Viking Lodge 105 établit une nouvelle norme pour le Viking Lodge. Rénové en 2017, ce condo de location de vacances propose le meilleur de tout. Avec une nouvelle palette de couleurs vives, ce condo de 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain offre une sensation contemporaine de lumière et d’espace. Le condo est facilement accessible à pied des remontées mécaniques, du parc de la ville de Telluride, de l'avenue du Colorado, du marché de Clark et des nombreux sentiers de randonnée et pistes cyclables de la région. Oubliez votre voiture pendant votre séjour et profitez de tout ce que cette ville incroyable a à offrir!

Situé au rez-de-chaussée du Viking Lodge, cet établissement propose:

- Entièrement rénové, comprenant une nouvelle cuisine, une nouvelle salle de bain, du mobilier, des revêtements de sol et de la peinture fraîche

What a fun town and a fantastic place to stay. Parking at the unit was right out the back door. Galloping goose shuttle bus stopped on the corner. Perfect!

All good except the entry door lock from the parking lot was broken. It was checked once and we were given the correct code which was different from the front door. We were not told that there were 2 codes.Even after being given the correct code it worked sporadically and we often had to walk around to the front entrance which worked 100%

Had an excellent trip and this apartment was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in town, which was a big plus. Check-in was very easy, even though we arrived after hours. The kitchen was small, but very usable and I really enjoyed using the induction range for my first time. The hosts were very welcoming, and we loved celebrating our anniversary here! Also, there’s a Thai restaurant literally across the street that was excellent!

Enjoyed our stay

This was a convenient location. Close to Galloping Goose free bus and also easy walk to downtown and the free Gondola. We enjoyed the hot tub on our site ski legs. Perfect size for 2 people.

It's a cute place and the layout worked well for us. The location in Telluride is great - very walkable. We were not aware, prior to booking, that the roof and pool were under repair. Parking was limited due to many spots being roped off for the construction equipment.

Well-appointed property that was perfect for the two of us. Great location with easy walks for groceries, historic Telluride shops and restaurants, and the free gondola to Mountain Village.

Comfy Condo

This condo had all the bells and whistles, was very comfortable, and close to all the best of Telluride. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect quite location next to the creek. Very comfy bed and great kitchen with all needed supplies.

The pool being closed was the only downside. Otherwise everything was excellent.

It is unfortunate that the pool was experiencing issues; the pool and hot tub fall under the Viking Lodge HOA/Property Management, which means cleanings, maintenance, closures, etc. are out of our hands unfortunately. Convenient location. Loved being near the river path and close to everything. Shower is great but configuration is tight. Kitchen is nice and updated but no oven. Overall a wonderful place to explore Telluride from.

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
