The apartment was really clean. My only complaint is that the outside part of the building is extremely dirty, and not to mention that the Elevator smells like someone vomited inside or dropped some milk and no one ever cleaned that the whole week we stayed there.

We had a good stay. The place was very close to train stations and convenience stores. There are a lot of restaurant options in the area in short walking distance as well. The host provided a very helpful manual, with detailed instructions on how to operate the laundry and AC, and also on how to get to tourist attractions and train stations. As a word of caution, the walls of the building are very thin; you can hear sounds in the other apartments. We would recommend to the host to put padding on the buttom of the kitchen chair legs to prevent squeaking and noise on the floor.The elevator is great since the apartment is on the 5th floor, but be careful entering the elevator due to the door closing almost right away.Overall we had a good stay.

The apartment is very spacious and a very short 3 minute walk to the Komagome Station on the Yamanote line. It has a very well equipped kitchen and a nice living area. The large bedroom is separate from the living area. It is an excellent location, with a myriad of restaurants on your doorstop. It is a quiet neighbourhood which is not overpopulated with tourists. Communication from the host, Maki, was excellent. The instructions on how to walk to the apartment and the check-in guidelines were very clear and easy to understand. Maki contacted us a number of times before our arrival in Tokyo and responded very promptly to any queries we had. It was a bonus to have a spacious area on the balcony to hang our washing. Our clothes dried quickly in the sun and the breeze. In summary, we were very happy with this rental apartment and would strongly recommend it. Trevor & Liz

This was a perfect little place for my daughter and I to stay for a week while we visited Tokyo. We loved how close it was to the train station. We loved how it gave us a little extra space compared to a hotel room. It was perfect for 2 of us. We really hated leaving it when it was time to go.

Instructions were clear for check-in and the location was great, a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes' walk from the Yamanote Line (and importantly, a 7-Eleven along the way). Great value for the cherry blossom season!
