Maison unifamiliale récemment rénovée offrant 3 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bain complètes. Garez votre voiture et marchez jusqu'à Newport Beach, les restaurants, les clubs et notre célèbre Cliff Walk. À seulement un kilomètre du sanctuaire ornithologique, du surfeur et de la plage de Sachuest. Deux miles au centre-ville de Newport, Thames Street et la marina.
Tout à fait, quartier sûr. Parfait pour une escapade en famille ou entre amis.
Mobilier mis à jour printemps 2019. Les équipements incluent câble, WIFI, parking dans la rue, A / C.

Perfect Spot for our Family

Great house for our family of 5 to explore Newport for the first time. Owners were so welcoming and accommodating. Can't wait to go back to Newport again.

Great home for a large group. Leeza is very responsive and so sweet and hospitable. The location is very convenient for getting around town. The house had more than enough room to relax and had the necessities for cooking and grilling. The showers had some leaking but still useable. My group had a wonderful time!

Perfect for a friends getaway

The house itself was spacious and comfortable for our group of friends to stay together, and the location was even better than we could have expected. The house has balconies and a yard to relax at home, and there are restaurants, a brewery, gas station, a clothing shop, and beach all within walking distance. We couldn't have asked for a better spot!

Review of our stay in Middletown

The property has a great location. The furnishings, appliances, amenities and basic essential items were poor. There was one bedroom that was actually in the basement.

Hosts were accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Ample room. Kitchen and supplies were not up to par. Not super clean and had water dripping in house. More akin to college or young adults than a family.

Spacious cottage with updated kitchen

Clean, spacious, comfortable space for seven of us in Newport for festival weekend! Our hosts were kind, welcoming and accessible. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. Short bike or Uber ride to downtown Newport. Lovely view from the second floor deck! There were no prior reviews, so I assume we were the first guests (or close to it). The cottage still needs a little TLC in terms of taking care of slow plumbing, some cosmetics and a few more essentials in the kitchen. The working piano in the dining area is a lovely bonus! I would book again.

Great for a Wedding Weekend

Leeza was helpful and responsive when we needed. The area was so safe and there was so much in walking distance. We had time before wedding events and we’re able to walk to the cliff walk and do a portion of it. Definitely recommend staying here!

Weekend Stay

Leena and Telly are very warm, accommodating hosts. House is large and bedrooms are roomy. Area is a little busy, near surf shops, pubs, etc. within walking distance to 1st beach

I had a wonderful experience. The home was very clean with all the amenities you could ever need. Leeza was terrific to work with. Very accommodating. The location was fabulous. Only a 5 minute walk to beach. I will definitely be back again next year.

Awesome stay!

Great home and perfect for 2 families. Spacious, clean and close to everything. About 1/2 mile walking distance to beach and 4-5 min ride to downtown Newport. Will be returning. Leeza was awesome and perfect with restaurant next door to order or eat in. Loved our vacation!!
