What a great stay! This home offered spaces for gathering AND rest/quiet. Perfect for our party of 36! Well equipped kitchen, clean, and close to everything yet feels private. Owner was super quick in replying to my messages. Would definitely consider coming back!

The property was more than spacious enough for our group of 26, with a layout that allowed everyone to spread out comfortably. The home was clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for, with a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to handle meals for a large group.The location was also a major plus, being centrally located with quick access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and stores. Overall, a great spot for a large group, and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed the stay! Kitchen was great in size and had everything we needed to prepare meals for 25 family members. Home large enough that each could have their own space when needed. Will for sure return for future stays!!

This place exceeded our expectations. We had 20 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. Everyone had only positive things to say about this place. We all watched the Tennessee Vols play basketball in March Madness in the theater room. That was so much fun. Pool table and poker tables were used, too. Not to mention four arcade games. The kitchen was so roomy and plenty of tables and chairs. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Nottingham Lodge; it was large enough to accommodate all of our team members for company team building. The owner was very communicative and kept us informed regarding our stay. We would recommend this lodge to anyone looking to host a larger group. We all talked about how great we slept, some team members utilized the hot tub others used the swim spa and fell in love with the swim spa, I know personally I am now searching options to have one put in here at my home. The fireplace in the living room was massive and so beautiful upon entry. The game room and theater rooms were a nice touch. The kitchen was large enough that everyone moved around comfortably without stepping all over each other. We loved having the large ice maker so we could carry a cooler on our outings to Cades Cove. Although we did not see any bear while at the cabin, we did see 8 bears and cubs while visiting Cades Cove. We were not ready to leave but we all had to come back to reality. If you do have the opportunity to stay at Nottingham Lodge, you will not be disappointed.

Owner was quick to respond regarding some things. Overall great experience! Its loud in the bedrooms when in the dining space. Got to see a bear which gave the full experience of the area lol. Beds were so comfy !!!

Really a perfect cabin for a large family Christmas. The Kitchen has double everything and is a great gathering spot. The living room also had plenty of seating for our group of 22 and a great gas fire place. Game room was great for the teens and everything was pretty much in working order. having a bathroom in each bedroom was also super helpful. Owner was very accessible and communicative. Definitely would recommend.

Great location for a work retreat

We stayed at Nottingham Lodge for a leadership retreat and it was absolutely perfect for this purpose. Somehow felt both cozy and spacious. Lots of rooms and space for co-working.

A beautiful, comfortable home for our 21-person multi-generational family. We enjoyed the large kitchen, and the close proximity of the pool. It was clean and well-cared for, and had all the room we needed. The younger generation really enjoyed the theater! Wifi was great.

Perfect place for the perfect vacation

I stayed at this amazing cabin with my whole family, we were a group of 43 people and this place was just perfect, it has everything you can imagine and it’s very neat. The host was very nice responsive and she made sure everything was just perfect for us to enjoy the place.

Family Christmas 2024

Had a great time! The lodge is beautiful and very roomy for our 15 member extended family, ages 1 to 97.
