The home was lovely and cozy and so close to the sapphire valley ski resort, which is why we came. The home is on a golf course so we enjoyed walking around on the golf cart trails. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the location of this house. A short drive to pool and cashiers. The porch is lovely and so is the family room with a beautiful view. Cozy and clean - everything a family would want for a mountain stay!

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at this house, everything was clean and had everything we needed! Very close to hiking trails, we really enjoyed exploring the area. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions and was very accommodating! Will definitely stay again!

The house was fantastic! Photos are accurate. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Everything was in good working order. The owner was very good with communication. We spent most of our time while we were home on the deck or in the Mountain Room. Amenities are less than 10 mins away and a daily guest pass is 5/person. Pool, jacuzzi, mini golf, Fairfield Lake (kayaks, canoes, swimming). Gorges State Park is 15 mins away for hiking. Lake Glenville is about 30 mins away. Ingles grocery store is about 15 mins. All very convenient!

Girls weekend

The home is beautiful with lots of woods and right on the golf course, it was very clean and had everything you needed. We saw deer every day roaming on the golf course, it was so beautiful. Marshall was great to work with, Even gave us a later check out. We will definitely will rent this house again.

Peaceful mountain home

My family had the best time! It is so quiet in the neighborhood. Marshall was a great host! We played family games every night and enjoyed coffee in the mountain room every morning. We had the best stay and everything we needed was provided in the house! The guest before us left some condiments in the refrigerator, which came in very handy and saved us from having to buy any condiments! Our dog enjoyed running in the golf course. We will definitely be back to the Blackberry Cottage again for another stay!

Mountain View Vacation

Will definitely be returning to this little slice of heaven. The home was beautiful, clean, and provided everything we needed to make our vacation perfect! Great home in a spectacular location

My mother, dog and I stayed here for a few days to enjoy the fall leaves and weather of the surrounding area. The house was comfortably furnished and lots of kitchen items provided. We loved the gorgeous deck with the mountain view and trees surrounding the home. Sunroom was amazing and when inside we enjoyed three walls of windows to continually take in the view. Would love to come back and stay again.

Annual summer trip to sapphire valley

Beautiful house and view

We were there for a family wedding in October. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. It was nice to get up every morning and to see how the leaves had changed overnight from the view of the mountain room.

The Perfect 4th of July Weekend

We had the most amazing experience staying at Marshall’s property! From the moment we booked, Marshall was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and kind. He provided so many helpful resources and recommendations—it’s clear he genuinely wants his guests to have the best possible experience.The house itself was clean, well maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was considered—from the cozy furnishings to the kitchen stocked with coffee (we forgot to bring our stash!) and welcoming touches throughout. You can tell this home is well-loved and taken care of with pride.Marshall went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His hospitality and warmth made our trip even more special. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, but this one truly stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and thoughtful place to stay. I also left my wallet on the property and his wonderful cleaning staff took the time and effort to mail it back to me--I am still so relieved and grateful!Thank you, Marshall, for a fantastic experience!

Spectacular View

We loved, the view, the piano, the comfortable beds, full kitchen, location, and ammenities. I would recommend direct tv for when there is a rainy day and someone might want to watch news or sports. The house is a gem and offered us a lovely vacation.

Family vacation

We arrived earlier than expected and Marshall accommodated us with no issues. The home was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Of course the mountain room was our favorite spot! We spent most of our time there playing the board games readily available. It was easy to feel right at home. Very grateful that we got to enjoy our time there and were hoping to visit again.

Love Blackberry
