Our stay was incredible. The house was clean, very easy to find. There were loads of games to play. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive, we will definitely be staying there again for future vacations.

We had such a great time. We were in town for our nieces wedding and absolutely loved our stay. We were very comfortable and just enjoyed being in nature and admiring all the views. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would love to come back and explore more of Sapphire.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this house. The host was wonderful and helped us with anything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed the proximity to so many local attractions.

House was not clean, laundry left in dryer, refrigerator leaking inside, oven was literally falling apart. Kitchen needs major repairs. Bathrooms needed a thorough cleaning. TV advertised in bedroom was missing and owner said “I have no plan of replacing “. Outdoor deck was not usable. Grill was filthy. Towels were very worn with holes. Apparently the owner is trying to sell the property without making any updates. Handrail loose on stairs. Location was good as were the directions. Owner did refund the cleaning fee after repeated reminders. Evolve needs to be embarrassed for sponsoring this house. Renter—BEWARE.

Before your arrival, we accommodated your request for an early check-in by expediting our cleaning team so you could access the property three hours before our standard check-in time. When you raised concerns after checking in, I immediately offered to cancel the remainder of your reservation with no penalty and even let you stay your first night free so you could find another home that better matched your expectations. You chose to stay for the full two-week reservation. I also refunded your cleaning fee in full, which you confirmed receiving. We always take feedback seriously, but we believe this review does not fairly reflect either the condition of our family cabin or our commitment to resolving concerns promptly and fairly. We invite future guests to read our many other reviews for a more balanced picture of the experience we provide."

Perfect for our girls trip weekend!The upstairs was large enough for our group of five to have room to talk and be together comfortably. Quiet neighborhood and located on a cul-de-sac. It advertised parking for two vehicles but we managed to squeeze in four. FYI, the coffee maker takes large cone-shaped filters.

Spacious and Quiet

The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of room and the lower floor is perfect for families with older kids. There are plenty of local places to eat and a very well stocked grocery store near by. We enjoyed the amenities at the resort. The pools, game room, and putt putt course were great fun!We would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful mountain home!

The home is beautiful and located in the heart of sapphire valley. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained. The view is full of mountain trees and the neighborhood is very quiet. There’s a cute firepit area in the backyard and a porch to sit to enjoy the mountains. The location is perfect to visit highlands, cashiers, local trails and golf courses. We loved the home and highly recommend for a mountain trip getaway! The host was very responsive and helpful when we needed assistance.

Quiet and cozy place!

My Family and I, chose this place because it’s a perfect cabin in the mountain to enjoy special christmas day. This place has a beautiful view to the mountain and special trail to enjoy a hiking experience around the community. The Cabin is clean and all appliances works!

We stayed here for two nights while taking a tour of WCU fir our children. The house was lovely and well decorated. Everything was great and any questions I had were swiftly answered. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great vacation

The host responded promptly the house very clean. The driveway was not as deep as other places we have stayed in. It was actually very nice and we got to see a bear within the first hour of us arriving there.

Clean and Convenient Property

The home was very nice and clean. I was by myself on a golf trip so I didn’t need much. The kitchen was equipped with everything as far as cookware and such. The communication with the property manager was the incredible. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

Wonderful, cozy mountain get-away

The home is lovely and perfect for families, especially for someone with mobility issues. The first-floor master makes things very easy! The home is close to area amenities and activities. The bunk room downstairs makes it possible to have a few kiddos sleep comfortably. Alfredo was a terrific host - even left us an Ingles card so we could get a discount. We would definitely stay again!!

This home was a pleasant surprise, nestled in the mountains and private. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. There were a few minor issues while we were there, Alfredo was quick to help and give us info. We enjoyed using the amenities and fishing. Would definitely stay again! We were blessed with the sighting of a white squirrel!

Everything in the description is correct with the rental, time spent with family/nature is priceless

The time in Sapphire, Cashiers, Highlands is always special. Having been coming to the area for my entire life it holds a special place for me. The rental is another great memory. Property is clean, well kept, and what you would think of as a mountain house/cabin. The whole process was easy to and would highly recommend.

Great property. Family that stayed downstairs said it was warm in the basement bedrooms. There are split units but they indicated the units were loud. Also, the dishwasher was not draining and leaking so we were unable to use. I know these comments seem negative but it truly was a beautiful home and nice place to stay. These minor issues, I’m sure, will be resolved by the owner. We would rent the property again.

A Wonderful Stay in the Mountains

My partner, myself, and two friends all came up to Cashiers for my best friend’s wedding. We found this property listed on VRBO and really like it based on the spacious living area, available beds, and modern upgrades in the home (such as the bathrooms). It was a very comfortable experience and was a great deal for the price. I’d highly recommend this property for anyone having a weekend getaway, destination wedding, etc. Thanks for hosting me and my friends!

Excellent House

We had an amazing experience at the property. The house was very clean and included all of the amenities that we wanted and needed. The location was ideal in reference to all amenities including hiking, winter sports, and restaurants. The house was well stocked with supplies, kitchenware, bedding, and even coffee. We had a 2 families of 4 and there was plenty of space for all of our needs. The owners were very caring and checked in with us to make sure there was nothing additional we needed. We would definitely recommend a stay for anyone coming to the area.
