Belle maison de ville située au pied de Snow Summit Ski Resort & Adventure Park! Il s'agit d'une maison de ville privée à deux étages entièrement équipée et elle est prête pour que votre famille puisse en profiter pendant quelques jours ou plus. Emportez votre changement de vêtements et votre brosse à dents et vous êtes prêt à partir. Mangez ou sortez dans l'un des nombreux établissements de restauration disponibles à Big Bear. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet une réception facile et confortable. Invitez-en beaucoup ou juste quelques-uns pour une soirée agréable ou un week-end. Il est entièrement meublé et la cuisine a été stockée avec des ustensiles de cuisine.
Marchez jusqu'à la pente ou faites une randonnée parmi les magnifiques pins parfumés de la forêt nationale de San Bernardino. Pendant votre séjour à Big Bear, prenez le temps de vous promener dans le nouveau village, c'est un incontournable et vous allez l'adorer! Appelez tôt pour confirmer votre réservation pour votre prochain week-end et / ou vos vacances amusants. Nous ne sommes qu'à quelques heures de l'agitation de la ville. Laissez le chaos derrière vous et amusez-vous. Au printemps, en été et en automne, vous pourrez profiter du lac et des activités qu'il a à offrir. Vos soirées peuvent être remplies de concerts en plein air, de théâtre en direct, des dernières sorties de films et de repas et de danses. Passez la journée sur le parcours de golf luxuriant ou passez un après-midi de détente dans le spa de jour et faites-vous dorloter de la tête aux pieds. Pour le ski d'hiver, vous ne pouvez pas vous rapprocher de la station de ski Snow Summit. Nous sommes au pied de la station. Stationnez et jouez! Pas besoin de déplacer votre voiture, sauf si vous le souhaitez. Marchez jusqu'au télésiège n ° 4. À quelques minutes à pied de la station de ski. Venez au beau lac Big Bear pour vous amuser et vous détendre toute l'année.

No major flaws, but nothing to make the experience great. The lady that checked us in was the BEST. Location was the awesome. If there was snow, we could've skied to our front door step. The bed in the Master room was VERY firm and not very comfortable. The windows in the upper loft were uncovered and unreachable so we couldn't cover them so the morning light lit up our room and bounced off the wall mirror and into our faces in bed. There were cobwebs in the rafters of the bedroom. No fake logs in the gas fireplace to diffuse the flame. Wifi info was incorrect. Nice to see the mouse traps left out were empty. Cookware was very limited. Need matching lids and larger pots. The sound of snow making was audible all night.

I am sorry you did not have an excellent experience. Each of the properties we manage have different owners with different interiors. In that property, apparently the owner likes a more firm bed. I am sorry that did not match your expectations. The cobwebs in the rafters 16 ft up are unacceptable and will be dealt with through some additional training for new staff. Regarding the fireplace, that was a wood burning fireplace, not a gas log fireplace. That means the gas tube under the grate is there to light wood on fire. Wood is not provided but available in most markets up here. Regarding cookware, was there something missing? When in need, if you had contacted the on iste office for something you specifically needed, we can sometimes get a unique item for you quickly. Most townhouses have the basics for basic cooking. Regarding snow making, that is the one major disadvantage to being the closest lodging to Snow Summit. This townhouse is so close to the slopes you will hear the snow making equipment when it is running at the base of the mountain. We have other townhouses within our complex that are a little further away or a little more insulated but you picked one that is right up against Snow Summits property! We hope you give us the opportunity to host you again, perhaps in one of our other properties that may be more in line with your expectations.

Walk up to the lifts!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great and was about a 2-minute walk from the door to lift 2. Some of the furnishings could use an update and the beds are quite firm, but not a big deal. (We were amused by the old tube TV in the upstairs bedroom. It was a bit nostalgic.) Upstairs didn't really warm up since the heating vents are all downstairs and the heat didn't really make it to the second floor well. But there were plenty of blankets and the kitchen appliances worked. Can't really ask for much more!

Convenient and Cute Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2 BR condo was perfect for our family of four to ski at Snow Summit. You couldn't be closer to the lifts! It was so easy and close that we ended up going back to the condo for lunch rather than brave the crowds at the lodge. The decor is charming and comfortable. The kids' room could have fit 2 more kids in it! The kitchen had everything we needed. The heat, hot water, etc. all worked great! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location, but very old interior

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is key here -- literally 2-3 min walk to the slopes, which was amazing. Parking was easy. However, the unit was very outdated with very old furnishings. The beds were uncomfortable, only 1 shower, not enough towels, and everything is just old. I was told the couches were recently replaced, but they are same old tan ones in the pictures. The appliances are from the 1980s, including a rusted can opener. No dressers, and closets only had a couple hangers. The WiFi was not hooked up initially, but the property mgmt office was quick with a technician to fix that. Not sure if I would stay here again.
