Condo incroyable dans les condominiums Beachhead du golfe! Piscine chaufee! Superbes vues!

Ce condo possède un salon ouvert et un coin repas. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxième chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés avec des lits pleins en bas et des jumeaux en haut. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes une dans chaque chambre. Les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés dans cette unité et fumer est autorisé à l'extérieur seulement. Oh, ai-je mentionné que les levers de soleil sont incroyables! Nichés dans les dunes dorées de l'île Mustang, les condos Beachhead ont tous une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Les équipements complexes comprennent une piscine, une aire de jeux et une promenade privée à la plage à quelques pas de l'une des unités. The condo was clean and ready for us on time. We used the huge game room and pool to host a small birthday party. The game room had a full kitchen which was so convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our condo was clean with a beautiful view of the sunrise and the sound of the gulf off the balcony. We would rent at this location again. It was close to restaurants but out enough to not get stuck in lots of traffic.

We loved it. The double bunk beds were a huge plus. The proximity to the beach, the lighted walkways throughout are great. Loved the furnishings and updated decor of our condo. We had a wonderful weekend. Thank you for hosting us.

Easy access. Good location. Have 3 kids and ad said tvs in each room and there is only a small one in the living rm. I didn't quite understand the condition of the space from the ad. It did smell of smoke. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms very small. Couches have a board right in the middle. They look cute but husband almost killed his knee. Kitchen adequate. Also no water to the fridge so NO ice as the ad said. We enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the beach. It is my fault I did not understand more from the ad but we appreciate the stay!

Run down and musty

The condo is quite frankly run down and the musty smell is overwhelming. It was certainly not worth $1400 for 3 nights. Communication was great, check in easy, location great, but definitely not worth that price.

Come back to Port A!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week in Port A! The exterior of the condo looked a little weathered, but inside was fully renovated, completely restored, nicely furnished and painted with calming sea green with white trim. Definitely a tropical escape!🌴Went to the beach each day from 4:00 till sundown. We were lucky: no jellyfish, flies or seaweed. Perfect. Plenty of restaurants open and IGA had all grocery needs. Will recommend Beach Head 303 to friends!Still much to repair on the island. Bring tourist dollars and help Port A be even better than before!

Repeat Stay--This Time a Little Shaky

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo before and decided to rent it again. This time, a few things were a little shady--the lock on the front door was very difficult to work with and required both hands going in two different directions. The AC was okay but we were quite hot in the bedrooms two of the three nights, even after adjusting it down. I do think they could spring for something better than the absolute worst paper towels and toilet paper. The paper towels just shredded when you tried to use them--they were paper thin--a little thing that really makes a difference. We and others had trouble with the gate going to the board walk. The pool was absolutely filled with a large family when we tried to use it--and half of them were not wearing wrist bands so I guess they came and met the group that was staying. With all their kids it was impossible to use the pool--there was just no room to get in! We've stayed at Beachhead at least five times but this might be our last time there, as there seem to be better options nearby.

Not clean, but good otherwise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got to the condo and noticed we were not left with any trash bags (not even in the trash can), but management brought some to us quickly. There were chip crumbs on the bed spread of the bunk beds, trash on the balcony, and consistently had to hand wash pans, spatulas and utensils because they were dirty when we got them out of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. Good location, but just very dirty. You want to go on vacation to relax, not clean a condo before you use it.

Make Sure Your Patio is Open

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy coming to Beachhead for its cleanliness and closeness to the beach. I believe this was our 4th trip to Beachhead in the last 2 years and plan on coming back in July. Out only disappointments this time was that we were not aware that the patio to our unit BH303 was closed and we could not access. We were not made aware of this prior to our arrival. We also, did not have a TV that worked or internet service, I understand about the internet not working as stated on the information sheets, but there was no TV, said it had to be re-activated on the screen. So, with no patio or TV there was not much to do at the condo at night.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The BAD: the unit I stayed in was smelled horrible, the bathroom was dirty and had to quarter size holes in the wall, the door to patio did not lock, I found a huge roach in the kitchen counter. the sink had a small leak in the kitchen. The was couches were uncomfortable, old, outdated, dirty and smelled bad. Management did send someone to clean and they stated the AC unit had been replaced after they cleaned and that was why the place was dirty.

From insect to mold problems serious enough that Port A Escapes gave me a 10% refund. Port A Escapes was excellent to deal with and responded to my many problems quickly and mostly effectively, however this condo was below what I thought their standards were.

Nice location short walk to sandy beach

We enjoyed our day. Nice condo close to walkway with beach access. Clean & freshly remodeled. Kitchen was akward (small), floors creaked (seemed warped under new flirting). Overall a very nice & adequate stay. Great views from small balcony. Comfortable beds. Loved the bunks & 2 full baths. Only really bad thing, they make you check our EARLY 11 am; kind of a bummer.

The swimming pool and game room are fantastic-on a hill overlooking the gulf with a constant breeze. Nice poolside sitting area with some shade and comfy furniture. The condo comfortably accommodated my family of 6.
