d'une piscine d'été et d'un barbecue au bord de la piscine. Combinez avec Lulu 5G et Lulu 4C pour de plus grands rassemblements d'amis et de famille! Great stay in Lulu City!

We love this property! It’s very well-stocked and clean. The views are amazing and the lift and shuttle are just outside. We would highly recommend and stay here again!

This condo was wonderful. Location was great, kitchen was well stocked and the place was cozy and comfortable. The set up was perfect for a family of four. Hot tub was a great plus! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Amazing!

This place is fantastic. Close to lift 7 and close to the Galloping Goose pickup too. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The hot tub was an extra bonus as well. We will certainly be staying here again.

Nice place!

The view was awesome and the hot tub was a plus! Completely furnished and enough room for 6-8 people. Would definitely stay again It's about a 10-15 min walk to the music festival grounds, 5-10 min anywhere else. There was also a free shuttle that came by every 20 min.

Family Telluride Ski

The property manager had several nice personal touches and was easy to work with. The location was great, about a 3 min walk to the lift with kids and about the same to the market. No elevator, but stairs were manageable. Amazing views.

Great condo

Nice top floor condo. Far end of town, but it's not a bad 15 minute walk to festival grounds. Parking is a challenge if you have 2 cars. There is space for 1 in the garage, otherwise the street is crazy difficult to find space during a festival.

Great stay, better location than expected

All around great stay, the location on West Pacific is awesome, better than the Vrbo bubble / google maps makes it look. Very short walk across the bridge to lift 7. The main bedroom is great. Loved that there is a washer dryer, and kitchen is good. View from the place and the balcony is great. Loved the books and the game selection.Management company (Accomodations in Telluride) was helpful and responsive. Would definitely book with them again.Areas to improve: - the 2nd bedroom could use a better mattress, it’s quite hard. - hot tub unfortunately wasn’t working when we were there, which was a bummer since we picked this place for it. - place needs a better blow dryer. - would be great if there was an area to dry boots inside rather than in the hall (extra points if there is a plug nearby for boot dryers)

The condo is in a great location and the views are spectacular. The sofas and throw pillows smelled disgusting and the unit is a bib smoking unit but the moment we arrived our neighbors below were smoking weed below us smelling up our condo and all surroundings. This was numerous throughout the stay. Other than that it was fine. Not clean enough for my taste but it was enjoyable

Great place in Telluride

We stayed for the weekend in Lulu City 3F and loved it! It was clean and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with pans etc. and it is very conveniently located on the river path to downtown. The deck has a fabulous view of Bridal Veil Falls and the surrounding peaks. The place will easily sleep 8.

This place exceeded our expectations

I thought this would be awesome but it definitely exceeded our expectations! The balcony and the view were stellar! This was definitely one of the highlights of this unit. We had 8 friends gather here for a weekend and the unit was pretty much perfect for that. The loft is open to the living room and kitchen so good to keep in mind if people are on different sleep schedules up there. So not much privacy or quiet up there but that worked for us. The bedrooms are super quiet though! The common space felt much larger than expected too! Plenty of room for fun! Loved walking only three minutes to the lift and skiing down at the end of the day. Right into the hot tub. This was out of service when we first arrived but property manager was very responsive (even over the weekend!) I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Thank you for the review. We are also disappointed that the owner has had to take the hot tub out of the condo, but it was causing damage to the condo below, as discussed before you arrived. Lulu City does have a community hot tub and a pool for guest use.

Great Location

Great location. Very cozy! We would definitely stay here again. A few recommendations would be to update the kitchen with a new coffee maker, blender, cooking pans. I also recommend a locking system so families staying here don't have to worry about little kids getting into the hot tub without supervision.

Great Location to #7 Chairlift

We were impressed with the updated accommodations. The close location to the Coonskin chair lift was great. We were able to park the car and leave it for the entire stay. Ski rental and storage each night at the same chairlift. So convenient. We topped it off with a dip in the private hot tub each night. Would stay here again.

Pictures don’t do it justice

My husband and I stayed here with our small dog over memorial weekend. The place was really nice. It was clean, updated and had a lot of rooms/baths for more people. We spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the amazing view. It was at the end of town which was no big deal since town is so small. We walked everywhere. The condo is right off the path following the river which was great for walking into town and taking our dog for a walk. This part of town is quiet so we slept with the windows open and enjoyed the sound of the river and the fresh mountain air. We were also a very short walk to a great market, making it easy to stock up for making meals in the well stocked kitchen The private hot tub was a great bonus! The linens were nice and it felt like they really thought of and stocked everything you could have needed including camping chairs which we used on the balcony and could have taken to the park. The only issues we had was the place had a musty smell when we first arrived, but we left the windows open for a bit and it quickly diappeared. Guessing it’s because they thoroughly clean the carpets. And the spiral staircase kinda makes the space a bit tight around the dining area, which might get funky if you have a group of people staying there. Otherwise, we loved it and would recommend it!
