We enjoyed our stay! The place was great for a weekend away and the setup worked well for our family. The place was clean, well stocked, comfortable and quiet. We love the pools and neighborhood too!

This property has all the amenities like being at home. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The host was excellent and very easy to communicate with. We have stayed here multiple times and will definitely be back!

A wonderful stay. Kimberly provided so much information and direction as it relates to the condo ( very organized) . The weather was not great but the accomodations were just as marketed.

Great location for us. We enjoyed our time. Our only issue was the place needs to be deep cleaned.

Hi Linda, thank you for being my guest! I am happy that you enjoyed your visit, and hope that you will choose to return again in the future. :-) I do want to mention that we actually perform routine deep cleanings several times each season (which I personally oversee myself)... and extra ones as needed. The last deep cleaning (Wall/baseboard/furniture/floor deep scrub and steam) was during the week following the 4th of July, one month before your stay. There will be another one following Labor day, which is right around the corner. We have to schedule them when it's convenient for our guests, as we must keep each villa empty for a couple of days to allow extra time for the steaming and drying. There is just no way for it to be done in the 4-hour window (less if we have early check-in/late check-out requests), for our housekeeper to do it between guests. Again, thank you for being my guest and I hope that you have a safe and enjoyable rest of your summer!

Wonderful Beach Get Away

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. My parents live in St. James, but my friend and I wanted to have our space while visiting Southport/Oak Island, and this condo gave us just what we needed.

Great for a getaway

Had a great stay over a long weekend, the place is very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Easy drive to the beach and into Southport. Kimberley was very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely stay again when we're in the area.
