Great place for our annual family gathering (15 - 9 adults/6 kids). We enjoyed all the toys (pool/spa, corn hole, putting green, fire pit, etc.). We had a lovely time.

The house is great -- perfect layout and lots of space for everyone and excellent location. And Brendan was always available for questions with immediately kind and helpful replies and solutions. Very impressive!! The pool was less inviting than pictured as it had a cleaning device floating in it and the hot tub was only hot if we planned several hours in advance. But overall, I highly recommend the house and yard and lovely central neighborhood. This was a perfect place to host our family for a wedding weekend!

Me and 9 of my closest friends came to Austin to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Brendan’s house could not been more ideal! It was comfortable, plenty of room- and beautiful! Brendan was so kind and communicative and made our stay super easy. I would def recommend!

The poolside/outdoor area was fabulous for our group!!! Lots of things to do!! Kitchen was beautiful! All of the different lounging areas worked great for our large group!! Hosts were very accommodating for check-in and check-out!! Highly recommend!!!!

Comfortable Convenience in Austin

If you have a larger group looking to stay in Austin, I couldn't recommend this house more! The location is exceptional between easy highway access, easy downtown travel and walkability. The house itself is kept ideally, and all rooms & common spaces were comfortable and well suited for our group of 13. Thank you to Brendan & Aurora for a great host for our celebration!

Great place, great location!

We had a wonderful stay. Brendan and Aurora were fantastic hosts and available for anything we needed. We attended that SXSW EDU conference so it was an easy Uber to the convention center, but a nice ways a way from the bustle of downtown. Lots of great food and coffee walkable from the house. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Austin. Location is central to a lot of attractions. House is perfect for large groups. The people who own capital Villa are some of the best around and give great recommendations and are always looking to help. 10/10 house 10/10 service.

Hi, My name is Brendan. I'm lucky enough to own this beautiful Villa! The property is amazing and is the only three-story luxury property in East Austin. I invite you to come and stay and enjoy all that Austin has to offer.

Location and Space. We chose this lot because it was twice the size as a normal downtown city lot. It is close to it all with luxury and ambience that exceeds all expectations. Walk to UT baseball, Football, soccer and Basketball Games. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. approx 1/2 a mile to famous 6th street. close to Zilker park for Austin City limits festival and close to Circuit of the Americas for all racing enthusiasts.

The architect designed this spacious home in 2007 with over 4,000 sq ft to give all the modern benefits but fit in with the bungalow feel of the neighborhood. With a state of the art brand new Hallman stove, 100% Brazilian hardwood floors, Minka Aire Fans, a Steam shower or a relaxing bath in our large tub with views of the Capitol you are sure to enjoy the modern convenience and luxury of our home. Step outside to our two putting greens, Washer pits, bocci ball, and a fire pit for those cool nights.

Additionally, as owner/operator of the property, l play very close attention to all the newest and best restaurants as well as city attractions that Austin has to offer. As owners of Capital Villa we pride ourselves on meticulous detail of the house and a premium guest experience. Please ask me about the additional services we can arrange for your stay, from Breakfast Tacos/Bloody Mary's delivered, stocking the fridge before arrival, as well as Golf Course recommendations and making tee times.
