Vous cherchez un endroit pour rester à Arthur? Ce Cape Cod construit en 1951 dispose de 4 chambres et peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 avec le supplémentaires Queen size canapé-lit. Notre maison familiale propose aa cuisine complète, de beaux planchers de bois, Internet sans fil, TV, lecteur DVD, garage deux voitures et d'un patio. De plus profiter de notre salle de rec de sous-sol avec une table de billard, table de ping-pong et un immense tableau noir pour les jeunes et les jeunes de cœur. Nous sommes à distance de marche du centre-ville et le parc Arthur locale et un seul pâté de maisons de la foire du comté de Moultrie-Douglas, Arthur Piscine communautaire, les feux d'artifice de célébration liberté et BBQ Pauly.

Notre maison est à quelques minutes de The Great Pumpkin Patch, Country Kitchen Yoder et d'autres restaurants ainsi que la région de magasins Amish. Arthur est inférieure à vingt minutes de Arcole, theTanger Outlet Mall à Tuscola ou le lac Shelbyville et The Little Theatre sur la place de Sullivan.

This is a charming house in the heart of Amish Country. The hosts are so nice and helpful and communicative. The house is clean and spacious and is great for a large family. The pool table and ping pong table allow for great fun and the outdoor space is perfect for hanging out. I have stayed a few times and look forward to staying again!

This place worked very well for our weekend. The host was very responsive and accommodating when the snow storm came through. Gave us extra time because of the circumstances. House was warm even at 1 degree outside. Would recommend

Extremely clean home! We stayed at this home for 3 nights while attending Amish Horse Progress Days. I brought my father, mother, and 2 daughters with me. When booking, the hosts’ communication was efficient and friendly. Check in and checkout instructions were clear and very easy. The home was even better than the pictures indicated with so much vintage charm. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. My daughters chose the upstairs room with 2 twin beds upstairs while my parents and I slept in the 2 rooms downstairs. Beds were comfortable. The bedroom with the full sized bed is cooled with a window air conditioner but the other 3 have central air vents. Location is good being about 3 blocks from both the main road running through Arthur and Vine St. Sidewalks are present throughout the neighborhood, so walking was pleasant. We appreciated the living area with adequate seating for our family to gather and talk in the evenings. There is a basement with a pool table, foosball, and table tennis which I thought my daughters would enjoy. They did think the space was fun but mostly spent their evenings with us in the living room talking. I enjoyed that family time very much. I appreciated that the home offered a comfortable area for us all to come together. I would highly recommend staying at this home and will do so if we ever venture to that area again.

This house is perfect! It is immaculate and easy to cook, relax and have fun in! Tanya is very nice and friendly and even helped us unload our vehicle! We have been here twice and plan to come again!

A clean and comfortable home close to downtown shops. So perfect for my family

We used the Walker Family Inn to accommodate our family members who were in town to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. We received the keys timely and were thrilled with the comfortable size of the home. Even better was the location—close proximity to the shops in town and those in the surrounding countryside. My family was so pleased and already planning for another stay in the future.

Excellent place for family gathering

My family get together on Labor Day weekend was accommodated wonderfully by staying at the Walker Family Inn. Kitchen dining area space was excellent for the family to gather for breakfast every morning. Love the labeling of drawers for utensils too. Patio and basement were excellent for spillover, games and gathering to chat. Lots of space and nice touches in the bedroom areas as well.

Returning Home

Came for a large extended family reunion just outside of Arthur. I found the Walker Family Inn and it was a perfect location and size for our families. Beautiful wood floors and cabinets, and nice touches of some antique furniture pieces. Melodi and Tanya were great hosts. Tanya went through the house with us, and both checked in via texts regularly. Highly recommended.

My family and I stayed here June 2018. It was wonderful! Tanya and Melodi went out of their way to make sure that we were settled and had everything we needed! The house is FULLY furnished--if you need something, odds are they will have it! The entire house was spotless, and very comfortable. It truly felt like we were home away from home! My 3 children had a blast in the basement! I highly recommend the Walker Family Inn without any reservation!

A wonderful location, in the heart of Amish country.

The house was clean and comfortable. It was quite quaint and very much a home with a lot of personal effects. The games room was excellent with ping pong, pool, darts and table football (foosball) which the kids loved, along with the wifi! The real star of the house is its location, a short walk to the town centre, Amish shops and restaurants. We loved Yoder's, a large Amish restaurant which was a great place to meet people. The whole town was very friendly. Tanya was extremely helpful and very responsive to any queries and met us when we arrived. Overall we had a lovely stay for 2 nights and really enjoyed the house and location.

Perfect for us!

This was our third time staying in this house and it's just perfect! We host dinner for 30 two nights in a row for a high school track team and this is a great place for that! First of all the house is spotless! Second, Tanya is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She helped my daughter and I unload a car full of pots and pans and groceries in very hot temperatures and did so with a smile on her face! Third, the basement has a pool table, ping pong and foos ball and the boys loved hanging out after dinner. We hope Tanya will continue to let us stay for years to come!

I could have sworn the rental said washer and dryer . To find it was a extra charge ??? Was I mistaken ? Or was that , listed ??otherwise everything was great . And very accommodating

Sibling get away

Clean home with plenty of amenities only need to bring food and clothing. Walking distance to town and quiet area. Owners very easy to communicate with and did not disturb our weekend.

We feel very fortunate to have grown up in small town America and enjoy the many amenities our village has to offer. You can walk or bike ride within minutes to the fair, fireworks, restaurants, schools, parks and downtown. You can also relax on the back patio or play pool or ping pong in our basement rec room.

Built in 1951, we have called this "home" since 1968. It still retains it's beautiful woodwork, mid-century modern styling, arched doorways and many unique built-ins. Even though we don't currently live in Arthur, we come back many times throughout the year to visit friends, family and enjoy the festivals. It is and always will be "home"!
